We wanted to have brunch and we found this place very comfortable you can dine inside and outside depending on your preference and how hot the day is, food was great good flavor , the ladies were very nice and welcoming, their service was very good and friendly, i had the chilaquiles divorciados the green salsa was my take very rich in flavor, also had stuffed french toast with fresh fruit and they were great would definitely recommend ... I'll be back

I ordered the Loaded Benedict served on a croissant, along with a glass of orange juice. The croissant added a buttery, flaky layer that made the Benedict stand out. The eggs were perfectly poached, and the hollandaise was rich without being too heavy. The toppings gave it a nice balance of flavor, and the fresh orange juice rounded out the meal well. Waited a little too long for the food. But that was expected given they were busy. The café had a comfortable, laid back atmosphere and the service was friendly. A great spot for a breakfast that feels a little special without being over the top.

The Crepery Cafe Food is amazing, I also like it Crepes professional service, recommend everyone,

This is a small restaurant with great service and delicious food. We tried their Americano, Belgian waffle, red chilaquiles, and a savory crepe with grilled onions, eggs, and cheese...... DELICIOUS!! The staff is very nice and attentive. Yaya has helped us every time we have eaten here and she provides great service.

[Review #814] 2024-013 Food Order: CHICKEN PESTO SANDWICH (oven roasted chicken, fresh mozzarella, pesto, avocado, tomato) APPLE CINNAMON CREPE (apple, brown sugar, cinnamon) DENVER OMELETTE (sausage, roasted bell peppers, onions, cheddar cheese) with MIXED GREENS, POTATO GRATIN MINI FRENCH TOAST (4 pieces french baguette, fresh fruit, powdered sugar) During my first year at my dream job, I was temporarily located in Rolling Hills Estates & our office celebrated Administrative Professionals Day by treating the admin team to a virtual lunch via Grubhub on a budget of $25.00. I wasn't familiar with this area, & of course I used Yelp to find some place within walking distance: The Crepery Cafe. I picked up a chicken pesto sandwich with an apple cinnamon crepe for dessert. The sandwich was delish! It had just enough chicken & barely enough mozzarella to cover the bread, with tidbits of avocado & 1 slice of large tomato. The small mixed greens salad was fresh & plain with a small dose of vinaigrette... no cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, etc. I needed the crepe for my hunger to be satisfied. The crepe itself was a tad rubbery with a decent serving of brown sugar & cinnamon apples, but flavor-wise, it was tasty. A couple of years later, I came back on a Saturday afternoon an hour before closing with my son, & we sat for more than 30-mins. waiting for our order. \(`0´)/ We were planning on going to the South Coast Botanic Garden after this very late lunch. A pair of women ordered before us & a couple with a 5-MO infant ordered after, yet both were served ahead of us while we waited another 15-mins. before following up with our order. When asked there were other orders ahead of us & placated that it's another 5-mins. when it was another 10. Although my son had a snack at his friends, he was starving/hangry by the time his french toast was served (poor guy). Most diners are happy with their food, but are also dissatisfied with their s-l-o-w service. Not the kind of lunch I would serve him, & the other kids menu options (PB & banana crepe, ham & cheese sandwich) didn't appeal to him; at least there was fresh strawberries & bananas. The baguette barely had any egg, which was probably more to his liking. My omelette was fairly hefty... definitely filling! The potatoes were thinly sliced & nicely baked. It was pretty good, but could be executed better... the base was too watery/diluted saucy. I wished I had a little bit more greens to balance out the heaviness of the omelette & potato gratin. Moderate menu size with moderate price points... just right for this cafe. The dining room is fairly spacious, mostly 2 & 4 seaters, with several tables for outdoor patio dining. There's 1 unisex restroom to the left of the bar, not ideal if the cafe is busy. Not sure if it's because of the location or its menu style, the cafe is only open for breakfast & lunch from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM daily except Mondays when they're closed. They used to open until 4:00 PM on weekdays & 6:00 PM on weekends. Still reeling from COVID-19? I've seen a lot of cafes & breakfast spots shortening their hours after coming back in 2022. Now that our Torrance office has been remodeled, I'm not up here that often. M liked his french toast, but The Crepery Cafe doesn't compete with his fav breakfast place that serves a boatload of pancake & french toast options. After dining with me, he's been vocal about who deserves repeat visits & wanted to score a 3 (meaning maybe we'll come back... meaning I'll need to go without him... LOL). Recommended: Denver Omelette (this one's filling), Chicken Pesto Sandwich (you may need a l'il extra sumthin' to be satisfied), Apple Cinnamon Crepe (could be a miss), Mini French Toast (only for the kiddos or as dessert for adults).

Food was delicious! Authentic Mexican CHILAQUILES and Beans ! The caramel Latte was sooo cute ! Above and beyond my expectations. I choose to sit outside and enjoy the sun. The waitress was very attentive. It was the perfect brunch vibe , very chill. Definitely coming back.

Eiffel Tower crepe with bananas & Nutella, veggie omelette with potatoes au gratin

Great breakfast spot. You must have the crepes, very tasty and the texture is perfectly light, no need for a knife, you can cut it with your fork. We had the Nutella crepe with bananas, amazing. Also, we had the veggie omelet. Fluffy eggs full of vegetables. Well decorated, bright and spacious cafe with outdoor seating. Friendly staff, quick service. We will surely return to try other items on their menu.

