Asian Crispy Ribs, avocado won tons w/watermelon
    Stephanie W.

OMG! While visiting Orange County we decided on Reunion for a late dinner. We shared appetizers since we couldn't decide on anything else and they did not disappoint. Service was prompt and the restaurant was filled with just the right amount of talk, laughter and noise. The loaded deviled eggs, Asian crispy ribs, and Avocado won tons w/watermelon were absolutely delicious!! Pictures won't do it justice, just go!!

My cousins and I visited for dinner after a long moving day. They have multiple locations, and I've been to the Santa Barbara location for brunch, so this is my first time visiting for dinner. Parking: They're located in a high foot traffic plaza. Finding a parking spot during rush hour will be difficult. Ambiance/Environment: They have a large space with lots of indoor seating and some outdoor seating. The inside is incredibly dark. Since my cousin brought her dog, we dined outside. They had a few umbrellas, but since the sun was setting, it didn't do much. It was very busy, so the wait time to dine inside was over 30 min. Since we opted to dine outside, we were luckily seated immediately. Service: I didn't catch his name, but thank you to the host who seated us immediately. He was really nice. Shout out to our server Elise for being quick and attentive. She checked on us a few times and refilled our waters. Throughput took under 20 min after ordering. Food & drinks: I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken and Dad's Mai Tai. The entree included baked & fried chicken thighs, drenched with hot honey Nashville sauce, and served with mac & cheese, green beans, and a biscuit on the side. The sauce was sweet and had a slight spicy kick to it. It made the chicken even more delicious. The mac & cheese was creamy, and the green beans were seasoned well. The biscuit was dry, and the butter didn't really help. I like sweet cocktails, but the Dad's Mai Tai was too sweet for me. The maybe extra shots of rum would've been sufficient. Pricing: I really enjoyed their dinner! Highly recommend the Nashville Hot Chicken entree! Prices are more than you'd expect, but it's not surprising in this economy.

I love this location. Reunion is one of the best places for a little meet up with friends with wonderful service and attentive servers. The food and drinks here are amazing and everything is always on the up and up. Whether you are coming for a date or coming to hang out, this place has such a welcoming vibe.

Ok. REUNION! You did your thing and helped us have an amazing meal celebrating Father's Day. Yelpers if you are so lucky you will get Hannah as your server. She is awesome! Coupled with great food, you cant go wrong on dining here. Great vibe!

What other better place to celebrate our friend reunion at a place called "Reunion"? ;) We were looking for a good brunch place to try out and found this place near Corona. Parking: I had no problem finding parking spot as the lot is huge and shared with many other businesses. Interior: We were seated right away without any wait time as we arrived when they just opened. We were seated in a dark area of the restaurant (think bar vibe) so I was a little not sure at first. Most brunch places I went to were always filled with sunlight and bright colorful interiors. This place embraced a classic, quiet feel, something like a Steak House would have. Service: Our server's name was Susan I believe, who was nice and attentive through the whole meal, despite the crowd slowly built up and filled the restaurant. She never failed to check back on us, not just once but twice and refilled our water. She probably isn't as familiar with the brunch menu favorites but seem to know more about the Main menu. The General Manager came out and greeted us because most of their customers are regulars and it's uncommon to have first timers like us visiting. This nice hospitality made us feel very warmly welcomed and impressed. Food: I couldn't decide whether to go with the Slow braised beef on the brunch menu (braised beef benedict) or the main menu but ended up going with the Main menu to get a good portion size. It was a perfect choice because the beef is just amazing. It was cooked to a soft perfection, well seasoned, the roasted vegetable was also cooked just right and not super raw/ crunchy like other places. Then the star of the show arrived - the butter cake. As Susan suggested, this is their most popular dessert and I can see why. The butter cake comes piping hot with the ice cream on top. There's a nice sugar crunchy feel near the bottom of the cake. It's so delicious that I want to come back just to eat this cake. We had a great time overall and would love to come back.

