Breakfast wrap description and photo from delivery app
    Niks O.

I've never actually dined as a sit-down patron, only had Good Stuff from catered events and now recently by delivery. In the past, I remember the food being good, so when I saw they a deal on breakfast wraps one morning, I thought "why not?" I wasn't expecting the best wrap ever but I was expecting.. way more than what was provided. The wrap was mostly lettuce, absolutely no flavor in the minimal eggs or hash browns, and bacon was barely there. I tried to "juj" (sorry, spelling) it up with salsa from home, pepper, and even avocado, but in the end, we ended up eating half and tossing it. The photo from the delivery site AND from a review on Yelp don't look bad (photos posted here) but it was just so sad and disappointing. Will I give this place another try? I'm not sure. Maybe as a sit down and probably not for breakfast.

5 stars on ambience...its that coastel, beach side cafe...the perfect place to feel the ocean wind on your face as you sip your morning coffee and watch people walk/jog/bike by. Service was prompt, friendly and adequate. The food is where I was a little underwhelmed...i have had a lot of breakfasts and brunches in the south bay area and this was just not it. It wasn't bad, it was just not memorable

Great experience for first timer and engagement celebration. Our waitress Melissa was fantastic, professional, kind, and attentive. Cheers! Also treated us to extra mimosa juice for our large party

I ordered the gluten free pancakes. They were fluffy and tasty. So much so that i was worried i was accidentally given regular pancakes and i was so worried i didn't get to funny enjoy it. Lol

This is my favorite breakfast place in Redondo Beach. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach and lots of free parking in the back. The Breakfast Wrap and Carne Asada and Eggs are my favorite. There's also a patio that is pet friendly. Inside it's very comfortable with several booths and closed captioned tv's.

We came for Vanys birthday brunch and it was pretty good. I had the loco moco and it was decent. The Patty didn't have any flavoring or seasoning. I expect the Patty to have flavor. Maybe some green onions or something. My Vany makes the best Loco moco ! The cinnamon French toast was super yummy ! We are definitely coming back.

Would I say they have the best prime rib around? No. But it is pretty damn satisfying. When here, I always order the Franciscan cut Prime Rib cooked to medium (it's 3/4 pounds), house salad with ranch dressing, and steak fries. They throw in a loaf of sourdough bread with whipped butter. The prime rib is very tender and has plenty of fat. We all know fat equals flavor. The only thing I would change about it, and I keep forgetting to ask the server each time I'm here, is to have it served without the au jus already in the plate. Don't get me wrong. The au jus is fantastic, but when the prime rib is served in a pool of it, the meat becomes soggy. Served separately, I think the prime rib would be even better. In addition to the prime rib, the salad and steak fries are incredibly delicious. The salad is nothing fancy, but very tasty due to the ranch dressing it comes with. Wish I knew the recipe of the dressing. The steak fries pair perfectly with the prime rib. It's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The only thing I would say is pretty average is the sourdough bread. Although it comes out warm, I don't get the sense that they're freshly baked. The service here is phenomenal. The servers are attentive, polite, and efficient. Can't ask for anything more from them. If you're looking for a trendy spot with contemporary decor and pretentious vibes, this place is not for you. This is an old school steakhouse with red upholstered booths and soft music playing in the background. If you live in the South Bay, and you're looking for a classic prime rib experience, this is a place you should check out.

When I first started coming here, the smallest cut was only $25, which felt like an incredible deal. Prices have gone up over the years, and it's now $37 for the smallest cut, but even with the increase, it's a place I continue to return to because the quality and experience have remained consistently good. I always order the prime rib medium rare with the soup and French fries. The prime rib is consistently delicious, flavorful, and tender, with a rich beefy flavor that really hits the spot. It's cooked just the way I like it, and every visit reminds me why I've been coming back for so many years. The portions are generous, and the meal is satisfying from start to finish. One of the things I appreciate most about this restaurant is its classic atmosphere. The interior feels like a step back in time, with an old-school charm that is becoming harder to find these days. It has the feel of a traditional steakhouse from the 1960s, and the nostalgic vibe adds a lot to the overall dining experience. It's the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy a good meal, and appreciate a piece of local history. There is a parking lot available, which is definitely a plus, although it can be surprisingly easy to miss if you're visiting for the first time. Just keep an eye out as you're approaching the restaurant. While I miss the days when the prime rib was only $25, I understand that prices have gone up everywhere. The fact that I've continued coming here for six years says a lot about how much I enjoy the food and atmosphere. If you've never been and you're a fan of prime rib, this is a spot that's well worth checking out at least once. Chances are you'll find yourself planning a return

