Stopped into this Perry's to try them out. Let me tell you there as good as the other Perry's. The service here was really good. I took my order and in no time my food was up and prepared properly as I ordered. The place is clean inside and well taken care of. If you're looking for some great food, you've got to try Perry's. They've got it going on.

This is the second time we've been here and the food is so good! The portion sizes are seriously ginormous and everything I've had has been delicious. Today I tried the chef salad and it was so big I had it for dinner and still had some left over. I swear it was family sized! My husband gets the club and he always has leftovers also. The drive thru moves kinda slow on a Sunday, but the food is always worth the wait!

Good, old fashioned diner food made to order with care. Fully staffed, fast service, busy, lively, and a clean, modern ambiance that pays homage to the local community of Anaheim and Yorba Linda with murals painted on the walls. We got our food quickly after ordering, were asked if we needed coffee refills, and were given to-go boxes right away (because the serving size is large!). Not our first time here and it definitely won't be our last.

I've only tried them for breakfast, and the plates I've had have been delicious. Scrambled eggs scrambled just right. Good, well-cooked and browned hash browns. Nicely toasted bread. Crispy, not floppy bacon. I can't speak for the other options that take place later in the day, like the burgers, burritos, salads, and other diner-type food, for this is a diner, but I'm sure they do that stuff well, as well. It's a nice, quiet, chill diner with excellent, friendly service in a clean setting. In the area and in need of some nourishment? Give Perry's Place a try. Oh, and the prices ain't bad neither. Almost forgot: good cup of coffee.

Breakfast burritos, chili cheese fries, MONDO avocado burgers, Oreo milkshake, brand-new chicken & waffles (fluffy waffles + crispy fried chicken)... they have SOOO MANY OPTIONS ! The Service was excellent and the place was pretty clean actually!

Sausage and Egg Breakfast Burrito with the best salsa

Stopped by for a quick breakfast on the way to Disneyland. A familiar and convenient spot on the corner of Lakeview and La Palma, it's been a minute since I've eaten at this place. They offer drive thru and dine dine service. The place is kept clean with large TV screens visible wherever you sit in the dining room. I ordered a sausage and egg breakfast burrito. Love how the tortillas were seared on the griddle. The hot salsa was one of the best I've had. My only complaint is the amount of potatoes in the burrito just drowned the sausage and the egg. All I could taste was starchy potatoes. Maybe next time I would ask them to add some onions and seasoning on the potatoes and the burritos would otherwise be perfect.

Hadn't been here in a year, since the food was mid last time I tried it. News update. Still Mid. Fries were bland and flavorless and had hair in them. Like 4 pieces of hair. The kids nuggets were not very good. Chili dog was the best item. Bacon Cheeseburger was mid. And Chicken Salad was just ok. I'll try it again in a year when I'm super hungry and it's the last stop or place to get food before I go home. I hate that the restaurant looks like it's really good from the outside. Maybe I'm ordering the wrong thing. I'll take suggestions.

    Chicken and waffle ....

They advertise "the best chicken and waffles in OC" and allow me to say, they DON'T disappoint! Staff is very friendly, menu items are reasonably priced and portions are generous! It's a diner, so it's quite noisy with it being a family friendly environment, but that's not a bother at all. This is my second time here and I will definitely be visiting them again more frequently! I've had their steak and eggs and it will be my go-to at each visit. Eventually I will treat myself to the rest of their menu as their fries and onion rings look scrumptious as well! ....

This place has been great for decades. Large onion rings are the best. They have amazing salads. The decorations inside are very community oriented and promote the local high schools. The staff is quick and very friendly.

    19.99 combo for 4
    Kevin T.

Solid fast food restaurant! The fries and burgers are made to order! The fries are crispy yet have a soft potato inside. The burger has no cheese, but a combo for 4 for $19.99 is unheard of! Price was so good and the food tasted even better. The service was excellent and fast! Their ranch is made fresh and is delicious! The ambiance is clean inside and they take your dishes after you're done!

This location is well maintained, in the morning is not loud. The staff here all have excellent customer service, the food is great!

