I am not sure why this spot has such low reviews! I usually always pick up from this location and almost never have an issue. Food is always fresh and hot and if it isn't they are nice enough to fix the issue if ever one. It is never dead here so there will always be some people waiting but that is pretty regular for a wingstop. Place is clean and well stocked. Wingstop will always have a minimum of 15-20 minute wait. Yesterday I ordered online and my order was ready when I arrived. I checked to make sure I had everything I ordered and was good to go. When I got home I had containers of frost bitten off tasting chicken. Unfortunately, some in my home had already began to eat the chicken, complaining about the issues and off flavor. I was very kind in telling her the issue and that some people were now complaining of upset stomachs. When I shared she remained silent and said, okay I'll check my refrigeration and went silent again. Well that is the end of that call. I said thank you and goodbye. The best wings in Austin!! ...unless John aka Skinny Sad Thug is working. We ordered 30 minutes in advance due to being on a work lunch, arrived and sat for 10 minutes after our order was bagged up. We like Louisiana Rub and lemon pepper for the wings and garlic Parmesan for the boneless "wings." Cajun seasoning on the fries. A side of Atomic sauce. They are so rude and lazy. We arrived on a Sunday night at 8 and they had no patrons inside but claimed there would be a 30 minute wait. When I called back to complain, they told me to bring the wings back for a refund but I did not feel like driving out to the location a second time to get my refund.
