We love going to Wings n More (Howard & 35) for their wings and their frozen margaritas (margs are one of our favorites in the area). They also have the most amazing stuffed jalapeños on their menu. We recently went there for brunch. We were seeking just some basic, good breakfast stuff and we were incredibly pleased with what we had. My fiancé is a chicken and waffles fan, and he loved his dish. They use tenders instead of bone in chicken, which I think makes it easier to eat. He had them dip the tenders in their buffalo sauce and the spicy with the sweet was a great combination. I was in the mood for just good 'ole pancakes. I ordered a short stack, and very glad I did because I wasn't able to finish the three humongous pancakes. They were perfect, all the fluffy goodness that makes a pancake wonderful. (And yes, I eat my pancakes from the inside out. Don't judge. ) Bottom line...great standard breakfast items at a very reasonable price. read more

The sweet tea tasted like someone dumped packets of sugar in it and was only bearable to drink after stirring it a bit. The side of French fries we ordered reminded me of In-N-Out fries, luke-warm and colorless. I ordered a 5 - piece honey bbq boneless wings. They put so much sauce on their wings that the chicken gets soggy. I will say my friend's wings came out looking better. He had the parm wings. It's kindof the same in that it has the same menu items, but that's it. the "mild" sauce is butter sauce- the mild sauce of old had a bit of tang to it, but now it's literally melted butter. Secondly, if you order pickup, you will get crinkle cut fries, not the curly fries you THINK you're getting. This is even if they get your order right to begin with, which they have yet to do. This is my go-to place. I love it here! The cold beers, the always kind and attentive staff. Definitely don't skip the fried green beans or fried mushrooms--must haves. Worst visit ever! First they gave us other people's appetizers then they gave our wings to the next table! Just like the apps, They set the baskets down, people touched the food then they gave them to us!! We didn't make a big deal. You would think they'd be nice after the snafu--wrong! The opposite! Our waiter Andrew told us that one of his managers said that kids meals are for 12 & under. Yes only one of our 3 kids is still 12 & under. That's because We've been going to the restaurant since they were well under 12. We don't open the menus anymore because we get the same thing every time. And even though I don't get a kids meal, I can only eat 3 wings because we do order multiple apps, margaritas, etc. I mean it's not like we're getting a free kids meal so what does it matter if we're paying for it and that's all we can eat. I've been here a number of times for lunch and I always order the grilled chicken salad with their spicy BBQ sauce. You do get a salad that will carry you through to dinner time or beyond. Service is usually very good and your beverage class will never be empty. I had a business lunch this week and the only complaint was that the fries tasted like they were under the lamp for an extended period of time (not fresh). This place is an absolute garbage of an establishment. When you walk in, you are greeted by employees who give you a dirty look and a shitty attitude. First red flag. When we were seated, it took a while to get drinks when it was not busy at all. Another red flag. We were seated near the bar. What gives? We ordered 25 wings and curly fries. When the food arrived, I was absolutely appalled by what we received. The wings we received were absolutely of the lowest quality. Small and wimpy. I feel like they were from a premature chicken. That's how small they were. Some of the wings were decent sized, most 95% of them were small and wimpy. You know what Billy Mays says all the time? BUT THAT'S NOT ALL! The wings still had pieces of feather attached to them. That means the wings were not prepped correctly. Gross. I'm not sure how this place is still in business. Another thing that pissed me off is I ordered curly fries and I received middle school cafeteria style crinkle fries instead of the curly fries. I asked the server, "What happened to the curly fries? We did not order these crinkle fries." The server replied , "Oh we ran out. Sorry." What kind of bullshit excuse is that? If you knew you were out of something, wouldn't it be common courtesy to your VALUABLE customers who keep your establishment open know before you bring the food out? Holy shit this had me livid. I ordered food from Grubhub recently due to our new circumstances. The food was delicious. The burger was huge well made, the meat was high quality, and the Hawaiian bun made it that much better. I also ordered curly fried with this spicy queso with jalapenos bits in it. The Double Decker chocolate cake was the reason I tried Wing N More in the first place and it did not disappoint! This is a great go-to spot for me at lunch. The chicken tenders are actually tender and their super caliente sauce is perfect for me. Just spicy enough to put some beads of sweat on your forehead but not too hot to put a fire in the hole. Great flavor too if you like the vinegar base sauces. Fries are delicious and service has always been good. I judge a lot of places by their Ranch dressing and it definitely compliments their food. (I could probably drink it if no one was watching). Wings are also delicious. Meaty and saucy. Size of wing varies from visit to visit but are usually on the bigger size especially compared to the chain restaurants. If it was closer to my house instead of work, we would probably eat here once a week. read more