The interior is neat and clean. There are various types of seating (bar; table; booth; high-tops; communal), and plenty of screens to watch sports. On this occasion, I ordered the Tavern Fish & Chips ($22). It is described as "Alaskan cod coated in a tempura beer batter and served with French fries, tartar sauce and yuzu herb coleslaw". The positives of this dish are that it was prepared well. Both the fish and chips tasted good. The presentation was also nice; which leads to the coleslaw: The coleslaw tasted good, too; but I was surprised the serving was so spare. It's almost as if it was served just to optically balance the presentation in the basket. (See photo shared,) And while the price was not unreasonable, feel it's creeping towards expensive (relative to serving size). I'll attribute this to rising input costs. It seemed like they substituted Sprite for club soda or something. Finally, I should mention that my wife was not impressed with her Chicken Tortilla Soup. She pointed out that for the amount of ingredients the soup had, it tasted really bland. As far as the service, it was disappointing too. Our waitress was exceptional--friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. She made great recommendations and handled our group effortlessly as coworkers arrived throughout lunch, greeting everyone with a smile and making sure we were all taken care of. Overall, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back to work my way through more of the menu. Highly recommend!

It's not terrible by any means, but it's hard to justify returning. The menu features some nice Southern-influenced dishes you don't typically see at every brewery. Highlights and thoughts on what we ordered: Green Beans Appetizer: Easily the star of the table--perfectly seasoned with a great crisp crunch. Other Starters & Mains: We also tried the Brussels sprouts, chipotle wings, duck gumbo, and the daily flatbread special (tomato and burrata). Everything was decent, but for the price, nothing blew us away. Famous Brisket Dinner: A bit of a letdown. It came strictly with coleslaw and no additional sides. The flavor was fine--middle of the road overall. Between two 4-beer flights, we sampled most of their standard and hoppy lineup. They clearly excel at West Coast IPAs. However, the pricing structure on tasters feels steep--$6 for a 5oz pour of their Double IPA is tough to swallow, especially when calculated to cost more per ounce than iconic Pliny the Younger, which most places charge a dollar per ounce (when distributed). To cap off the 3-star rating, the 4-pack of IPA I purchased to-go was canned two months prior. Any craft beer enthusiast knows hoppy profiles fall off noticeably over time, and a brewery should really be prioritizing fresh inventory for retail sales. Total damage came out to around $200 for two adults and a child. For that price point, the value just wasn't there, leaving us feeling like something was missing from the experience.

You order inside and pick up your food at the window outside, and the whale mural surrounding the pickup window is such a fun, memorable touch. There are a couple of benches outside if you want to eat there, although I noticed most people seemed to grab their food to go. The food was absolutely incredible. I ordered the Cash Burger, and it was packed with flavor. The burger was perfectly seasoned, cooked just right, and honestly one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Even a simple burger here tastes like it was made with care. The truffle Parmesan fries were another standout--crispy, flavorful, and completely addictive. We also tried two dipping sauces: the habanero cream and the chipotle. Both were delicious and added a unique twist to the burger and fries, but the habanero cream was definitely my favorite. It's not often you find sauces that elevate an already great meal this much. My only suggestion would be to improve the outdoor seating area. The benches could use a little more attention, and having a better trash setup would make eating outside much more enjoyable. One thing that really sold me was my one-year-old. She absolutely devoured the burger! I usually have to work to get her to eat anything besides quesadillas, and even In-N-Out can be hit or miss with her, so that says a lot. Overall, I'm so glad we stopped here. Between the amazing food, fun atmosphere, and beach-town vibe, I'd happily go out of my way to come back. If you're anywhere nearby, don't miss this spot!

My girlfriend had the salmon salad and said it was the best she's had in a long time, perfectly cooked salmon and the dressing was light and not overwhelming. Our server was kind and always available and kept our drinks refilled without even noticing. We sat outside and the weather was fantastic giving us another bonus to our lunch!
