Arrived @ 7:13pm, was told there was a 20 min waiting which was fine, waited with my family & every person/family arriving after me was sat down & seated. I finally left at 7:53pm after not being seated, both hostess were clueless on what sections were being seated. Don't waste your time, BWW is 4 mins away. read more

Update: NEVER AGAIN. Gave it one last shot. Walked in and walked right back out. No one acknowledged us for minutes and when the hostess finally meandered over to her station acted like a total bitch. Then proceeded to say "Oh it's going to be a really long wait." I counted TEN tables open. I asked how long the wait would be. "Long." I'm a total "Karen" and will raise fucking hell, but I'd rather waste my time on a business more deserving. Your business is a JOKE. I'm extremely upset. My significant other and I rushed here after work-we had planned this date night all week. We arrived a few minutes after 6 due to traffic. We brought in a coupon from A book we purchased in support of one of the local school. The coupon was one entree free with a purchase of a second entree. The waitress who was less than pleasant to deal with in the first place-looked at the coupon and said, "I've never seen this before." Sat it down and said "look, it says 6-10. It was a few minutes after 6. Really? Such a joke of customer seevice read more

This place has gone downhill dramatically but then again I guess that's what happens when you have nothing but kids running the place the food was cold don't get a margarita there the margarita there because the dough Cerita I got was pure liquid it wasn't frozen good luck finding a drink menu and when there's no weights and they have four open booths the two girls that work up front will tell you there's a 15 minute wait so they can go finish their conversation and then once they're finished with the conversation up the booth available this place sucked when I lived here in this place sucks when I just visit here read more

You need a magnifying glass to read the menu. No consideration for the elderly, or people with vision problems. Philly Cheesesteak was mediocre at best....the food was not hot. read more

Stormy in the to go window was friendly, professional and punctual! Excellent experience and excellent food... I will be back!!!

Go here with zero expectations other than to eat a good wing and fries. Go here with zero expectations for quality service. Be patient. Laugh. Order a drink so you'll survive. read more

The food service here is amazing! I love the working environment, such a bright and positive place to be in. The customer service here is awesome and can't wait to come back for more wings. This place truly is wings AND MORE !!!!! read more

Ehh... this place just isn't good. I gave it two chances and won't be going back. The manager is super helpful, the bartender is cool, they have a full bar, and the menu has a bunch of good ol' American junk food options... but it just isn't very good. The tenders, wings, and fries are just okay. The cheese fries are gross (nacho cheese). Ranch dressing should be a staple for a place like this, but it is also mediocre. The desserts are no better than HEB's freezer section. This place has everything going for it to be one of those great places to grab a drink/junk food while watching a game, but the food just kinda sucks. Unfortunate. Stick to Pluckers. read more

I wish I could put zero stars me and my family went there for dinner to hang out and have a great time and had the worst time.. first off I ordered a beer and it was foamy so they mixed it and i has been sitting next to the bar so I told my waitress who said it's not my problem I'm not the bartender.. Sophie the worst waitress ever she sat there and argued how she couldn't make sure we were served properly.. she literally said I'm not serving u anymore which was a blessing and left us mid meal.. I love this place but Sophie makes this place look bad.. bad representation of a company!!! read more

First we came in and were seated in an area that wasn't being served. Then when we finally, 40 minutes later, were given a server, we waited an additional lengthy time to get our drinks. Not to mention it is dirty and service was absolutely horrible. A guy face planted and they didn't even mop the floor from the blood. Definitely would never come back to this restaurant. EVER. I would recommend new management or Jon Taffer to come in and regulate this establishment. read more

My server lali was very attentive n helpful, definitely recommend this place , clean and friendly environment I will be sure to ask for lali next time I go ! read more

Our waitress was great. But the food and environment was terrible. We used to come to wings and more recently but its definitely different now. Adds gratitude on bill also! read more

Craving some wangs... my wife and I set out to try this spot. The restaurant reminded of me an old Bennigan's in the way it was set up. Great. Now I want a Monte Cristo... Our server was over the top helpful. He was very honest with his opinions and I found it refreshing. He said he didn't particularly care for the wings.. ummmmm... so Wings N More should just be called More!? I ignored the smart man and ate hot wings. They were small and not very juicy. Kinda meh.... everything we ate was kinda meh... the beer was huge and cold and I did appreciate that! I would have given them 2 stars otherwise... We didn't leave anything there we need to come back for.. read more