I found them on Yelp and thank you community! This was an amazing place. Stopped by looking for French Inion soup and it was divine!! Had the short ribs for lunch as well, yum. Service was on point t, at every turn she was friendly, fast and knowledgeable about the menu. Beautiful decor and clean restrooms. Please stop in, you have got to get the hot towel treatment

My favorite restaurant ever !!! Best brunch ! ROSEMARY CHICKEN BISCUITS GRAVY EGGS !!! Can you say perfection?! Yummmmmm! If you like country fried steak, NOTHING BETTER !!! 11/10 Best dinner entree too ! Have to choose the SLOW BRAISED SHORT RIBS!!! YUMMMMMMM ! Yes it's that good ! Most tender meat ! Best mashed potatoes tooooo ! Just thinking about this now I want some ! Service has sprays been good. Ambiance Tres chic cool spot ! Great for brunch , happy hour, and a date too ! Must warn you it gets busy. Be prepared to wait. Parking can be hard to find too as it's in a shopping plaza a that also has a gym, a market, and other places to eat. Let me know what you decide to try. HAPPY EATING! SYOY

Had lunch here to celebrate a coworker's birthday. We had a great time and delicious meal. The service was fantastic, Neff was so attentive and anticipated our needs before we even realized what we needed. Portions were quite generous, not over the top large but enough to feel like you get your money's worth. Drinks were also great! Overall a fun place to eat and hangout. Place was not too loud or quiet. Tried the pan seared salmon and charcuterie board, both were great! Had a strawberry drop to drink, so good!

Initially sad to learn their brunch is only on the weekend. We stopped by on the way back home specifically because of the brunch recommendation on yelp but unfortunately not available on weekdays. Nonetheless we stayed and had lunch. The short rib stroganoff was a dish ive never had and I was left FULL. The flavors paired so well together. the creamy garlic on the egg noodles and the sourdough was the softest yet crispest bread ive had in a long time. Mom had the crispy grilled sandwich which she paired with ranch cole slaw & she enjoyed. The ambience was nice and full for a friday afternoon after christmas day. Love the light is very low and makes the vibe more intimate.

Went for Happy Hour for the first time. Jett was our server. So nice, attentive and knowledgeable. He let me sample 2 wines before ordering. ( even though I was picking between the happy hour wines) We ended up ordering only appetizers and desserts and he never was disappointed. I know our bill wasn't the highest, still he treated us like Royals ! Highly recommend the butter cake, Reunion red blend, and the Brussels sprouts!

Well the business was able to reply to this review but failed to respond to 5 different phone calls over nearly 2 weeks...after continuing to say they'd call us back each time. That's why I left a one star review Jenni, after a decade of coming regularly, because it's really awful customer service to tell someone you'll call them back and then repeatedly decide not to. I'm sure my number is written down somewhere - in fact multiple times, I have all the servers names who I spoke to who said they'd pass it along - so please feel free to give us a call.

Looking for a last minute date night spot in the area and we landed on Reunion. Getting a reservation was a breeze. The menu was extensive and really has something for everybody. The asian crispy ribs were amazing and we also enjoyed the coconut shrimp. I never order the specials but I made an exception and ordered the steak entree. I ordered it medium rare and that's exactly what I got. It was delicious. Our server was great and she was so quick that we began to feel bad about asking for more time between appetizers and entrees. I'd definitely come back here to try some of the other things on their menu!

So after my shift this morning, I rolled back into Loaded Cafe with cautious optimism... and a healthy dose of side-eye. I'm happy to report this visit was much better. Nice and Clean. Staff attentive, once they saw that I was there. The coffee hit the spot, and they brought out a fresh concha that was soft, warm, and exactly what it should be. My only complaint? One concha? That's just rude. At least two should come with coffee. I'm pretty sure that's somewhere in the Constitution. Then came the French toast, and it absolutely redeemed itself. Thick, fluffy, buttery, and exactly what I was hoping for after a long morning. No complaints there. The best part, though, was getting to chat with the new manager. It's refreshing to see someone who genuinely seems to care about improving the experience. That conversation gave me hope that my previous visit was the exception, not the rule. So here's to second chances. This visit earned one. I'm rooting for the team to keep heading in this direction because I'd love for no one else to experience the epic breakfast fail I had just a month ago. This time around: worth the stop. Next time... just slide another concha onto that tray and we'll really be onto something.

My first visit was pretty empty inside and I tried the iced pan dulce coffee. It's a medium roast coffee with a sweet cold foam topped with pan dulce crumbles. It was delicious and my favorite drink so far. During my next visit, the cafe was more lively and I tried the specialty cafe de olla cold brew. This was also a solid drink and it was a little less sweet than the iced pan dulce coffee. My favorite thing about these drinks is that they have coffee ice cubes, so when they melt, your drink doesn't taste watered down. They also serve food. Their green chilaquiles had a great flavor and they weren't too spicy. My husband had the chilaquiles oaxaqueños and loved them. I'm not a fan of mole, so they weren't my cup of tea. Their breakfast burritos looked good as well, so that's next on my list to try.

