I've been here about 3 more times since my last review. I love their buttermilk pancakes! & their house potatoes too. We came in today around 2 before they were closing, the patio was still full. We were served right away, food was delish. I got a brownie to go, I had it at home and it tasted very old and refrigerated!!! Why are you guys not keeping up with your desserts and tossing out what is old??? Also, the girls working there were clueless today. They didn't give us utensils when we sat down, they didn't check up on us to make sure we had everything correctly after our food came, did not bring me syrup for my pancakes. But they were laughing and joking around with each other and even eating while walking around inside.. I had to hunt one of them down for my syrup and the check.

We came here today for the great food and wonderful service. We decided forgo our regular choices and pick new meals off the menu I ordered the California Omelet that came with fruit, roasted potatoes and bread. It was a very flavorful meal, exquisitely presented and served at the right temperature. My guest ordered the Sun-Dried Tomato Omelet and loved it. It looked delicious and will probably be my choice next time I dine here. As always the service was fantastic. It's always a pleasure to dine here.

Great brunch date! This is a small spot and our server was very attentive. The wild flower two was delicious! I upgraded from the toast to the butter milk pancakes. The only bad thing about this place is the parking as it is street parking only.

One of all favorites branch place in Redondo Beach area, they close at 2 PM. We love their hot and fresh food after order doesn't take more than 15 minutes. Parking is a little hassle, but it's still worth it. If you go 2/3 blocks away, you can easily find parking. Before you go, make sure to get in the line from yelp otherwise you have to wait in the line. Service is excellent.

Nice little breakfast/lunch joint a couple blocks off the sand. Minimal parking onsite, but some street available. Has a cozy residential indoor dining feel, with outdoor seating on a front patio, and back deck. Lots of pancake options, and standard fare egg dishes. Omelette was great, and the Benedict was as well. Fruit was wonderfully ripe! Would definitely go back when in the area (we were visiting LA for a USWNT match). Great service - very attentive.

WILD ABOUT WILDFLOWER A friend from out of town was staying in Redondo Beach, so I searched Yelp for a funky cafe, and this cozy place came up! Since it's popular on the weekends, we arrived around 9:30AM on a Saturday and immediately scored an awesome table on the covered back patio. The extensive menu has something for everyone. I like variety, so I ordered The Wildflower Twos (2 eggs any style, your choice of of 2 slices of Turkey Bacon, Sausage, Turkey Sausage or ham and 2 pieces of toast: Whole Wheat, Rosemary Garlic, Sourdough, Olive, Plain Stirato, English Muffin for $14.25). My scrambled eggs were delicious, the turkey bacon was crisp, and the sourdough bread was awesome! Plus it was served with roasted potatoes and fresh fruit. I devoured everything before I remembered I should have photographed it. My friend had the Lox Platter - smoked salmon, sliced red onions, tomatoes cucumber, your choice of bagel, and cream cheese for $19.75, which she also finished. Service was friendly and attentive. We hadn't seen each other for years, so we lingered over coffee as we caught up. Now, that she will be visiting regularly, we're wild about having a regular cafe we both love!

Came for breakfast this morning. Ordered the wildflower pancakes with no blueberries. My husband had the albacore tuna melt on a croissant and we also ordered the two eggs with sausage and potatoes. The potatoes lacked seasoning. But the rest of the food was good. Really enjoyed the fresh squeezed orange juice

The food and portions were very well complemented. Took my parents and mom had build your own, dad over easy eggs and I got the Benedict. Hollandaise was perfect not broken or to oily, eggs on everyone's plate was delicious. Some notes we noticed were the potatoes being a little under done no crisp. The mushrooms in the omelette tasted canned but these were small notes on a great breakfast. Our server Andrea was super 10/10!