Wings 'N More - Did get are meal got ranch instead of fries and gravy with the meal - American Near Me - Austin, Texas

I ordered the 5pc garlic Parmesan wings and they were DRENCHED in butter on the bottom. I ate a couple of wings that were on the top and noticed all the butter on the bottom after that. I ate a third wing and it was just soaked in butter on the bottom and really unappetizing. It literally just tasted like butter. I couldn't finish my last two wings because it was so gross. I let the waitress know I didn't like the wings at all and couldn't finish them because of the butter and she said she couldn't do anything for me. I wish they would have given me a discount or something on the wings since I couldn't finish them. I came here hoping to have a nice dinner and left feeling upset and unsatisfied with my meal. :/ I included a picture of the wings.. see for yourself. read more

Awesome service and great food. Had a large order for my work group and everything came out hot and delicious. Of course the wings were good, but all the sides (especially the potato salad) were great. Thanks!!! read more

Best wing place , I eat there a lot . Let's just say I'm a regular!!! Good food good drinks & great service !!! My #1 choice to eat wings :)

Called to ask if their wings are breaded or gluten free (I have celiac disease) and the man who answered the phone said he would check for me, which was nice. He did not mute the phone and I heard him say some extremely rude things and inappropriate words I won't type here, essentially making fun of my question. Needless to say, I will never go here unfortunately. Having to ask is embarrassing enough and hearing someone make fun for it is even worse. read more

So I swing by last nite for a little congratulatory wings for myself. I gotta say this visit wasn't as pleasant as the previous ones so I just gotta say something because I enjoy this spot and would hate to see it decline which will result in me moving on. Upon entry the sourfaces that greeted me which turned into an very unenthused smile was a taste of what was to come. Smiling I head over to the bar. The bartender was very flat (saw him animated with other guests) took my order ( salad-requested as a app, fries and wings and a beer) and brought me my beer (which was a little flat but I digress) I wait...no salad...I politely ask the bartender on the whereabouts (because I dislike my app being served with my entree..hence the request) and he tells me that when it's ready then it comes out, but that he would go and check...which he did. A few mins after that here comes the salad..and literally 3 mins after that here comes the wings and fries. Really? Fine..so I finish my small salad and start in on the wings..at first they taste like what I normally order..but about a couple in... oh. My. Gawd. What in the hell? My mouth was on fiyah..so I ask another tender if they had a xtra hot one and she replied , yes a "caliente" one. Well I can sure as hell tell ya I didn't ask for those! So obviously someone made a mistake...and my fries were overdone and lukewarm..they took those off the tab at my request. NOT a good experience and what I've expected to enjoy with this joint...disappointing indeed. read more

We ordered a sampler with fried pickles, fried jalapeño rings, & fried green tomatoes. It was my first time trying those & all of them were delicious! Their ranch dip is perfect too, I'm kinda picky on ranch. Kids ordered off the kids menu & I heard no complaints. I got the shrimp dish which was delicious! Their macaroni salad was bow ties which threw me off & a bit watery, but I did like the chopped green peppers & red onions in it! The waitresses were all super nice & patient too, even to our bratty kids. I'll definitely be back. read more

loved the wings! love how they were really good cooked ! onion rings were great ! margarita was also great and great price !!

Didn't realize wings n more valued their ranch like gold. Ordered 5 meals and got 2 cups of ranch. After I also got the wrong wing flavor as well, I decided to leave a review to let people know this place had gone downhill. I will not be ordering from here again. Sad. read more

The lemon pepper wings were swimming in sauce which wouldn't have been terrible, they were still crispy but that oil didn't taste like lemon at all? It was like the "butter" sauce they use on popcorn at the movies. Couldn't eat them, it was atrocious. The Honeybbq tasted better but was so soggy I couldn't pick them up without the breading sloughing off in my hand. read more

We have eaten here several times and we've never had an issue with the quality or taste. Today we decided to eat in with my Mom, who's in town, and I changed up what I normally order. I got the steak fingers instead of the chicken tenders and I was not a fan. That's the ONLY reason I'm giving them 4 stars. The fingers were bland, tough, and were rather difficult to eat. My Mom got the wing and rib combo and it was beautiful. My husband got a double chipotle chicken sandwich and said it was tasty! Great place to bring your family or come solo. I didn't order a drink but those I saw looked HUGE. Give them a shot! You won't regret it. read more

