Delicious. I had the cucumber-Lime water. Really refreshing. Chips and salsa, chips were fresh, the salsa was some of the best I have had in a long time. The mild was a little tomato-ee. The roasted salsa, great flavor with a touch of heat. I got the shredded beef burrito-wet.very good, comes with beans and rice inside. Best Mexican food I have had since moving to Orange County.

Found this place driving by. First person greeted me was Rosie ended up being my server and let's just say they don't get any better. Such a wonderful soul and so helpful in choosing things to try and they were all incredible. Beers are super cold with nice cold mugs but the attention to detail matching food and service makes this place a must try! You will be glad you did

Food was hot and served quickly. Service was polite, Rosie. The menudo had great flavor. Kids menu pancakes was a hit with the kid. Iced tea was switched out for a fountain drink, as it tasted a little off. Place was clean and decorative for the holidays. Our first time here, will be back.

Had the biggest burrito I've ever seen! I would go back for the carne asada burrito, but unfortunately the other items lacked flavor. The margarita was poured out of a giant premixed jug, and it definitely did not taste like it was made with tequila, it was very odd. The ceviche was just okay. Service was great though!

Love this place! First time here and my server, Ruby, so so sweet and attentive! She was training and her trainer (chick with red-ish hair) was also very kind and accommodating. The runner was able to tend to my needs of a second margarita, and he was also very polite and wonderful. I got the lunch special which were delicious papas taquitos. Cute little spot with great service and wonderful food!

My Wife and I always come for the Pozole and luckily they have a kids menu! Anyways it's a go to spot for my family.

Taco enchilada lunch combo. Took a bit out of the taco before the photo and knew I had to add my 3rd review!!!

It's a 5 star again! I've never been disappointed when coming here. It's always clean, service is great and the food is excellent. Very consistent!! This time I tried a taco and enchilada combo. Mmmmm! Don't know why I wait so long to come back! Will be back again.. please don't change anything!!

I really hate to write a bad review about this place because it's family owned and they're always so nice, but our dinner tonight really missed the mark on all fronts. My husband ordered the flautas combo and the tortilla was barely cooked. There was only a tiny little scoop of guacamole (literally a couple tablespoons) and a bit of salsa. Other places we've ordered them, they are covered. I ordered the fish taco combo and it was very bland. The tacos mostly just tasted like the sauce and had no flavor. There also was hardly any fish. The rice was under cooked and everything lacked flavor and just had a ton of salt. Usually when we've ordered we are given a bag of chips and a bunch of salsa. We ordered through Postmates and we didn't get ANY chips or salsa AT ALL. We were all very disappointed

Ask the Community - Los Cabos Mexican Restaurant

When is the pozole served, all week or just weekend?

    All week!

Do you still have 🌮 Tuesday discussions?

Yes! 3 hard shelled tacos for $5.99

Are the meatballs in the Albondigas soup made with wheat flour/starch?? Or are they made in the authentic fashion, which uses just meat & egg or rice as the main binder...?

So I asked and they said it's the old fashioned. They grind the meat fresh every day and dip it in the egg wash.

    Are you handicapped accessible?

Yes it is on site and the bathrooms are as well if you where wondering

Then we unexpectedly came across this super popular restaurant! The crowd alone caught our attention, so we decided to give it a try -- and I'm glad we did. Atmosphere: The moment we walked in, the vibe immediately stood out. It has a charming vintage feel, with beautiful natural sunlight pouring in, making the whole space warm and cozy. Perfect for a relaxing weekend brunch or a casual meal with family and kids. Here are the dishes we highly recommend: Guacamole & Chips Absolutely addictive. The guacamole was fresh, creamy, and packed with flavor. We couldn't stop eating it. Steak Plate The steak was cooked perfectly tender, and the juicy corn underneath soaked up all the delicious flavors. Every bite felt satisfying. Pulled Pork Tacos Super authentic Mexican-style tacos with rich layers of flavor. The combination of refried beans and avocado sauce made them even better. A few small notes: The restaurant was extremely busy, so the staff seemed a little overwhelmed at times. Service was okay overall, but understandable considering how packed it was. Coffee lovers: Their coffee leaned a bit on the sweeter side for us, so if you prefer less sweetness, it's worth mentioning when ordering. Overall, such a fun and lively brunch spot in Old Towne OC. Definitely worth trying if you're in the area!

I've been back to this place a bunch of times since my first visit - my wife has been with me about four times now, and I've even taken my parents. The service here is always great. We've had great servers, and they're all really friendly and make sure we have everything we need. The carnitas themselves are the star--tender, juicy pork that's been slow-cooked to perfection with that signature crispy edge on some pieces, delivering rich, savory flavor without being overly greasy. It's seasoned just right, with a nice balance of porky goodness and subtle spices that let the meat shine. Wrapped in a large, fresh flour tortilla (they make their own in-house, which always helps), it's stuffed generously with the classics: fluffy Mexican rice, creamy refried or whole beans (depending on your preference, but both work great), chopped onions, cilantro, and a solid dose of salsa. I went with their green salsa for a bright, tangy kick that cuts through the richness perfectly, plus a dollop of sour cream and cheese for that creamy melt. No skimping on portions here--it's hearty and filling, easily a meal that satisfies for hours. At around $10 (give or take, based on current pricing), it's a great value in the area. The burrito holds together well without falling apart mid-bite, and the overall balance of textures--tender meat, soft rice/beans, crisp onions--makes every mouthful enjoyable. If you're in the mood for classic carnitas done right in a casual, bakery-taqueria spot with great salsas and a friendly vibe, this one's definitely worth grabbing. I'd rate it 4.5 out of 5--only docking half a point because it's not reinventing the wheel, but it's executing the traditional style exceptionally well. Highly recommend if you're near 728 N Tustin St in Orange! Pair it with an horchata, yum

We had a large group of about 30 people, which is never easy for any restaurant to handle, but they accommodated us so well. I ordered the carne asada plate, and the meat was cooked to perfection -- tender, flavorful, and seasoned just right. You can tell they know how to prepare their dishes with care. For dessert, I had the arroz con leche, and it was amazing. It was the perfect balance of sweetness and comfort, especially after an emotional day. The ambiance truly stood out. The hacienda-style patio with trees created such a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. The Spanish-style architecture inside, along with the fountain, made the whole experience feel warm and inviting.
