I work in a hospital very near this place and my coworker got an eggs Benedict plate and ooohh it was soooo good. I promised myself to try the place on my day off so here I am.. I met Kagan, not sure if I spelled it right but he was very personable. I ordered the classic eggs Benedict and my buddy ordered the Greek classic salad. This place boasts eggs Benedict of all kinds as you can see in my pictures. A hole in the wall place that serves good food and has been doing this for years consistently. 5 stars and did I say their eggs Benedict are amazing? Must must try. *update: Got my order after 30 minutes. There are call in orders that were after us but they got their orders right away when they got there, 10 minutes tops. This makes me sad that I have to take away 2 stars but it was my first time and I was hungry. 3 stars for the food, it was still amazing. I'd never had Eggs Benedict before my girlfriend introduced me to them, and when she did we decided to try out Willy's. Their eggs Benedict (whatever type you like) and their famous 'those potatoes' are absolutely delicious. Since coming here I've been unable to find a place that has better eggs Benedict. While their Egg Benedict dishes are scrumptious, some of the other items are less desirable. The baklava is not very good and is a bit dried out compared to other places I've tried. Their gyro wrap is good, albeit a bit lacking in how much is inside it, as well as, how much sauce is on it. With that being said, I'd recommend Willy's to anyone who loves or wants to try Eggs Benedict. If you're looking at something else on their menu, then you can probably find it better elsewhere. read more

Gabriel loves them as much as I do. It was settled. It's about 7min. away from the Kingdom on Ball Rd. Kind of a hole in the wall with a few tables. We were here early getting an early start for our adventure. So there wasn't too many people. Service is super friendly taking and bringing drinks immediately. It's a quaint place with throwback decor creating at an ease ambiance. Our orders were placed coming one at a time. If you have to use the restroom, you will go through part of their kitchen. It's as clean as can be. You may see a worker prepping some of the food. Nice to see precautions taken on the food. There is a reason why this place has the title for best eggs benedict in Orange County. It's true. The egg was perfect. Not too runny, a little thick so you can ketchup to it. lol. The muffin was a little mushier than I would like but acceptable. Juicy ham added the saltiness to kick the taste up a little and not over powered by the hollandaise sauce. These are not my first choices most of the time for breakfast. However, if you're in town you should make this your first choice. What a hidden gem! I was just raving about it to my brother. Coming across a place like this is few and far between. I went with a greek friend, who had been here years prior, and wanted to see if it's still authentic greek. The food passed his test of a few menu items! He ordered the gyro with a side salad - loved it! And the lemon soup, which he also super loved. As a vegetarian, i couldnt taste his soup as chicken is shredded throughout, but now I'm determined to find one like it. To our delight, the side salad was large enough to be shareable - and tasttyyy I got the veggie wrap, sub cheese for avocado and hashbrown as the side. The pita is so soft, the wrap is delish. I highly recommend! The hashbrowns are made to order, also so good! I noticed my friend had taziki on his wrap and asked how much for a side for mine. The girl brought some out without the upcharge. Little things like that go a long way, I'm sure everyone feels me when dealing with a charge for basically breathing in this economy. We both checked in for a free coffee - which is pretty tasty too. He was super nice, helpful with menu (since it was our first time here) and had a great sense of humor. Chicken plate is their most popular dish, so I went with it. Deliciously seasoned shredded chicken breast (I had mushrooms added) on a bed of delicious rice. Comes with pita bread, a side salad, (I had the Greek) with hummus, cucumber yogurt and garlic aioli. I typically go to Willy's when I'm getting a car wash or a haircut in the same parking lot. However, I work about two miles away from the restaurant and a coworker asked if I'd ever been there. I immediately said "if you're ordering from there I want in." The food being delivered was just as great as eating it in house. My go to is the Greek omelette and these guys knocked it out. The others in my office had chorizo burritos and a Denver omelette. All of us were full and said the money was well spent. That being said, I may need a car wash this weekend. Haha. Ah. Willy's. While Willy has retired, his spirit is still here with us at the Eatery. This place has the best Greek food in OC. Classic Greek salad is always fresh and crisp. The gyros are amazing with everything you'd want, and the sauce is fantastic. If you get rice, be sure to ask for extra broth. The breakfast here is also phenomenal. I am an eggs benedict snob and theirs is always perfect. They have multiple options for meats. The potatoes are always crispy regardless of which type you get. The only thing that sucks about this place is sometimes it's so hard to decide between breakfast food or a gyro. This place has had in-n-out style consistency for years. Try it out! read more

Came In With my family and ordered eggs Benedict ham, steak, and lamb. So we had a good variety of those. And we got an order of the blueberry pancakes. All Benedict's had soggy bread, the steak and lamb were dry and somehow room temp, the ham was okay. Their hollandaise sauce tasted out of a can. Delightful Diamond in the rough of great food and an awesome proprietor. Not sure if it was Willy himself, but the older, bald, middle eastern man that took our orders did so with the professionalism of a career server in fine dining. It was really one of the smoothest ordering experiences I've ever had. Our server had excellent customer service -- he really took the time to make sure that we were provided for and he also took a really well-angled picture of us! I can tell the quality of ingredients here is good, and the service was attentive and excellent. However, the eggs benedict I ordered were not up to my expectations. The egg yolk was hard and not runny like most eggs benedicts generally are. Potatoes were also on the blander side. The flavor profile was good (if a bit bland) and I did enjoy the environment. Overall 4.5 stars. While on vacation, we came in here on successive days for breakfast. On our first visit, presumably Willy took our order and was totally engaging with us. Very friendly and welcoming. My two sons split a bacon and eggs plate, while I had a smoked salmon eggs Benedict. The poached eggs were poached to perfection, and the Hollandaise sauce sauce was delicious. My kids enjoyed the hash browns on their plates and the bacon was crisp the way they like it. On our last day in the area, we came back. The meal was not as good as the day before. This time, the poached eggs were way overcooked, and they messed up the toast order by giving us wheat instead of white. We also had a piece of baklava, which was delicious. I would give them 5 stars for the first visit and 4 for the next, averaging 4.5. I would be happy to come back the next time we are here in Anaheim. read more

THE BEST EGGS BENEDICT IVE EVER HAD. I got the Cali Benedict and added bacon. The hollandaise sauce has the perfect ratio of buttery goodness and lemony tang. Bacon is ALWAYS CRISPY and the English muffin had the perfect crisp. And The portions are so fulfilling! The type of food You keep eating even if you're full. I also recommend the breakfast burrito.
