I literally never write reviews but I had to for this terrible experience. The last time I ordered from this location (11/8/2025) I asked for a 8 wing medium combo with 3 mango habanero and 5 hot honey rub wings. I picked up the sealed bag, got my drink, and went home. After opening the bag I noticed that they had only given me 3 of each flavor, meaning I was missing 2 wings. I thought it was pretty obvious that a worker saw a combo order with 3 mango habanero and just assumed that it was a half/half 6 piece combo. Not a huge deal. I immediately called the store and informed them of what happened. I truthfully wasn't expecting much, maybe some in store credit or at the VERY least a partial refund. Instead, they told me that I would have to drive all the way back and show them their mistake in person so they could have "proof" that this actually was the case. They told me there was no way to send them a picture. There was no way for me to get compensation of ANY KIND without me driving all the way there and back again, a service people get paid to do, just to prove I wasn't scamming them. They told me that this was all part of the new company policy after a recent acquisition of Wingstop. I hadn't heard about the acquisition, but it totally makes sense since the fries, which used to be my favorite, changed to hard, stale, chewy, artificial-feeling frozen food garbage. Completely unacceptable that I am required to take time and energy out of my day just to not get stolen from a restaurant due to their own mistake. I have frequented this Wingstop for many years. It is the closest to my home. The wings USED to be very good there. We always order the large 40 wing bundle with the sides. The last 3 times we've been they have been so bad! One time very salty and greasy, another hard and overcooked. This last time I ordered 10 lemon pepper, 10 garlic, 10 sweet chili and 10 hot. Even worse, these incompetent employees decide to rip my receipt upon pickup so they can't even CHECK it. Almost at random we decided to get wings for dinner one night. This place was near our house and it was as good as we could expect. It didn't change my mind about wings but it was a good dinner. The hottest wings are a little dry and the medium-spicy wings are the tastiest, especially the barbecue. Getting food was a little slow (though we didn't mind waiting as long as the food was hot), then there was an error in the service, but they made up for it and even went beyond expectations to make it good. I Love wingstop. The boneless bbq wings with ranch is delicious. Fries really good and the tables were clean, but I really feel the person serving should've known which of the 3 orders was the HOT one. No marking on the habanero serving. So my 82 y.o. Mother was served Hot Habanero instead of her requested Hawaiian style wings. Fortunately they were not as spicy as one might think. Of course my husband likes spicy- so he was disappointed. Then there is the infamous bathroom critique. If I would have been there 1st - I am sure I would have left the building. This Wingstop has 2 restrooms, One for employees and one for customers. I did not see the employee restroom, but the customer bathroom was worse than an overused gas station bathroom. Apparently the management does not understand the importance of a decent restroom. I will start by saying that I have been a loyal customer of the Wingstop Franchise since 2003 when they built one in Inglewood CA. However, this particular location has been the worst experience that I have ever had. I would give this location a zero star rating if that were an option. After my spouse and I had a strict diet routine for over 2 weeks, we decided to treat ourselves to Wingstop. We normally frequent another location, however we decided to give this location a try. What a HUGE mistake. We ordered a 30 piece wing half honey hot and half Louisiana rub. From the looks of things in the cooking area it appeared as if they were training a new cook. When we got home and decided to eat the meal that cost $49.00, we find that EVERY single wing was overcooked. I wish that were an exaggeration. The next day my wife calls the location to speak with the manager and after being placed on hold a man picks the phone up as if he is the manager. When my wife asked him if he was the manager he then informed her that he was not and that she was not there. My wife called again the next day and after explaining the situation, she was told that the manager was not there and was placed on hold for over five minutes after being told that they would see if there is anything that they could do about it. My wife finally hung up out of frustration. Two days after that I called. On my first attempt I thought that I had dialed the wrong number because this business has their voicemail set up as if it was someone's home telephone. How unprofessional! I called back a second time and asked for the manager. I was told that she would be in at 5pm. I called at 5pm and was told that she would be in at 6pm. I called at 6pm and was told that she would be in at 7pm. I called at 7pm only to find the root of the problem. I found a manger named Ophilia that was unprofessional in addressing the concerns of the customer. She expressed no empathy for the inconvenience that was caused and did not take advantage of the opportunity that I presented her to make the situation right. She asked me if I I had a receipt and I informed her that I only had my bank statement that shows both the charge and the location. Ophilia said that because I did not have a receipt that she could compensate me with a 10 piece. How insulting! I am not here to get free food. I only want what I paid for and did not receive which were wings cooked according to Wingstop standards. After denying her insulting offer, I asked her if I could locate the receipt , would she be willing to remake the order. She of course replied no. This was further confusing because she made it seem that the receipt missing was the reason that she could only offer me 10 wings. She then went to offer me the number to corporate. The biggest slap in the face was her pointing out that it had been so many days passed since the order! While during this whole time, she was not at work! I'm surprised that this location even has a 2.9. If I owned this franchise, I would be ashamed. This owner is definitely absent. I have attached a copy of my bank statement that was obviously not proof enough to show that I made this purchase remake overcooked Hot Wings. read more

Which I understood because it was busy. About half an hour goes by and I asked again to make sure my order was still in the queue the woman said yes. I asked a third time about an hour later and they said still being worked on. I finally asked a 4th time when it had been an hour and a half since I ordered my food and the girl went and picked up a bag that had been sitting there the whole time.
