This coffee shop is in partnership with a sister cafe called La Terraza Cafe located in the City Terrace area of East Los Angeles. [Ambiance]: The coffee shop has a monthly pop-up bookstore (Moonstone & Mist) on the last Friday of each month at the storefront (check their Instagram page for more info). There are five tables and one sofa inside the shop and seven outdoor tables. The space has a nice and cozy atmosphere with soothing background music from Rod Stewart and The Rolling Stones. There is one unisex restroom. [Menu]: The top highlighted dishes are French Toast, Breakfast Burrito, and Avocado Toast. I asked the staff about popular drinks and the horchata latte was recommended so I went with it. They serve coffee from La Colombe Coffee Roasters. They also offer various Mexican-inspired drinks like café de olla, Mexican mocha, and matcha de olla. *** Breakfast Burrito ($10.50 - Avocado $2.50 + Bacon $2.00): The filling had a crunchy texture from the bacon which was nice. The salsa had an a-okay flavor profile, but it had the right amount of heat. Horchata Latte (hot 12 oz, $6.75): The drink was quite good with just the right amount of sweetness. *** A solid 4.5-star on latte and a 4-star on breakfast burrito. The coffee is just okay, we get it more out of convenience than anything. The yogurt parfait is surprisingly good. They use really creamy yogurt, the granola is delicious and they put a lot of effort into picking quality fruit. read more

They had great breakfast burritos and I had an English muffin egg sandwich - it's a much fancier and tastier version of the Egg McMuffin sandwich. Omg, what an AMAZING cafe. Their staff is so friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. My wife and I got their horchata latte. Wasn't too sweet, well balanced and delicious!! We also ordered the omelette to-go and I think I finished it in the car on the way home it was so good. Loved the vibe of the cafe. Felt inviting, great energy, decor is perfect. I had higher expectations for this place given the reviews but unfortunately it was all very mid and really underwhelming. Coffee was just ok and I wanted to try their tamales but they were sold out. So I had a breakfast burrito instead and that was terrible. So many other places with much better breakfast burritos. It's a shame coz the staff were all really friendly and nice and would have totally come back to support because of them. read more

Got the breakfast burrito with bacon and omelette plate. The burrito is on the smaller size but quality ingredients. The omelette is made with 3 eggs, bacon, and veggies. Solid solid omelette but to us a bit pricey at $17. The coffee drinks were just okay. Got the latte but the espresso tasted a bit burnt. Overall, solid spot for breakfast, although a bit pricey. There's still a few other items we want to try but will get coffee elsewhere next time. read more

We wanted to try a new place for brunch. So happy to try them out. The hazelnut latte was satisfying. I didn't even need any whipped cream. We had an idea what we wanted to eat, but was indecisive. Stopped by this cute coffee shop and was not disappointed. They had great seasonal flavors like the oat milk pumpkin spiced latte which I really enjoyed. Good pumpkin flavor and doesn't overwhelm the coffee. However I also ordered a matcha latte and wasn't my favorite. It didn't have enough of the strong matcha taste I usually like. I've been looking forward to this place for a week! I knew exactly what I wanted, Omelette and French Toast. It's a cute place with piped in jazz music playing. I'm not a fan of jazz, but it wasn't obnoxious. You pay at the counter, they bring your order to your table and the pay portal definitely asks if you want to leave a tip. They also appreciate you bussing your own table. The omelette was $17 and was dry and flavorless. I've had delicious omelettes before, but this ain't it. Everyone who came in after me, ordered coffee, I did not. Maybe the coffee is delicious, I don't know. As a general rule, I never like French toast, but the pictures looked so good, I had to try them. OMG!!! So freaking good! Fluffy, not too egg forward and the bread was soft and delicious, 10/10. Awesome little brunch spot in Redondo. Came on a Saturday morning and wasn't too busy. It's an order at the counter type place. Indoor and outdoor seating. We decided to sit on the couch so our son can do puzzles they have on the coffee table. We ordered the breakfast burrito, waffle, and omlette. Everything was tasty. Highly recommend the breakfast burrito. The flavor was perfect and the salsa was the right amount of flavor and heat. Craving it just thinking about it. House salsa is great, different than other local breakfast burrito spots, maybe more pepper based than tomato? Brioche sandwich is also yummy! Classic and hits every time. Sooo many latte flavor options. I forgot to ask what coffee they use but it's always smooth. I love a lavender latte and theirs is run of the mill (in a good way), ya know, just what you expect. Quality is consistent! Patio is awesome, plenty of street parking and a lovely walk if you're within a 1 mile radius. Although it was busy, we didn't wait long for our coffee and sandwich and we managed to find an empty table to sit and enjoy our coffee and relax a bit. We shared a club sandwich (Herbed turkey breast, bacon, tomato, arugula, mayo & whole grain Dijon mustard on country bread, served with organic kettle chips) which was perfect and very filling. As someone who drinks only black coffee, I really really enjoyed the drip coffee I got. 5/5 for taste alone. I got a small and it was around $4 I really like when coffee shops have a fall/seasonal menu that isn't only one pumpkin flavored latte. I don't go for those drinks but it was a nice touch. The burrito ($10.50 before I added soyrizo and avocado) was so massive and, to my surprise, came with salsa I never even used. It was flavorful and FULL of egg so I was happy. Ate 80% and that was fine with me. Filling, tasty, huge. Yeah I would come here again. The service was friendly. Parking is easy, no lot-- residential street parking. The wait was pretty long which isn't their fault however I think the workers forgot our order as we were quoted 30-40 mins and after asking about our order at 50 mins they gave our food out immediately. However the French toast was completely raw on the inside. They gave us a coffee voucher which was nice for the longer wait however the French toast being raw was pretty much not edible.
