And he also got a peanut butter shake which was sooo delightful and a huge portion. He also got the cup of chili, great portions of cheese however it was a touch too salty. Both burgers were excellent! And the owner was so kind and attentive serving us. Only thing was it was SUPER hot in there, it didn't get cool until an employee actually turned on the AC. Example: tomato slices, ends of sausage or bell pepper, and a hair The drinks have been watered down for over a year. The syrup needs to be changed and less ice. Also no carbonation. When you get the receipt of overpaying you can't even see a breakdown of what you ordered, just a big grand total This does not seem legal at all. Incorrect menu prices, overcharging, then not giving you a breakdown just a higher total. Seems really shady to me and the food is honestly plain bland. I'll never return here sadly. I'll have to go somewhere else in the area where they show you the charges and are on top of things. Please do better

The food is still phenomenal, and the burritos are just as massive as they were 13 years ago. They are still easily two meals in one. They have also put a lot of work into the interior of the building, and it looks really nice and fresh while keeping that familiar charm. Pepe's is a true staple in the community, and it is great to see a local favorite not only surviving, but genuinely thriving 13 years later. Still an easy 5 stars.