Cute little breakfast spot up in the rolling estates! The servers were so kind & attentive!! They did seem a bit short staffed on a Sunday morning, however they were very communicative about wait times & always checked in us!! We came with no reservation Sunday morning for two people & were sat down immediately Now for the food: Creamy Chicken Crepe 8/10: WOW I was in between this & the chicken delight & the server recommended the creamy chicken & it did NOT disappoint!! It was incredibly delicious! A bit oily, but overall tasty! Banana frost French toast 7/10: which is had more of the banana frost & more banana slices! The bread was a bit hard Big Breakfast 8/10: the potatoes were the right portion & everything you could have wanted for a filling breakfast! Overall cute spot for a brunch date! Can accommodate small to medium parties. Inside is a bit small, however there is outside seating with umbrellas as well

The restaurant has inside seating for 40 guests and outside for 30. We arrived between breakfast and lunchtime and were able to get the last outside table. The attentive staff got us seated right away, and after browsing through their menu, we ordered the following items (arrived in 15 minutes) : Marine: The buckwheat outer layer was soft, not soggy, and with nice resistance. The light creamy tomato-based dressing with sliced mushrooms was pleasantly flavorful. Both shrimp and scallops were of good size, fresh and juicy. Fromage: Like Marine Crepe, the buckwheat out layer was soft. The mild brie cheese provided pleasant creaminess to the filling. Seasoned bacon, scrambled egg, onion, and mushroom added nice savoriness to the dish. The portions were sensible and the prices were reasonable. Very nice culinary experience.

First the food size is becoming ridiculous (au gratin potatoes so small) The service is where I'm shocked, the waiting staff turnover is crazy. I was there last Sunday evening (05/24) and one of the waiter with a French accent looks like he just started that day, he was clueless about the menu, didn't know what was the soup of the day, and very inattentive to our table (water refill, empty plates...) like he just wanted our tips ! Also I'm sorry about that one but he had a foul smell like he just finished working out... the table next to us was saying the same thing. I came back on Friday (05/29)early afternoon and seen the same waiter still no refill and same foul smell Im going to try their other locations in PV or Hermosa and see if I'm lucky and they're like that location used to be

The Spanish Latte was a standout and easily the best part of the meal. The Food: Unfortunately, the food itself was mediocre. The Brioche French Toast was fine, but the Pastrami Sandwich was overwhelmingly salty. Menu Transparency Issue: Most concerning was the California Omelette. It arrived with bacon inside, which was not listed on the online menu I checked beforehand. As someone who strictly avoids bacon for religious reasons, this was a major disappointment and a serious oversight in online menu labeling. Paper menu mentioned it. Bottom Line: Come for the aesthetic and the coffee, but be very cautious with the food and double-check ingredients with the staff if you have any dietary restrictions.

CUTE AND YUMMY Love…read morethis bright and homey cafe in the heart of Redondo's Riviera Village! Grateful my friend has a daughter who lives in town and suggested it; otherwise, I never would have noticed it. Even though it was a Sunday morning, we immediately found seats inside. Of course it was a cheery yellow interior with lots of floral accents, hence "Yellow Vase." After perusing the extensive menu at our table, we realized we had to order and pay at the counter, where they were doing a bustling business with tempting pastries and fresh java. They gave us a number to place on our table to let them know where to deliver our food. My old pal from high school (Yes, we've known each other for DECADES!), always leans towards lox for breakfast. It was no surprise that she ordered the Smoked Salmon Plate ($16.95). The salmon arrived on a fresh French baguette with capers, red onion, tomatoes and cream cheese. I like variety, so the 2 by 2 ($16.95) was right up my alley. The two pieces of French toast were homemade perfection. So were the two scrambled eggs, the two chicken sausages and the rosemary potatoes. What an ample, delicious brunch. We were too busy catching up to photograph our meal, though. Sorry, 'cause it was pretty! Just wish the water cups were larger as we had to make several trips to the H20 station for refills. Follow the yellow brick road - I mean Catalina Avenue - and go!

They still have indoor and outdoor seating. Near open on a weekend, they were not very busy and it was quiet like on our last visit. The lady who took care of us sad that she is the sister of the owners. She was super nice and very attentive. We got the quiche Lorraine and a banana-Nutella crepe again. The crepe had consistently good quality compared to our last visit and is still just as good to comparable crepe places. Still not many places make quiche and of those that do, even fewer make the dense and thick slice pie style MCC makes--which is the good and high quality type. The quiche was actually better than our last visit and while we do not know, it still seeks like they make it on site. You still need lactaide to eat if u r intolerant, but it's definitely worth it. Recommend you get fruit instead of salad with it. Since their food is so rich/caloric/comfort food, we cannot come here too often, but when you are in the mood for a treat, this is a great place to go! Definitely recommend to give them a try!

I've been meaning to try their crepes for the longest time and luckily, I finally found the chance to dine in. I ordered the La Opera breakfast crepe, which came filled with eggs, cheese, onions, and avocado. It had the perfect balance of textures and flavors, with the thin crispy edged crepe cradling the savory filling. I loved how the richness of the eggs, cheese, onions, and avocado all complemented the delicate buttery taste of the crepe shell. All in all, Monsieur Crepe Cafe is a hidden gem and everything they make is fantastic. ****************** My Ratings: 1 Star: Terrible; just thinking about it makes me angry. 2 Stars: Wasn't a fan so Not likely to return. 3 Stars: Meh.
