#Terrible Customer Service, #Unwelcoming Staff, #Unclean Dining Area I had a very disappointing experience today. I ordered a Peach Milkshake at the drive-thru and politely asked stuff to refill my other drink. I asked if refills were done inside, so my son walked in alone. We've refilled here before without issues, but today three young female staff were extremely cold and hostile, interrogating my son about where he bought the drink and making him feel uncomfortable. They eventually refilled it, but rudely told him, "Only this time. Additionally, the dining area here is often dirty and poorly maintained. Treating a child with disrespect is unacceptable--especially for Chick-fil-A. Management needs to address this immediately. read more

The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was very clean, including the restrooms, which is always a plus when you're dining with little ones. The indoor playground kept the kids entertained while we enjoyed our meal. The only downside is that parking is a bit limited, so plan accordingly. I usually never complain about Chick Fil A customer service but this location needs work and I'm hoping corporate will see this. Our order yesterday was missing a sandwich even though the worker assured me everything was in the bag. When my husband finally talked to the manager to complain, she wasn't particularly sorry even though it was explained someone in our family didn't have a dinner...couldn't do much about it...and we would have to come back to the store for the refund (that wouldn't even be worth our time or effort). I was picking up several orders for people and myself, all placed on the mobile app ahead of time. Upon arrival, I was told by the lady that it was still on the board and being prepared. I found that a bit strange since all orders were placed at least 15 mins ago (mind you nothing fried was ordered either, just mac and cheese). I had purposely told everyone that ordered to hit the button "I'm here at the restaurant already" so by the time I get there it would be ready. Sure enough after the third person approached me while I was standing there for several more mins asking if I had been helped, I happened to see that this whole time all 4 orders were already ready on the shelf... the first person who had told me it was "still on the board" didn't even bother checking the shelf and just assumed it wasn't ready. Other than that, the saving grace was the last gentleman who had approached to help get my orders and the other younger lady who asked if I needed a bag for all of my orders while I was getting some napkins. read more

My parents came here with a group of elderly church folks on Monday 2/24 to grab breakfast. Turns out it was one of their birthday's, so they sang happy birthday. What I thought was super sweet and noteworthy was that one of the staff (I'm assuming the store manager) heard and brought over cookies for everyone! There must have been at least 8-10, so I thought this was such a kind gesture to go our of their way to provide birthday sweets for everyone. I benefitted from this kind gesture with my parents bringing back two cookies that I devoured. Lol. The cookies were so good! Chick-fil-A win here is their playground. Not Chick-fil-A is have a playground. Ordering my dad's expected. I'm a little newer to Chick-fil-A. So we opted to get the girls ice cream instead of the toy. They showed us the toy and it just didn't seem like something. My girls would want. Here's my pro tip though they let you pick the ice cream up in the end, wait until the end to pick it up so that way it doesn't start melting. Another thing I learned was the condiment stations that are set up throughout the restaurant. The place was jamming and totally fun for my girls with the play area. Really did like the service. They were very pleasant upfront. Then as we were eating, we came around at least three times to ask if we needed a refill and refilled your drink for you. Definitely worth another visit. read more

Super bummed out... the "Lord's chicken" is one of my Favorite places to eat but today just really was a Debbie downer for me! When I got to the drive through there was a random white work truck blocking the drive thru entrance so that was a mess, that's just for starters. The line was moving very slow, and once I got to the speaker to give them my order the volume was sooooo low. When I got to the window to pick up my order, a market salad with no blue cheese, the guy at the window took my payment and then gave me my bag. I asked him if everything was in the bag and he said yes, then I asked if the salad had no blue cheese and he confirmed no blue cheese. Then I asked if he can make sure there was dressing in my bag because the last time I went they forgot it. He looked at me and said, "yes ma'am. Everything is in the bag." And smiled. So I foolishly trusted him. When I got to work I pulled my salad out of the bag and lone & behold NO. SALAD. DRESSING. Now I know this is 3rd world problems, but man... this kind of service just really gets me heated! How much more time would it have took to just double check that the dressing was in there instead of giving me a condescending answer and a yes ma'am? Now I have a salad with no dressing which is now a waste. I have to spend more money on lunch cuz $20 on a salad and ice tea wasn't already enough. Ugh. That's all. read more

The LAFC won a home game yet again, so it was time to redeem a free Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich. I placed a mobile carry-out order, and the process was smooth. The food was ready quickly after I paid on the app. I gave the last four digits of my phone number to the staff member to retrieve the food. First off I love Chick Fil A. My family of 6 loves it. I spent about 65 bucks for bad fries, cold sandwiches, and asked for a lot of Chick Fil A sauce which I was only given 2. I live 15 mins away so I didn't want to drive back cause it was late and I was having dinner with my family. I waited a week for them to respond to my complaint. I hardly write reviews for fast food places but the service here was so good. My husband and I had ordered on the app ahead of time for dine-in, so they were efficient and quick to come to our table to deliver our food. Another worker came later and offered us mints and hand wipes (feels like some high end restaurant lol), then minutes later, another worker came up to ask if we needed anything else, like utensils or condiments or anything at all. Their catering team, Kristen and Anna, stayed on top of every detail of a huge catering order, even identifying a mistake I had made with pick up times. They were kind, helpful, and attentive. I managed to make an even bigger error on an order responsible for feeding 20 hungry kids and their families.
