What an amazing place! The portions are big the Customer Service is awesome, the restaurant is clean and inviting... but most importantly the food tastes great!! they provide a great family friendly ambience where you could just hang out and enjoy your meal. They have small booths and large tables to accommodate a couple people hanging out for lunch or maybe the family stopping by... Definitely a place to sit and not feel constraint in a small booth I have now visited this place four times in two weeks and I've always walked away feeling that I received the best service in comparison to any establishment. From the cooks to the person handing you the food. Everybody is smiling and genuinely look happy to serve you, especially Rosa, who went out of her way to make sure that our experience was an excellent experience... Stopped by Perry's Place and had a great experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent! The staff was friendly, attentive, and always smiling. They checked on me several times during my meal, making sure everything was just right. I originally ordered food to go for my family, but the place looks so clean and inviting, I decided to have my food at the restaurant. The food came out fresh and hot, with generous portions that really hit the spot. The nacho plate looked absolutely gigantic and delicious -- definitely something I'll try next time along with one of their salads which looks so fresh and delicious. Stopped in to pick up a turkey burger and side salad. I asked for 2 slices of Swiss cheese on the burger and was charged for it. When I got home, there was NO cheese on the burger. Such a bummer. Just so you know, the food is good. My complaint is the customer service. I go through the drive through. One person takes your order and then someone else hands you the food. The service changed. I mean the woman that handed me my food acted like I was doing her a favor. I'm the one that said thank you. Customer service should be different. Nice, clean diner with lots of choices. I was happy they had a gyro sandwich because I didn't feel like anything too heavy. My daughter ordered the chili fries and it was huge, she brought home the rest to have for lunch the following way. My son had the tuna salad sandwich and he liked it. Fries were nice and crisp. I stopped by today to order the chicken and waffles and it was fantastic! My wife and I spit the order and there was food left over. It had potato's, bell peppers, cheese and your breakfast meats, it all blended well together and had plenty of flavor. With a suggestive amount of gravy... The biscuits and gravy didn't change my life, but was deeply satisfying - even a day later. This was our second time here and we ordered the same thing both times, and it was consistent, even months apart. We got the #5 (1/2 order biscuits and gravy, two eggs, three sausages) and a waffle. The biscuits and gravy is very good, although I think it would be better if the gravy had sausage chunks in it, for a bit more texture. The biscuits don't have any crunch, but the flavor is still very good. The sausage is typical diner sausage and same for the eggs, which I ordered over medium (instead of over easy), because they tend to cook the egg a little less than I like. I ate exactly half of it one day and half the next day. I was surprised at how well the leftovers held up. I almost felt like it was better the second day, if not the same. The waffle was pretty standard, and it smells amazing, like cinnamon (I don't know if there's cinnamon in it, but it smells very good and we enjoyed that as well, with the butter and syrup they provided. Today we ordered the family burger combo. They gave our order to a table that ordered after us. One of the employees noticed and immediately fixed the error. She gave us 2 extra burgers and apologized. I think it was the other table's order. Either way, she fixed it. And we thank you. The place was clean. Someone was sweeping the lobby. My only complaint is I do Belice the fountain machines have to be calibrated. The brisk raspberry was extremely sweet. And the starry was watery. The cherry Pepsi and Dr Pepper was a bit flat. Yesterday my partner and I wanted a quick breakfast so we went through the Drive-Thru for chorizo burritos with salsa. So so good! I also like to get their breakfast with either pancakes or french toast. I ask for extra butter (because I'm more into butter than syrup) and it hits every time. My partner loves their chicken fried steak and eggs. They have fountain soda drinks, good coffee, and fresh brewed iced tea with lemon slices if you like yours that way. This place is always very clean too. The staff is on top of it, clearing tables and coming around to refill coffee or grab anything you need for your meal. They are really friendly as well. The cashier smiled and was friendly. We were greeted as soon as we approached the counter. Food comes out fresh and hot. Chicken does take a little longer as well as steak. But everything comes out very quickly. They give you large portions here so you could share some items. Inside has booths and tables and is spacious compared to other places.
