So glad I found this spot! Brought my mom for breakfast after her appointment and it was delicious! She got the 2x4 that included 2 banana hot cakes, eggs and bacon. The pancakes were soft and full of flavor!! Literally how my mom makes them and I loved them. I got the huevos con chorizo and it was obviously a hit! But the potatoes? Definitely my favorite part of the meal. Not only was the food delicious but the service was 10/10!! Everyone was so sweet and attentive. The home potatoes were nicely seasoned and cooked with onions. On my next visit, I am going to see if they can make the home potatoes more crispier. They also have a green salsa, which is available as condiment, that was flavorful and packs some heat. Dining is available at the horseshoe counter, inside tables and outside tables. My experiences here are always great. Everyone is so friendly and the food is delicious. Even though it appears to be a tiny place a lot of people can dine inside, outside under a tent or in a large room in the back. Carlos is the manager and chief chef. His son, Angel, helps out with the cooking. It's a family affair and I've always felt welcome. Carlos greets everyone he recognizes by their name. A nice touch. There's a U-shaped counter inside that fits maybe ten people. From the look of reviews, there's outside seating, but given the weather, I didn't even bother to look for it. We were helped right away, our food was made very quick, we all enjoyed our food. My son got the chili cheese burger and he's usually picky with burgers, and he really liked it from here!! I like that the portions are small, just perfect to make you full. I usually never finish my food but that wasn't the case here, I actually finished it all. No containers to go were needed for our table. We came in on a Sunday for brunch and it was a little empty but as we were leaving, the outside patio filled up. The only thing I disliked was that the check was written and you could hardly tell what was what. Either way, price was great for 5 of us! I want to add that it was BEYOND humbling to eat here. It is super cozy inside but they also have outdoor seating for those busier days. Came in on a Tuesday at around 12:00pm and left at about 1:15pm and everything was so fast my boyfriend and I were so satisfied and would 1000% come back here for another meal. We had the huevos rancheros (super delicious) banana pancakes (super moist and delicious) combo the bacon was cooked to absolute perfection and we also had the French toast combo (also very delicious) we also had the coffee and it was also so good definable needed as a good afternoon pick me up. The pricing was great as I believe the total came around to about $56 dollars (not including the tip.) which in this economy is not bad at all!! The owners were so sweet and so humble and made our experience here one I wouldn't forget. I regret not getting any pictures of our meal but WE EAT FIRST NOT THE CAMERA!! This house converted to an eatery is located near a busy intersection near Redondo Beach. There's free street parking and free wifi available. They have a tiny indoor dining area, then there are a couple of tents at the side of the house and an enclosed patio area in the back. We sat under one of the tents which we later found out was a bad place: we had to keep shooing the flies away and the street traffic was noisy. Service is slow; but they are friendly, and good at giving recommendations. We went with: -Brewed unsweetened iced tea -Super sweet OJ - banana pancakes had good flavor but I prefer my pancakes fluffy, these were flat and got chewy as they got cold - delicious pork breakfast sausage - polish sausage was good - home fries were meh I'd give them another chance to try out more of their menu; but next time, we're definitely dining inside read more

Inspired by the positive Yelp reviews, my dining companion and I stopped in for an early Sunday morning breakfast while staying at a hotel nearby. We were not entirely sure what to expect, but the manager and his family warmly welcomed us into the restaurant and made us feel at home. We opted to sit outside at one of the three tables outside under a pop-up canopy on the small patio, but there's also counter seating indoors. The menu includes the key staples you'd expect - eggs with bacon, toast, and home fries, pancakes, french toast, and cooked to order omelettes - as well as Spanish/TexMex inspired dishes like Huevos Rancheros and others. The menu also offers plenty of lunch options like burgers, sandwiches, and salads which are available all day for those heathens who don't crave breakfast foods at every opportunity. I opted for the Gaucho ($15), comprised of a freshly-grilled Polish sausage and two eggs served over home fries and a tortilla, topped with mildly-spicy Spanish sauce. YUM! My dining companion opted for the breakfast burrito ($14) with home fries and was really happy as well. The very friendly but not overbearing waitstaff kept our coffee cups topped off and made sure we didn't need anything throughout our meal. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area! Its no frills but they have the most wonderful staff and their food is so, so good and it sticks to your ribs! There are 3 areas you can sit-the counter, a separate indoor seating area, and outdoors. The service was so attentive. Our waiter and waitress checked in on us multiple times even though we were seated outside. It was our first time here and we tried the Greek deluxe and gaucho.
