Chocolate cake

This is one of our favorite restaurants to go to for birthday celebrations. It's not too stuffy and the staff are very nice! I love sitting on the side by the ramp towards the hostess stand. It's a lot more quieter and calmer. The main dining room is very loud if you want a lively party I was more into a romantic evening with my fiancé. We ended up getting the three course special, which really is a great deal. The Prime Rib is out of this world I like it lean and medium rare. The baked potato was stuffed and huge. My fiancé got the roasted vegetables. They were very pretty and colorful but not the kind I like if you like brussels sprouts and peppers and butternut squash they are for you. The desserts were phenomenal. Can't go wrong with Keylime pie chocolate cake, and our waiter was wonderful. Marcos was attentive very nice to bring a candle for my fiancé's birthday and helped us pack up all the food to bring home. I highly recommend this place for just a lunch, a dinner, or a special occasion.

Wildfire delivered a really solid experience. The ambiance was warm, the service was on point, and everything felt well put together from start to finish. The roasted herb chicken was cooked well with a great texture--no complaints there. I will say, it could've used a little more seasoning to make the flavor really pop, but otherwise it held its own.

Came back for a group dinner and this time was really disappointed with the steak which was ordered medium, but came out really chewy and bland - maybe I would just got dealt a wrong hand here, but a New York strip is supposed to be the specialty at this place, but that was not the case with my order.

Actually the ambience of the restaurant is good. It's in the Tysons Corner Mall, Service was ok, Beef burger was ok, but the fries is most important detail when you eat burger especially if you are eating very rare like me. But the corn bread was really delicious which they bring in the beginning. Turkey burger wasn't that good it was ok,

Went for lunch a couple weekends ago and it was our first visit. It was pretty busy, but we were seated immediately without reservations. Our waiter was adequate. Didn't offer refills, we had to ask. The sides came out room temp, which was disappointing. The waiter didn't come by for about 10 minutes into our meal service so it wasn't worth sending anything back for reheating. He also missed our order of French fries. He came across as a bit put out crossed with pissy mean girl vibe. Just plain off putting. I'd rate the experience and food a 2.5 out of 5.

Large Wildfire Chopped Salad

Homesick for some Chicago food and this was the perfect much needed lunch! Always go for the chopped salad-- pro tip if you order the large with dressing on the side you have enough for lunch the next day! Tried the coconut shrimp and au gratin potatoes for the first time and it's safe to say they will now be added into my wildfire rotation. Shrimp were perfectly light and crispy and potatoes were buttery, rich, and the perfect side to any dish. Wildfire makes a great date night spot but is even great for a quick lunch bite too.

My second visit to this restaurant. The service was excellent, just like before. The portions are very generous. We started with the chopped salad for the table. There were three of us and we all had all we wanted and there was still plenty to take home. I also had a cup of the onion soup. It was delicious. I got a half rack of the rids which came with French fries and a side of coleslaw. The ribs were fall off the bone cooked and seasoned perfectly. The restaurant is large and also has a full bar. You can also eat at the bar if you prefer.

Here's a mor Stopped into Wildfire Steakhouse on New Year's Day while out shopping, and honestly the timing was perfect. It wasn't packed, which was a huge plus because we were hungry and I wasn't feeling my best. I went straight to the Mai Tais... plural. Delicious, strong, and clearly doing their job because I completely forgot to take pictures of the food. Laughing at myself now. We started with the cornbread and let me just say, it's addictive. Warm, flavorful, and absolutely worth it. I ordered the ribeye and it did not disappoint. Cooked perfectly, juicy, and full of flavor. Our waitress was on point from start to finish, and the restaurant itself was clean, polished, and surprisingly upscale for being right at a mall entrance. Overall, great food, strong drinks, solid service, and a really nice atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend and would happily return.

I, along with friends, recently celebrated a friend's birthday at Wildfire on a Saturday at 5 pm. It was my first visit to this restaurant. The location had a great vibe. However, our friend had Rewards card which to her chagrin she could not utilize. The waiter initially said she could use it through the app. However, a manager came over after 20 minutes indicating that it could not be used on Saturday after 3 pm. This apparently was in small print on some document. It would have been better if the waiter told her that point. Unfortunately, the situation dampened the spirit of the birthday.

My first visit to Wildfire. I was there for a private event. We had a nice fixed menu for lunch. We had a lite breakfast with oatmeal, fresh fruit and cornbread. The service was excellent. They have nightly specials. It reminds me of the old school steak houses of my childhood. A beautiful bar area and a classy atmosphere. It's up on the 3rd floor of Tysons II. I'm going to have to get back here to try more menu items. They have separate rooms available for groups.

2 appetizers and 2 sides. Mediterranean chicken skewers, oven roasted lump crab cakes, fresh broccoli and redskin mashed potatoes.

Went on a Saturday night as part of a large party (14 people). We were seated in the Buckingham room. Our server had his work cut out for him. There were a few issues, like a request for cornbread that we had to ask for again, and a request for a water glass with no ice that wasn't met. For the prices of the food, I expect a little more attention to detail. On to the food. I ordered 2 appetizers and 2 sides: chicken skewers, crab cakes, broccoli and mashed potatoes. In addition to the cornbread, the best item was the crab cakes. I honestly could have done without the rest. The broccoli was cold and flavorless and the chicken wasn't juicy at all. One good thing: I appreciated the QR code to scan and get the bill. The website allowed you to split the bill very easily. Every restaurant should use this!

The food here was great. I enjoyed the filet mignon Wellington. I liked the crust on the outside and the filet inside was juicy and tender. The ribeye was good too. The mushrooms were flavorful and cooked well. I also liked my old fashioned cocktail. The inside of the restaurant looked nice but seemed a bit dated. The service was great and overall I had a good experience here.

