Chicken Caesar salad. Looks soggy and the dressing was a lot runnier. Chicken Caesar Salad

I have been ordering Chicken Caesar salad, for almost two years, from Alea's cafe. But the last two orders have been a complete disappointment. I'm not sure what changed, but the dressing has been a lot more runny and the mayonnaise taste over powers the whole meal. The greens taste like it's been sitting on water the whole time and the quantity was much more. This is definitely not the original recipe. $14.00 salad no longer worth it.

Cheeseburger and fried zucchini combo

I love this place! I've been coming here for years. Catherine and Nicko always take care of me and the kids whenever I come in. If you have not been here, you should definitely stop by and try out this Jem!!

Over priced

$22 for a double bacon cheeseburger combo. That's about $5 more than most. Burger was good (bun was the most impressive part) fries and seasoning salt were also good but the ranch was pretty weak.

I just love this place. I mainly go on Sundays. I go after church. At first I went there because it was near by. Didn't have to drive far and then get in line. So I mainly eat breakfast here. I have my favorites. But mainly the big breakfast. With a freshly squeezed OJ. Yes that's a bit more But it's worth it. The Big Breakfast consist of 2 eggs cooked the way you like it. I get them over easy. Yes I like to pop the yoke. Sausage or Bacon. Or half and half. Choice of hash browns or country potatoes. I get hash browns. And they always cook them percent. Not burnt or still raw. That doesn't happen here. Then you have a choice bread. Toast white or wheat, Rye, sourdough and English Muffin. Off course I get the English Muffin. It comes buttered. And they always bring you some jam. But it's not done yet. You get 3 nice size pancakes. Yes. It will fill you up. Now I have had the pastrami burger. It was ok for me. I did prefer their pastrami melt. They have a sandwich but it comes with no cheese. They grill their pastrami here. Not boil it like at the Hat. Taste much better. They serve menudo on the weekends. I SE people order that a lot. It looks like people order different things. I'm always seeing different things. Waffles , burgers , sandwiches, burritos. Country fried steak. The menu is big. And diverse. But I mainly come for breakfast. They have 14-16 tables inside. They are all booths. And sit 4 comfortably. They also have tables outside. So whatever fancies you. This place is kept clean. The servers are always cleaning up. And some nice you order first. Gives you an opportunity to choose your table. In case you want to face the television. Or not. Your choice. The parking situation is good. Just don't park on the other side of the fence. They have plenty parking.

Horrible carne asada. The beef is rubbery and chewy.Avoid at all cost

This place is only good for breakfast.Stay away from Tacos and burritos especially the carne asada meat.Totally disappointing tacos. The meat that they use has no quality whatsoever. The beef is hard to chew and the texture sucks.I bought 2 carne asda tacos and it came out around $10 for both.I ended up throwing the other taco away and the corn tortillas was disintegrating from my hands while eating. It would be better to if they serve flour tortillas on their tacos.Stick with the bfast omelettes and sandwiches if you eat here.Avoid the tacos at all cost unless you like yo rubbery cheap cuts of beef.I know the real texture and quality of carne asada. The most popular cuts of meat is a flank steak or skirt steak.

Anaheim, California (Orange County). My old office was walking distance to Alea back in 2008-2009. This means I came here a lot~! The food options in this area sucked with few places to go to nonetheless walk. However, many eateries & plazas has sprouted since then. As I was heading to Frys to exercise... I past by & flipped a beech to eat at Alea just for old time's sake... And I left happy. Food: B Standard foods. The portions are insane~! They load the fries or hash browns to make sure a man don't leave hungry. Breakfast. Standard stuff. Eggs, toast, hash browns, omlettes, bacon, meats, etc. The portions are generous. The salsa/chile work very well with the omlettes. Burgers. They are standard 1/4 lbers. Double ortega cheese burger w/ avocado (no bacon) was my go to when i was a fatty. I miss it. Maybe for old time sake... Sandwiches. The amount of meat is similar to Arbys. They stack em. Salads. I swear they add one head per salad. It's pretty big, but, small or gigantic, ALL SALADS SUCK!!! Service: Hit or miss. Location: NW corner of Miller & MIra Loma. Private lot but gets crowded at lunch rush. Decor/Interior: Nothing special. Overall: Happy eatings, safe travelings my friends. cleeshyun.com @cigarcpa

It was walkable, but a little bit of a trek. 100% worth it. Staff was super friendly and helped us figure out what to order (parents weren't sure whether they wanted Mexican or burgers). We ended up getting the Bulgogi burger, a bacon cheeseburger, some onion rings, and a carne asada fry. Ok. The food doesn't photograph well for your instagram, but it's delicious. Lemme tell ya - after an early morning of flying, we inhaled this food. Would absolutely come back. Was good enough that we're considering skipping dinner at the park The inside of the restaurant is clean and has a good mix of table sizes for everyone. Saw a table near us order the chicken teriyaki plate and it looked delicious as well. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu.

