I am not sure why this spot has such low reviews! I usually always pick up from this location and almost never have an issue. Food is always fresh and hot and if it isn't they are nice enough to fix the issue if ever one. It is never dead here so there will always be some people waiting but that is pretty regular for a wingstop. Place is clean and well stocked. Wingstop will always have a minimum of 15-20 minute wait. Especially with all this new marketing it will continue to be this way. If you love wings you know it's a wait! read more

Yesterday I ordered online and my order was ready when I arrived. I checked to make sure I had everything I ordered and was good to go. When I got home I had containers of frost bitten off tasting chicken. Unfortunately, some in my home had already began to eat the chicken, complaining about the issues and off flavor. I know frost bitten food is not dangerous. It is however impacted by quality degradation, in taste, texture. This is highly disappointing to go to a place that churns wings out like they do. Before posting here I did call and speak to Lisa, who sounded like she could careless the moment she came to the phone. She was mumbling and unclear. I had to re-ask her name. I was very kind in telling her the issue and that some people were now complaining of upset stomachs. When I shared she remained silent and said, okay I'll check my refrigeration and went silent again. Well that is the end of that call. I said thank you and goodbye. There is a proper way to handle a complaint. That was not it. We all know Wingstop is not cheap. No I'm sorry for your experience. My go to stop for wings! Okay, they aren't the fastest service around but when you want good solid wings this is your place. I don't understand why they have such a low rating. These people work pretty darn hard. And honestly, you probably shouldn't trust any place that doesn't make your wings when you order them. I feel like I have to say something to offset the low rating. This Wingstop location has been good the majority of the time we've gotten take out from them. We like Louisiana Rub and lemon pepper for the wings and garlic Parmesan for the boneless "wings." Cajun seasoning on the fries. A side of Atomic sauce. This is a perfect chubby meal when you've had a bad day. If it takes a minute to bring everything home, throw the wings in the air fryer for a couple minutes and it's like magic. They are so rude and lazy. We arrived on a Sunday night at 8 and they had no patrons inside but claimed there would be a 30 minute wait. When we said that was fine and began our order we asked for all flat wings which all locations charge extra for and we don't mind paying but the woman at the register said "we don't do that" I asked why not as all Wingstop locations do this as long as you pay extra but the woman just said "we just don't" then another woman working in the back said "I'll answer that. We don't do that unless you order online"... if you do it online you should do it in the restaurant for customers eating in. Both women were rude and disrespectful rolling their eyes. I placed an order for 75pc wing on a friday to be picked up at 7 for friendsgiving and when I got there at 7:40, the cashier said to the line that they are backed up and in store orders will take an hour. Taking a look behind him, there are only 2 workers who don't even look like they're trying. I normally go to the Riverside location and on a Friday they have at least 4 people in the back hustling. I got wings to go here and the wings were extremely small to the point that I lost my appetite when I saw them! It was a weird feeling to say the least. When I called back to complain, they told me to bring the wings back for a refund but I did not feel like driving out to the location a second time to get my refund. The manager said she could not give a refund over the phone because of "security" purposes although I don't quite understand the concept of that since I am not trying to make an outstanding purchase with a card number but simply trying to get a refund.