I was curious because I pass by this busy intersection and so my wife and I went for lunch at this diner at Lakeview and La Palma. My first impression was that the parking could be limited during lunch. It's very clean and the interior was nice with black and red booths and OC murals..,chic and clean. You go to the counter to order first. We ordered the fish sandwich and a burger and a half and half order of fries and onion rings. We got the burger first and maybe 5-7 minutes later we got the fish sandwich and another 5-7 minutes later we got the fries and onions rings. My wife thought the fish sandwich was dry and asked for mayonnaise and the fish was tasteless and bland. My burger was cold and had too much lettuce and very little tomato, onions and pickles. Table service is general was okay but I was curious why the food couldn't come all the once? Overall, I would rate the experience as okay but needs improvement

Onion rings were huge but only came with about 5 rings

We went early for happy hour, I got an old fashion and my wife got "danger is my middle name", same cocktails we got last time but were war too sweet. We were disappointed in these drinks, they were much better last time. Our bartender Jose was very personable but needs to be better. The table next to us ordered a Rombauer Chardonnay, got the wrong white wine, shows he wasn't paying attention. We started with a Caesar salad, a tad over dressed, too much dressing but we really enjoyed it. I had the whole snapper which was excellent, my wife got the shrimp tacos, she didn't enjoy that, it was over spiced, too hot and not mentioned on the menu ingredients. So many dishes on the menu were spicy, a lot for the small menu. I suggest management add indicators which dishes are spicy. Some were hits, some were misses but overall a disappointing experience

Tea was really disappointing. Can you call it a tea experience when they use tea bags my loose leaf with a lack of a tea selection and have to share a tea pot with 3 people? This was a really big let down. It's not your traditional tea. Sandwiches were fine. I enjoyed a couple of them. The biscuit was good. They also didn't have scones and clotted cream. In my opinion not a true tea experience. Desserts were not good. The attempt made for the ube and pandan were more of a trend following technique rather than a true love in creating something delicious. It was a disappointment. The experience wasn't terrible it was just okay. Stick to a proper tea place is you are looking for a proper tea experience. Horrible experience and extremely poor customer service…read more On Father's Day, my husband wanted to try this restaurant for the first time. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst dining experiences we've had. We were seated on the patio and waited for 15 minutes without a single employee approaching our table. Not one server, host, or staff member stopped by to acknowledge us, offer water, or even let us know someone would be with us shortly. We actually timed it from the moment we sat down until the moment we left. What made the situation even more frustrating was that we were seated in the middle of the patio in plain sight. We watched multiple servers and staff members standing around the service station, chatting, sipping drinks, and looking around. Meanwhile, guests who were seated after us had their orders taken, received water, and were even served appetizers before anyone acknowledged our existence. For a restaurant charging premium prices, this level of service is completely unacceptable. On Father's Day of all days, when families are trying to enjoy a special meal together, the lack of attention and basic hospitality was astonishing. After 15 minutes, with my husband and son both hungry and frustrated, I walked up to what appeared to be the manager or owner and informed her that we were leaving because no one had come to our table. Her response was that she "wasn't aware." Frankly, that's not an acceptable answer. If you're managing or owning a restaurant, knowing whether your guests are being taken care of is part of the job. I have traveled extensively throughout the United States and internationally, dining at everything from small local establishments to high-end restaurants around the world. Out of the countless places I have visited, this experience easily ranks among my top 20 worst restaurant experiences. Not because the food was bad--we never even had the opportunity to order--but because the complete lack of service and awareness was that shocking. To make matters worse, after leaving, we went to North Italia. Within a few minutes of being seated, a server greeted us, acknowledged the Father's Day rush, offered us bread, and genuinely seemed concerned when we explained what had just happened. That simple act of hospitality immediately changed the tone of our afternoon. That is how a restaurant should be operated. That is what good management, training, and customer service look like. You make guests feel welcome, valued, and taken care of--even on one of the busiest dining days of the year. This restaurant, unfortunately, did the exact opposite. We left disappointed, hungry, and genuinely stunned by how poorly the situation was handled. Will we return? Absolutely not. There are far too many restaurants that appreciate their customers and understand the basics of hospitality for us to ever give this place another chance.