Apollo Burger is located off Chapman in the intersection of Garden Grove, Orange, and Anaheim (technically Garden Grove though). There's plenty of parking, but it can get crowded when the lunch or dinner rush hits. The interior has a bunch of seating, and the restaurant is very bright and clean. The staff were all super friendly, and everything was made fresh and quickly. I got a bacon cheeseburger and a cheeseburger (sub mayo, add pickles and onions), and both were exactly what you'd look for in an old school, diner-type burger. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors were all great. I also got a chocolate shake which I would venture to say was one of the best chocolate shakes I've had in recent memory. I tried the grilled chicken sandwich as well, but unfortunately that was quite dry as they used pieces of chicken vs a full cutlet, so I would recommend avoiding that. This is a great burger joint in OC, and I absolutely plan to come back. If you're in the mood for a diner burger, this place is absolutely the spot to visit.

We went towards the end of the night and were surprised to see how busy they were on a Thursday night. We opted for the wagyu steakhouse burger with the a1 on the side. The patty was cooked to perfection, but the flavor was lacking. Maybe because we omitted the a1 sauce? Personally I feel a good juicy burger comes with a flavorful patty that should carry the flavor in itself. The cheese fries however was delicious and plenty. Service was quick and our cashier was so nice, answering all our questions appropriately and patiently!

My wife ordered the chicken Cesar salad and enjoyed it, though there felt like an inordinate amount of cheese on the salad. Despite it being lunch time we were able to order a cruise through quickly and didn't have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for the food, which was awesome. We sat on the patio which felt like a nice little retreat from the hustle and bustle of downtown Disney, though it still provided all the excellent people watching views! It's certainly not the best food you're going to have in Downtown Disney, but it gets the job done. The only unfortunate bit is that it's way more expensive than it should be, with creative milkshake offerings often starting the price tag in the $20 range. Overall, it was a restaurant that just... is what it is. Wasn't insulting, but also wasn't some life altering experience.

I wanted to share some comprehensive feedback regarding a recent experience, aiming to highlight both your successes and areas where further refinement could elevate the customer journey even further. First and foremost, I must commend your team for their exceptional warmth and hospitality. From my initial phone call to the moment I picked up my order, I felt genuinely welcomed and valued. This level of customer service, which often feels lacking in many establishments today, truly sets American Grub apart. It creates a welcoming atmosphere that significantly enhances the overall experience, and I sincerely hope this commitment to friendliness remains a cornerstone of your operation. However, I encountered a couple of points that, in my personal opinion, warrant consideration for improvement. Regarding the payment process, I felt a degree of apprehension about providing my credit card details over the phone. While I understand the operational need to secure orders and prevent potential losses, particularly for larger transactions, for a single item like my bacon cheeseburger, priced at $17.24 including tax, this practice felt somewhat disproportionate. I also noted the 99-cent fee for online payments, which, while minor, might deter some customers who are seeking convenience without additional charges. Perhaps exploring alternative secure payment links for phone orders or adjusting the fee structure for smaller transactions could enhance customer comfort and streamline the process. My primary concern, however, arose upon returning home. Despite ordering a bacon cheeseburger, I discovered the burger completely lacked bacon, as well as any form of sauce or mayonnaise. This oversight had a significant impact on the meal; the absence of these core components rendered the burger quite bland and far from the experience I had anticipated. When ordering a single item, the expectation for meticulous attention to detail is particularly high, as there are fewer variables. Consequently, the overall value of the meal, given the missing ingredients, was not quite met on this occasion. I did reach out to the owner privately via email to discuss these points, and I appreciate their responsiveness and transparency in addressing my feedback, particularly concerning the rationale behind the phone payment policy. It is reassuring to know that your business is open to customer input. My hope is that these observations can serve as constructive input, allowing American Grub to continue refining its excellent service and product quality. I remain a supporter of your local endeavor and look forward to seeing these aspects addressed. Thank you for reaching out. To clarify, all my reviews and communications are crafted solely from my personal experiences and genuine perspectives, not AI. Every word and insight you read is authentically mine, driven by my commitment to provide honest feedback. Even though the review was long..(lol) I wanted to make sure the details are accurate and understandable. Plus I think you and your establishment are great and I wanted to detail that as well Kimberly.