Absolutely wonderful experience in every way. We went on a weekday morning and were greeted by staff immediately and sat immediately also. The patio is the perfect size with comfy seating, and the inside of the restaurant is super cozy too. Our server was amazing, i wish i remembered his name. He was at the table immediately and very friendly and attentive. The food was perfect, so flavorful and delicious and it came out so quickly. My husband had the iced coffee and said it was delicious. I had the bruschetta breakfast and it was so yummy. Overall its was a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend and we will definitely be going back

A local favorite! Excellent service, cozy cottage-like restaurant. We were seated outside on the heated patio, which was nice because it was a nice morning. Wildflower Cafe has a tremendous menu. I have only had breakfast here on different occasions. Today, the items ordered were Eggs Benedict, California Omelet, and always a side of Chocolate Chip Pancakes. I will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful breakfast! Xoxo

Wildflower is truly a wildcard in the area! Tucked away in a residential area is this cute little cafe; very homey vibes. It is a small location so I assume it can get busy. We lucked out and were seated right away. They have indoor and outdoor dining available, and we opted for inside. They have many options to choose from, classic breakfast dishes to pasta lunch dishes. I went with the pesto chicken sandwich; the chicken was juicy, but it could have used a bit more sauce and the bread a bit more toasting. The fries though, phenomenal, my favorite kind! I would go back for a bowl of fries. The bf got the eggs Benedict which was pretty good, nothing fancy, Top our whole experience off with some mimosas and it was a great breakfast date. All in all, the service was nice, cute ambiance, and some tasty eats and drinks. I would go back to try some other options and definitely the fries. Tip: parking can be a hassle, as it is street parking, so plan accordingly. Happy eats, loves! ^_^

Service great. The waitlist system worked really well. They have a small indoor space for seating but lots of outdoor/patio space. They have a lovely landscaping at the entrance. Their food was pretty good. I've had better lattes and better pancakes but service was quick and good. Prices are decent. We tend to like based browns over breakfast potatoes but they don't have hashed browns. I may go back for their lunch but I've had better breakfast in the South Bay. They charge an extra $2.50 for egg whites.

It's a little stuffy inside, and when at full capacity, it gets crowded. I ordered and paid before sitting outside. They only have one laminated food menu and one laminated drink menu to order from. I ordered the avocado toast and a 12 ounce latte with almond milk. In terms of types of milk, they offer almond, oat, soy, and whole milk. Staff are friendly, but they need more staff. Unfortunately, there was only one person taking orders and making drinks in the front. I believe someone was in the back cooking the food. When I got here, there were only two parties ahead of me. After I placed my order, there was a large group of people who arrived, but they received their drinks before I did. I had to go back inside to ask where my drink was twice. He delivered my latte. No design. If you squinted a little, it could possibly look like an embryo. Afterwards, my avocado toast was delivered, along with a wooden container full of utensils and napkins. The avocado toast was alright. It consisted of toasted white bread spread with cream cheese, scrambled eggs, topped with peppered and sliced avocado. It came with a side salad; not too much dressing. Parking: There is plenty of free, shared strip mall parking.

Today, we were on our way to Orange County and wanted to grab some coffee along the way. The shop is located in a really cute center with a great ambiance. There always seems to be a line, which is usually a good sign. The staff does a fairly good job serving a large number of customers, but despite that, it still took us about 20-30 minutes to get our order. The coffee was good, but not great--definitely not the best I've had. I hate writing negative reviews, but I wanted to share my honest experience and break it down individually. We ordered a flat white, which was crafted nicely, so I would give that a 5/5. As for the taste of the coffee itself, I thought it was average and would rate it a 3/5. My wife enjoyed it a bit more and would give it a 4/5. One thing I did not like was the milk they use. It is the cheapest milk you can buy, and I personally feel that a gourmet coffee shop should invest in higher-quality milk. For that reason, I would give the milk a 1/5. Ratings: * Coffee Craftsmanship: 5/5 * Coffee Taste: 3/5 (4/5 according to my wife) * Milk Quality: 1/5 * Ambiance: 5/5 * Service: 4/5 Overall, I would rate it a 3.5 out of 5. I personally lean closer to a 3, but my wife insists it deserves a 4, so I'll settle on 4 stars since there isn't a 3.5-star option. I think it's worth trying for yourself and forming your own opinion. In my personal view, the coffee and overall experience were not worth the wait, but it may be worth visiting at least once to see what all the hype is about.
