Service and Hospitality - 5 Fried Steak - 5 (probably the best I've had in OC) Omelette- 5 (top tier hash browns and omelette was full of flavor) Pancakes - 4 (solid but don't taste like they're made from scratch and syrup is not Maple Syrup) Pastrami Sandwich - 4. (Onion rings were on point, sandwich could do better without peppers and lighter bread. The meat is delicious and should be the focal point) Steak & Eggs - 3 (eggs were cold and steak was overcooked) Chocolate Milk - 3 ( one kid couldn't taste the chocolate and the other said it was ok) I'll definitely be back again. This was the perfect family post-graduation brunch! We heard about this place recently, that it's one of the best brunches in Orange and it lived up to the hype! I love that it's a hidden gem tucked away in a small shopping center. It's a small but quaint spot with both indoor and outdoor (limited) seating. Emilio our server was wonderful, the food was delicious and the portions were great. Especially awesome that you can choose a pancake with your omelette as your choice of bread! Because everyone always wants a side of just one pancake with their breakfast, literally perfect, and included in the price (epic)! The hash browns were delicious and I especially loved the squaw bread option (amongst many others they offer). Local Gem. The food here is really good and reasonably priced. If it's your first time, they'll point you toward their popular dishes, which is helpful. Their portions are very generous! The pancakes are a standout--super fluffy and not dry at all. They have indoor and outdoor tables available. The staff is warm and welcoming--our waitress Alicia was great. It has that true home-style diner feel, where they actually take the time to chat with you and make you feel like a regular. Nice little mom-and-pop breakfast joint located just off the side of the main street. Very relaxed vibe, run by one incredibly busy gal who I assume was the owner. Came for brunch after a run! The ambiance was cute, tight for big parties but we enjoyed our time. Got some mimosas and drinks to start off with! Our server was so kind and friendly :) wasn't able to catch her name Highly recommend the chilaquiles. They prepared it to where the chilaquiles were crispy, not too soggy, which went perfectly with the salsa. The chicken n waffles were also made well! The chicken was juicy and had a nice crisp when bit into. As far as the breakfast burritos and turkey melt; the eggs could've used some more seasoning and the portion of eggs and hash browns was overwhelming compared to the protein portion. The salsa for the burritos had mixed reviews. The turkey melt was ok, could also use some side sauce and thankfully our server recommended mixing some sauces and came out so good! We were greeted and sat down by a wonderful young man named Emilio, He got us coffee right away and made sure we knew that our food might take little longer since they were at capacity. Service was strange- the server kept saying 'everything is good' and didn't really good enough feedback. I got the Meat Lovers Omelette with a side of potato salad and pancakes. Omelette was not the best. It was kind of wet and would break apart when I cut into it. 3/5 Potato Salad was fine. There are a number of seats inside as well as some tables outside covered by an orange awning. The menu has so much variety from a variety of breakfast dishes to burgers, sandwiches, and salads. They also have a kids menu with a Panda Face Pancake - cute! We ordered the 2 pancake combo, the crab cake benedict, and the Creme Brulee French Toast. Everything was soo good! The pancakes were fluffy and delicious just the way I like it. The french toast came with a yummy custard sauce with that candied crunchy sugar crust. The crab cakes were equally delightful, with a crispy crab cake and perfectly poached eggs, covered in plenty of yummy hollandiase sauce. Service was great, our server was upbeat and friendly. From the food to the service, I totally enjoyed my dining experience here. Parking is very limited, so you may have to find street parking if it's busy. read more

I ordered the crabcake benedict and the best thing in that plate was the Irish potatoes, which were a 5/5 for me, excellent recommendation by my waitress. The hollandaise sauce was good the pouched eggs were cooked nicely with the runny yolk, but the crabcake itself was lackluster. Made with imitation crab, which is fine if I got a lot of it but in my opinion it was really all filler. I would come back but order something else. read more
