AMBIANCE: I know YardHouse typically has a HUGEEE space, but i was excited to come to this location. because the springfield location is closer to home, it's the one I have always gone to, but on this day i was trying to watch the world cup game and this location was closest. FOOD: i got the asian noodles meal, i truly don't know what the dish was actually called but it was PHENOMENAL. it had beef pieces in it, which WERE breaded. so, that was the only thing i did not expect, but regardless it was a TONNNN of food. we also got nachos as an app, so i did have a ton of leftover from my main dish due to that, but it was a solid meal to eat for leftovers the next day. it had veggies: my favorite were snappeas (or snowpeas? are those the same??) carrots, mushroom, and asparagus. it's was soooo good, would get again 100% SERVICE: considering they were slammed due to the USA game, i was super surpsied that we were able to get sat as quick as we did. i thought i was going to have to find a spot at the bar and just hope my bf was ok with standing LOL. but the outdoor space was free, so i found a spot at the bar and then put my name on the list for outdoor seating and i waiting no more than 5 minutes and we were good to go. our waitness was super kind, she had made a mistake in getting us water with ice when we ordered without ice and we both said it was totally fine but she switched it for us anyway, so i thought that was sweet. good vibes, good company, good food. 10/10. read more

10/10 experience! I was definitely skeptical because of it being a chain restaurant... however I was pleasantly surprised!! Johnny was our server and was super positive, informative, and quick. The food came out quickly but well presented. We ordered two appetizers- the Cheese Curds and the Poke Nachos. Both EXCELLENT. The poke nachos were absolutely delicious- light, crunchy, and yummy. I got the Cumin Chili Shrimp tacos- they were crunchy and yummy. Good seasoning. I got corn tortillas. I ordered the Downeast Blackberry Cider which was also delicious. The sauce was good with them though, but I only ate a few because I felt like it was starting to my stomach queasy. I probably wouldn't order them again. My friend also was not feeling them. - 8/10 The lobster garlic noddles were great but I felt like it needed a sauce like some type of soy garlic flavored sauce or similar to bring some wetness to the meal. We went here for the knicks vs spurs nba game and the bar was packed. There was a 25 min wait which I didn't expect for a bar in Tyson's. It's located in the galleria and has free parking which is amazing! We were seated at the booth and were able to watch the game smoothly. We went after dinner so we only got a fries to share and a couple of drinks. The drinks were great and the Parmesan truffle fries were amazing too. I ordered the Shiitake Garlic Noodles as my entree but it is listed as an appetizer. It was pretty basic which I didn't mind. The dish consisted of lo mein styled noodles, butter, garlic and shiitake mushrooms. The noodles were cooked well and I liked the flavor. Overall, it was just alright. She got my order and drink in so fast that I was in and out in 45 minutes. Pro tip: if you're in a rush, sit at the bar if you can and pay early, because if your server gets swamped... welp ‍. The experience both the times in terms of service and quality of the food and beverage was similar. Service is attentive and friendly, food is fresh and well tasting, beers on the tap are a must have. During the dinner hours even on a Wednesday, the place was packed, we were asked to wait for 15 mins but were given the table in 5 mins, despite the rush, we were served promptly. Ordered a tap beer, one appetiser - hummus and pita platter - quite sumptuous for 2 people, one entree- Mediterranean Burger with onion rings, enjoyed both. Next time, we went during the lunch hours; ordered tap beers each, I ordered the House Lager 125 medium sized mug, it was fresh and refreshing. For food we ordered chicken wings (came with 3 sauces) and Margherita Pizza, both tasted well. Yardhouse has always been a favorite between my friends and family. Love to come here just to eat .. or drink... or BOTH! Really good drinks all around and tvs everywhere if you wanted to hang out and watch a game or two. The food is super good too. I forgot to take a picture of the firecracker shrimp and spicy edamame. A very good dining experience for lunch on Sunday (12/13/25) afternoon at Noon! Met a couple of friends there and it was a great hangout place to eat and mingle at. Got seated promptly at a booth near the window and close to the bar where we could watch the football games. Our servers were very attentive and respectful. They took our drink and food orders in a timely manner and were kind enough to bring refills for our drinks and other requests. For our Appetizers, we ordered the Cheese Curds and Nachos. As for our entrees, we got an Orange Chicken, a Korean Alfredo Pasta, a Burger, Tacos and a Chicken Tenders platter. Most of our foods tasted great. We were quickly greeted and moved to a cozy booth in the dining room, and from there the experience only got better. Our first round of drinks came out within minutes. The beer list is wildly impressive, but my old-fashioned was spot on--smooth, balanced, and exactly what I needed. The black pepper glazed wings were fried and tossed to absolute perfection. Crispy, flavorful, and