This is your typical mom & pop style diner but it has a drive thru! I stopped by on the way home from work so I was very happy to see a drive thru available for a place like this. Ordered their Breakfast Sandwich with sausage on wheat bread. It's not like your typical breakfast sandwich and comes with lettuce and tomatoes. It's quite small but it's loaded with goodies. Worst establishment I have been to in years. I rarely give a one star. Unfortunately, the staff at this location, despite playing Christian music, are very rude. Literally calling me a liar to my face and stating I am not a customer since I was only accompanying another party. They require every person in the party to order something otherwise you cannot even use the bathroom. If you have kids and they share a plate they aren't allowed to use the bathroom since each of them aren't ordering a meal. One day while we were on the way to the office our friends and us were meeting for food so I said we should try this place Perry's. Let me tell you every single one of us loved every item of food we got. Not on top of that but people who work here are nice patient and they gave us a bunch of coupons and continue to do so. The place is very clean. It's quite spacious actually doesn't smell weird or anything and overall just a great place. Been coming here since they changed over from new ownership.....went on the weekend and picked up about $60 worth of food including the family pack which was told that it's all day deal which was a nice surprise...went today at 1:30pm after picking children up from school to get the kids some lunch,went to drive thru and was told no that deal does not start till 2pm which I knew beforehand however when I asked the girl that I've been told it was a all day deal she then tells me no they changed the policy last week with a smirking attitude as if your having a bad day....pretty sad you couldn't even honor the deals with what 30mins till 2pm....its ok tho I gladly went up the street to jack in the box and gave them my business when I would o much rather support small business read more

Welcome Perry's place! The owner wrote a whole story about how this place came to be, from Tom's to Tim's and now Perry's on Placentia Buzz. They are currently transitioning into the new name. I really enjoy the waffles, although they have a great selection of other foods. I've tried thebchicken, pastrami, various breakfast items, and more. The place is usually bustling. The price point for most of the food is pretty good. The establishment is also clean feeling, and they have a small outdoor area as well if you want to bring a dog. I am thankful for a place like Perry's place in our neighborhood. It isn't anything fancy. We went here for dinner last night because the Placentia Buzz said it was good but in reality it was HORRIBLE!! Got the chili fries, grilled chicken salad and onion rings. Spent 39 dollars on all of this tasteless slop! The onion rings were over fried and needed salt in the batter. They had no taste and were tough. The salad was okay but the cucumbers were old and limp and the ranch dressing had absolutely no taste like it was watered down. I had to add salt to it. The chicken was way overcooked. The chili fries were the worst and my husband paid an extra $.99 for onions and he didn't get them so he took his plate up and the guy was rude about it and threw a huge amount of onions on the top. The employees are extremely rude and I would never set foot in this place again!! I don't see it staying in business very long. read more

Fave chilli cheese fries I have had in a long time. If I had to rate it out of 10. I would say 8.5/10. Which is pretty good. Tommy's would be the only one that can beat this so far.