Really disappointed and shocked about some of the crappy reviews. My Wife and I are avid wing fans and having been to Pluckers, Wing Stop, Hooters, BWW, Waterloo, and few others.. Wings N More has FAR superior wings and much more affordable. We have tried 90% of the avail sauces and they are all delicious! Wings are always crispy and NEVER soggy!! Would seriously compare their wings with Pluckers and in a blind taste test not be able to tell the difference. Our drinks are never watered down, service has always been kickass, and the place is CLEAN. Will be back again and again and again. If you have not been, do yourself a favor and go! read more

It's comfortable food. We liked it a lot. My family love the wings. I especially like the chicken tenders. They are crunchy and so moist. They have a wonderful kids menu! And their desserts are to die for. Ask for Angelo. He's new there from Del Valle and offered us great service. read more

I am aghast, and that is rare for me. How in the world am I the first person to review the finest wing establishment in the Austin area? BW3? Wingworks? Hooters? Pluckers? PASS. Give me Wings N' More! On a recent trip, I told my wife, "As long as they never ran out of beer, I could probably eat every meal for the next month at Wings N More without getting burnt out." The odd thing is, she knew I wasn't kidding and hardly seemed surprised. There are about 10 different flavors of wing sauce, although I almost always split my order between Hot Garlic and Spicey Bar B Q. The chicken pieces are not as large as some spots, but then again, if you wanted a drumstick, you'd go to Popeye's. Also, the wings are crispy and never battered, meaning you are getting a real hot wing and not some deep-fried, batterful (is that a word?) goop on your wing. The Onion Rings are an excellent appetizer and if you're not interested in wings, you can eat chicken tenders, ribs, sandwiches, and salads. They also have fried ice cream for desert, if you can make it that far. The service is good and the drinks are cold. Happy hour lasts from 4-7 and all day Sunday and includes reduced prices on appetizers. My wife and I used to drive from Austin to College Station on weeknights to eat at Wings N More. Having one open in Austin (and near our house, no less) has been one of my favorite things to have happen in the last decade. read more

Food was good, which included a generous portion of fries. However, they must be taking donations for ketchup because when I requested some, I received a little one-ounce plastic cup that was half full. Not nearly enough ketchup for my fries. read more

We were driving by and they had a person in a chicken suit with a sign advertising their Wednesday special, "$6.00 burgers". We rolled down the window and chatted with the chicken and she said they were great so we decided to give them a try. For the record...DON'T LISTEN TO CHICKENS! The burgers were over cooked and the fries were cold. Our waitress took our order and we NEVER saw her again. Another guy actually came by long after we had finished eating and our drink glasses were empty and we asked for our check. We even noticed another couple at a different table walking around looking for the waitress too. They almost walked out. Not sure if we'll be back. Wasn't a very good experience at all. The only thing good was the price. But then again I guess you get what you pay for...hmmmm. read more

I placed a take out order for the Caliente 5 piece wings and requested them to be well done...maaaynnnee Reese brought my food to me and my food was made exactly how I requested. Always extremely busy so you'd think they would staff accordingly so that you don't wait an hour for call in orders also with all the business they should have enough money to fix all the broken doors that slam and try to clip you after the mid heart attack they give you from slamming, business needs a good cleaning, owners letting the place run down. read more

The food was amazing, hot, and quick but what did it for me was the service. Angela was attentive, fast, kind, and genuinely cared about our dining experience. Wings n more is our family's usual spot but Angela made me even more excited to come back. I was even more shocked when she said it was her first day. If she was this great on her first day I can't wait to see how she gets better. Will definitely be asking for her next time! read more

No. Just no. We came in Sunday night a little before 9 PM. The restaurant is still relatively crowded with several large parties. Nobody's at the host/hostess stand. Two different servers come by with a promise that they'll be right back. Neither of them come "right back." Eventually, the hostess makes her way to the front and starts walking us to a table clear in the back of the restaurant. When we get to the table, it's filthy. The booths haven't been wiped down. There's a roll of paper towels under the table along with a few wing bones and some french fries. We return to the host/hostess stand to tell them we're leaving and why we're leaving. No response. No offer to re-seat us. Just a blank stare. Again, no. Just no. read more

The owner seems to think my account is only for spreading negative reviews, FALSE. I leave great reviews for restaurants that actually deserve them. In my initial review I said that I would only come back for drinks but since the owner also seems to be a cry baby bitch I will not be coming back and neither will anybody I know. If you can't take criticism then maybe you shouldn't be in the restaurant business. Especially if you are delusional and think your food deserves 5 stars. read more