Rougue French 75

Came by for some drinks and light snacks post Christmas shopping. Compared to some of the other dining establishments, this spot was relatively quiet. We sat at a high top and ordered some drinks. My boyfriend's beer came out pretty flat, and the cocktails were truly pretty terrible. The Rougue French 75 was way too sweet, and did not taste like fresh strawberries. I also tried the pomegranate martini, and it was so artificial and sweet, it tasted like a jolly rancher. I wound up sending it back and just getting Prosecco (and I never do that!). I also nibbled at the complementary corn bread. I don't know what it was, possibly something in the cocktails, but later that night I had some of the worst food poisoning I've ever experienced. My boyfriend and I shared everything we ate prior to Wildfire, and he wasn't sick, so I know it was something at this establishment that made me sick. It was truly so terrible, I was sick all night. Definitely skip this spot and make your way over to the Italian restaurant in Tysons, which is excellent.

We brought our son and his roommate for dinner whom had never been to the restaurant. The restaurant is in the mall, so mall parking is available although on our visit it was insanely busy and the parking green/red availability markers were not functioning properly. Fortunately, I was able to locate a spot without too much stress, prayer, or endless navigation. My wife was able to make a reservation and we were promptly seated upon arrival. Service seemed a little slow to take our drink order and receive them so I felt we had to guide the server on next actions to avoid wait. I had the pork chop which comes with cabbage but was allowed to swap it for mashed potatoes. A green vegetable would have been nice to come with the entree so I had to order additional sides such as the Brussels sprouts with bacon, and sweet potatoes. Everything was delicious. My son's roommate is a vegetarian and was able to find a lentil dish and salad on the menu for his meal. He was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the meal, ingredients, and low calorie counts across the menu. I asked for a bread basket if they had one since it wasn't offered and we received four 2"x4" thin pieces of a thin bread like a tortilla. I could've used a few more of those baskets while we awaited our meal since it didn't have an impact as a bread roll might. A good visit, good food, decent service, and a decent price.

If you're Korean, and you're looking for the traditional affair, this is not it. I'd take a client or friends here who aren't Korean. It's catered more towards non-Koreans IMO. They're selling this as an upscale spot and while the quality of meat is pretty darn good, you have to ask for lettuce and garlic - the two items always present at a traditional k bbq. It kind of sh*ts on the tradition by doing that. Why not provide that to give the full experience we all expect? I love luxury dining as much as anyone else but this was a colossal waste of money. I come to this shopping center multiple times a week since I live in McLean and almost always miss that this exists. They also have barstools outside facing the bar indoors but it's just so awkward. The sidewalk of this area is not built for that! Great idea (usually), but terrible execution. There's so many Korean bbq places nearby. I'm glad I tried this place to kill my curiosity of what they do different. Again, great spot if you want in bbq in a more upscale atmosphere, but it's more or less "fusion," and I'd be good with a business dinner here. Service was impeccable though. I appreciated the promptness in attending to our needs. The savory dishes btw- the dwenjangjiggae is awful. Lacks depth, flavor, and just overall was very meh. Recently, Eater DC published a list of what they considered the best steakhouses in the DMV…read more Randy's made the list. We were looking for a place to have our anniversary dinner. After seeing the list, we chose Randy's. Randy's is a Great American Restaurant, and I must say it's so good to go to a GAR with a menu different from the others. In the past, I've written about how one can go to Coastal Flats and get pretty much the same menu as, for example, Jackson's. We made a reservation for 5 p.m. on a Saturday. We arrived about a half hour early, so we asked if they could seat us right then and there. The people at the host stand said "yes". We were seated at a 4-top booth. Thus, there was plenty of room. The booths, which have mohair seat coverings, were a shade of green and quite attractive. The environment clearly says "upscale steakhouse." Our server was prompt in getting to us and asked if we wanted some water. We chose tap water. He gave us time to look over the menu. We decided to not have any appetizers as we didn't want to get too full. To drink, my husband got a glass of Catena Malbec while I got an Espresso Martini. Our server asked if we wanted some bread. We said "yes". The bread basket had 2 flaky, buttery croissants, plus a slice of white bread and a slice with raisins. For our main course, we both got the 7 oz. filet mignon cooked medium rare. We chose to try two sides. One side was "roasted asparagus" which consists of: "poached egg, parmesan (we asked for no cheese and our request was honored), truffled Bernaise aioli". The second side was "Honey roasted organic rainbow carrots," which were "dusted with candied walnuts". As for the food --- We both thought our steaks were properly cooked, However, my husband said his was on the dry side while mine was just right. We both really enjoyed the side dishes. The asparagus was unconventional, to be sure. Never did I have a poached egg with asparagus. I ate the egg, and it was properly cooked. Looking back, I should have thought to put some salt on it as there was none. The truffled sauce was creamy and added nice flavor. The carrots, to me anyway, were a pleasant surprise. The honey added a nice flavor along with the candied walnuts. They, too, were cooked perfectly. As for being "rainbow" carrots, most were orange, with some white and yellow ones. We had some room for dessert, so we decided to share "Tressa's crispy meringue filled with lemon curd and finished with passionfruit coulis". Since it was our anniversary dinner, a dollop of whipped cream was added to the plate. In that dollop was a lit candle, which was a nice touch. I found the coulis to be on the tart side. The lemon curd was mildly flavored. Service was excellent, though dessert took a while ,to arrive. All in all, a nice splurge and we're glad we came here. (Well...we didn't care for the traffic on Leesburg Pike, but the dinner made it worth the trip).
