The food is great, I enjoy the cheeseburger and fries. The meat patty really has that seared taste and they give fresh ingredients and thick cuts of it from onions, tomatoes and lettuce! Burger has this special / thousand island like sauce. The fries taste great and I just love thicker fries. Doesn't have an old oil taste to it, but does need salt. Story time! I sat down at Christos's with my wonderful steak n eggs meal but got a call from my manager. The call latest over 45 mins and all I could do was stare at my food getting cold. It seems I wasn't the only one to notice. As I started cutting into my cold steak, the chef came to my table and asked me if he could re-heat the steak and refresh eggs and potatoes. The waitress, Janet, had noticed and asked him to come speak to me. In 5 mins I had a hot plate of food again. This type of service isn't found around much in today's times. It really made my day. Cheese chips came with corn tortillas and my wife had French toast, egg and bacon again we ate there and we're very satisfied. Prices were very fair nice atmosphere in the restaurant families great place. The food was excellent. First time I ever had that pastor was delicious. Little chunks of pineapple were very well cooked. Not too salty. Very tasty. Every few months we eat there been eating there probably 10 years or more never had a bad experience yet is delicious. I was driving in the area of Christos Best. I was extremely hungry and happened to see this restaurant. So I decided to check it. Everything was going great. My family and I came here for lunch after church on a Sunday. The ladies taking our order were very attentive and nice. Our food was just as we wanted but the food was very bland. It didn't have any taste to it. Don't get me wrong, we still ate it of course. **Fast forward towards the end of our lunch all of a sudden we started smelling pine sol. It was very strong smell it was uncomfortable to be there. Around 2:56 p.m one of the worker ladies told us that they "close at 3" my family and I looked at each other like "are they really kicking us out?" My stepmom, who is a store general manager to a restaurant said "we never kick out customers if we are closing" which is true. They should never kick us out if we are still there. Not to say it's bad food by any stretch, but I'd say it's like cafeteria-food quality with a menu size that rivals the Cheesecake Factory.