It complemented with the Bonchon so well I kept going back for more. You can change the level of spice. I made mine spicy, and it was perfect for my pallet not too salty, which is accommodating to my pallet as well. Chicken Jikhwa - 4/5 was more on the sweeter side due to the caramelized onion, but overall the flavor was on plate. I really like how it was packed with flavor and with the tofu soup, it balanced each other very well since it's more overpowering with flavor than the tofu soup. The only thing I wish it was served on is a cast-iron plate or something to keep the meat, hot or warm longer lasting. I just love eating the Bonchon along with this because it gave a pickled and acidic complement.

Normally I don't like a ton of gravy in this ritual, but something about the gravy and sausage at Paul's Country Kitchen made this Grand Finale especially delicious. I mean--the Char's Country Plate was good in itself. I've had something similar at the nearby Mr. D's with its two sausage patties on a biscuit covered in gravy along with eggs and hash browns. I think the version at Paul's was a bit better. Every bite was a delight. But I think the best bites were reserved when I got that bit a sausage and gravy into the mix with the hash browns and perfectly cooked eggs. Grand Finales are usually a joy, but this one was especially joyous. Also, noticeable was the great service here. I found the servers personable and discerning. They managed to give out good recommendations, answer any questions about the offerings, and still hold good conversation. That's rare at any food joint you go to. Not only that, they held down the fort when it came to refills, getting my order out quickly, and dropping the bill off when it came time. The personal touch here is impeccable. Lastly, the ambience is great here. The space is kind of limited, but they had plenty of booths and tables, 2-tops and 4-tops, and counter space. Everything was decorated brightly without seeming gaudy, and it gave off a welcoming feeling that is traditional with all local diners. I wouldn't mind eating in a place like this regularly. In conclusion, I think I found a new place to have breakfast. Not only that, I think I found a new place to recommend to others when I want to point out what makes a good diner/coffee shop.

The service was exceptional from start to finish. The hostess welcomed us warmly, the wait staff was attentive and friendly, the bartender was fantastic, the chef clearly puts a lot of care into every dish, and even the team clearing the tables was kind and professional. It truly felt like everyone worked together to create a great experience. As for the food, yum... Brunch was unexpectedly delicious. And the jalapeño avocado crema, which I was honestly hesitant to try, ended up being one of my favorite parts of the meal. It was creamy, flavorful, and had just the right amount of kick. The ambiance, food, and customer service were all outstanding. I may have to come back another time for those famous short ribs, but this brunch experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend

The burger big, good, but just an average burger and nothing really special. Beef dip sandwich was really a cheesesteak, had great flavor and sharp cheese which made its super delicious. The bun was a bit dry and too much bread to meat ratio. Great service, we enjoy our server, she was friendly and attentive.

The food looked amazing, but I was still a little skeptical that it could live up to the hype. I'm happy to say it exceeded every expectation. This was genuinely one of the best dining experiences I've had in Southern California. I came for a girls' night out, and everything was flawless from start to finish. The wine pairing was perfect, and even the complimentary bread and truffle butter that arrived at the table were unforgettable. We started with the escargot and the hamachi crisp--both beautifully presented and bursting with balanced, sophisticated flavors. For our entrées, I ordered the uni pasta, while my friends chose the scallops and the sea bass. We all shared bites of each dish, and every plate was outstanding. The quality of the ingredients, execution, and attention to detail were evident in every course. What truly elevated the evening was the hospitality. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we ended up being the last guests in the restaurant, spending time talking with both the staff and the owner, Andrew. His passion for his vision, commitment to quality, and dedication to creating a memorable dining experience were inspiring. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. I will absolutely be returning often. Without question, this ranks among the very best meals I have had in Southern California. Here's a polished and more refined version of your review: Incredible! Steak frites ($46) - tender, tasty, though the butter sauce is too plentiful. Served on a hot plate, so butter was sizzling for much of the meal. I'd prefer half the amount of butter. Signature hamachi crudo appetizer ($28) - a winner, gorgeously plated, tasty but not overpowering. Do get this. Easy reservations online. Chilly temperature so bring a sweater. Hubby and in-laws enjoyed it, so we'll return!
