To start I came here with my wife and another couple and we ordered a Margarita and unfortunately they do not blend it or have a blender and on top of that I could tell there was barely any alcohol in the drink for what I paid. Then the burrito I ordered was huge so portion size was good but unfortunately it doesn't matter how big it is if it's not any good. It was tasteless had no flavor and came out cold. Our friends thought it was terrible food and service as well and my wife and I feel bad for recommending them to this place and taking them here. We will not be going back. read more

The service and food here is unmatched. It's rare to find a homey restaurant in the neighborhood where the hospitality truly matches the deliciousness of the dishes. We always have a great experience coming in on a weekday night, feeling like I'm having dinner at someone's home. Our absolute favorite is the carne asada especially plate! Tonight I tried the Camerones à la diabla and it was so bomb. The shrimp were a nice size and the Mexican rice, grilled veggies and refried beans always hit as sides! Sidenote they have one of the best tortilla chips out of the Mexican spots we frequent. They're served warm and are thin and with two types of salsa (ask for the habanero and chili oil if you like extra heat)! P.S. Rosi and Ramon and awesome! read more

My cousin invited me here for her birthday dinner. When I pulled up to it, I thought it was just a little mom and pop hole in the wall, but they proved me wrong. Inside, everything was spotless. The food was seasoned and cooked to perfection! The staff members were very friendly, and quick to serve us (even though are party was so big)! Been doing the rounds of Mexican restaurants in Orange. 2nd time at Los Cabo's and this is IT! My absolute Fav! I enjoy solo relaxing lunches NDEVUA this place is perfect. Wonderful ambiance and felt- solo or with friends. Service and food is always consistent. Last visit I had chicken with refried beans and rice. This time the shrimp tacos. The pinto beans are the BEST I have had! Not greasy, flavorful and perfect texture! The shrimp tacos were really good with cabbage and a sauce that perfectly compliments and does not overwhelm the shrimp. Huge lunch special and. Great price. Friendly attentive service. Great food. The service was amazing. They have a large selection of Mexican dishes. They provide two different salsas and both were very delicious. The entrees had great flavor. Although, I originally thought the entrees dishes were small they were very filling. I do recommend the side salads be slightly larger for the extra charge of $2.99. Found Los Cabo's on Yelp and couldn't be happier. Chips and 2 different salsas were placed on the table within seconds of sitting down and from that moment I knew everything was going to be delicious. Love this place! First time here and my server, Ruby, so so sweet and attentive! She was training and her trainer (chick with red-ish hair) was also very kind and accommodating. The runner was able to tend to my needs of a second margarita, and he was also very polite and wonderful. I got the lunch special which were delicious papas taquitos. We came on a Sunday evening around 5:45 and were sat right away! The workers here are very nice and attentive, they checked on us multiple times. Our water was refilled only once at the end of the meal after plates were cleared, and they had been empty most of the meal. I really enjoyed the food, and I want to come back, but if I am ever seated in her section again I might have to walk out in order to be respectful of everyone's time. I really hope the majority of servers do not work with this kind of lackadaisical attitude, because it would truly be a 5/5 experience if it felt like the servers were prioritized with making sure you were taken care of rather than trying to hide in service stations when your customers need something.

The food overall was good the Brussels sprouts were deliciously spicy-sweet, and the crispy tuna rice had great flavor. The fried chicken was overhyped it really needed more seasoning and fresher fryer oil. The Strawberry Torte was excellent light, balanced, with torched meringue, lemon curd, butter-toasted almonds, and strawberry coulis. The price is reasonable, the watermelon spritz is refreshing, and the staff are fantastic. Honestly, everything was good, but a more consistent change of the fryer oil would make everything even better. I'd definitely return!

We wish they add more pasta dishes w marinara sauce. Today we had a great time right after the 4th of July. We always liked fresh baked sour bread w creamy butter to start. Interior, ambiance, service are all great, nothing changed. Pros Parking is huge. No problem to shop and enjoy dining including watching movies all day. Cons Pasta menu: No marinara sauce Tacos: only soft shell, hope they make hard shell.

Every bite was delicious, and the presentation of the food was excellent. The restaurant itself is clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It wasn't overcrowded, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Joann at the front for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Great food, great atmosphere, and great service.