honestly unforgettable. I went with the cheesesteak, cooked perfectly with hot, fresh fries that hit the spot. My dining partner ordered what he called the "pork burger," and he has not stopped talking about it since. We wrapped up with the crème brûlée cheesecake, the perfect sweet ending to a long, chaotic day. Service was wonderful from start to finish, and despite the drama that brought me there, I'm truly looking forward to returning--hopefully next time without the flat tire! I don't get the appeal of Yard House but that's just me. It's always crowded and loud - the very things that make an experience unenjoyable for me at least. So i expected no less on a Saturday evening at an early-ish time of 5:00 p.m. You have to make reservations or expect a wait. Our party of five was seated at a large booth that could accommodate a total of six. Service was good with the right amount of attention. I went for the healthy option and got the whiskey glazed salmon. I do get salmon a lot and preparation varies among places. A dry salmon is going to be a no in my book but one that is grilled medium like a steak with a slight pink in the center is what I would call perfection. The salmon here was perfection! And oh, there's more glaze on the side if you wanted it. The parmesan mash potatoes were plentiful and the roasted vegetables of carrots and broccolini completed the entree. I would definitely order this dish again. Food and service was 5 star but the crowds and noise didn't give me a cozy feel. If I had a choice, I would not go for the loud atmosphere. My first time here. We came for the happy hour. They have a great selection of food available for the happy hour. It is basic bar food, but worth the HH price. The buffalo flavored wings was too heavy on the flavor, we wished we ordered a different flavor; the calamari was okay, very basic. The cheese curds and pizza were good. I came here with my date a few minutes before 11pm. This location closes at 11:30pm, however we were immediately told the kitchen was closing and to place all of our orders including dessert on the spot. We rushed to place our entire order. Then we were brought out one lemonade each, no refills although they are included. They forgot a portion of our order and our server had a very mild attitude which gave us the impression he was not happy to serve us and was ready for us to leave. He also brought the check while we were still eating and made it clear he wanted to close out the register. This all happened BEFORE 11:30pm when the restaurant supposedly closes. Needless to say, we will not be returning. Furthermore this is horrible service period, other food chains will actually sit customers a few minutes AFTER closing time and will not close the kitchen for another 30 minutes afterwards. When we got there we requested a booth from the hostesses and they said none were available so we told them ok and they took us to a table in the middle of the dining room maybe ten feet from a row of about five empty booths. We asked the hostess why we couldn't sit there and she rudely said "because they're not available". We thought about leaving but we were hungry and didn't feel like finding somewhere else to go. They know that their service sucks so they help themselves to tips. It took forever to get our food even though they weren't full and you had to constantly get their attention for soda refills. On top of this, the waiter brought the card tablet and manually pressed the 20% tip for himself before handing it to you. You can tell because the lowest is 18%. Adding insult to this is that the tip percentage is also on top of the tax so you're basically paying more. The guy also made it awkward by facing the tablet to you in front of your party, pressuring you to not customize the tip and doesn't look away. Food is also mid; better off to go to other restaurants across the street for similar prices and better service. read more

I normally go to another location of this restaurant and always have a good experience, so I decided to try this location for the first time. Unfortunately, the service we received was really disappointing. My friend ordered a beer and asked for a lime, but the lime wasn't brought out until much later and by then his beer was already getting warm. We also ordered dessert, and no spoons were brought out. Our server said he was going to grab them, but continued doing other things first while our dessert including melting ice cream sat at the table. What made the experience worse was that when we finally started eating the dessert without spoons, the server made a comment about us not waiting for them. Later, after waiting a while to pay our tab, I got up and walked toward the host stand to pay. The server stopped my friend and immediately accused us of trying to leave without paying, saying, "Where are you guys going? You still haven't paid." Once he realized we were at the host stand trying to pay, he rushed over to close the tab. I also want to add that I used to be a server myself and worked in fine dining, so I understand the industry very well. I know what it's like to be busy, overwhelmed, and juggling multiple tables at once. I'm usually very understanding when service is slower because of that. However, the service we received went far beyond just having a "busy server." The attitude and way we were treated throughout the experience felt rude and unprofessional.
