    Huckleberry bacon French toast

I saw this restaurant on a tik-tok and had to check it out. It definitely lived up to the expectations. The food was delicious and the service was great! The bacon wrapped figs were soooo good! The huckleberry bacon French toast were mouth watering. The vibe of the restaurant was really nice, tables spaced from each other, very well organized and you can tell the staff are all focused on team work.

I had a great brunch here while visiting Vail. There weren't many places open so I appreciated that they were open for brunch around 1pm. It had a really nice vibe on the inside, kind've felt like you were in a cute French cafe. On the outside it looks like a corner cafe out of a storybook. We shared 2 sandwiches: the chicken club and the grilled artichoke sandwich. Both were super tasty. The artichoke sandwich had baby artichokes imported from Italy and they definitely tasted really flavorful and they were perfectly cooked and seasoned. It was a little spicy which I enjoyed. The chicken club was also well seasoned and both sandwiches were served on toasty bread. Each sandwich came with a side (fries or salad). The fries were shoestring which are my favorite and the salad had dried figs which added a nice touch. Our server was very friendly and came quickly with the food and the check. Would definitely recommend visiting Vintage for brunch if you are visiting Vail.

They have lavazza coffee - need I say more? We stopped for breakfast and was delightfully surprised. The service was great - we always had filled coffee cups. The decor is beautifully appointed with upscale French style, white tablecloths and something to catch your eye everywhere you look. My eggs Benedict was served on brioche bread which was so buttery it was like a pastry. The soft boiled eggs were perfect, no vinegar taste whatsoever. And the salmon was smoked and plentiful. My husband had the avocado toast served on toast points which had a flavored cream cheese and a sweet balsamic glaze. The scrambled eggs were served with melted gruyere cheese for an extra French flair and taste. Located downtown Vail, this is a fabulous brunch spot!

Classic French bistro. Warm and inviting. Great service. Had the hazelnut latte, the Swiss galette and the huckleberry French toast. All were fantastic. The toast sounded and looked overloaded and too sweet but it was well balanced.

I really enjoyed my meal here. I had the burrata and the French onion soup, and both were excellent--very flavorful and satisfying. My husband ordered the beef bourguignon and thought it was good overall, though he prefers dishes with a bit more herb-forward flavor. My daughter enjoyed her kids' steak; however, there was a hair in her food, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the drinks were great and well made. Overall, a good experience with delicious food, just a few minor issues that kept it from being a full five stars.

Very disappointing in comparison to my other previous meals at vintage. Service terrible... had to keep asking for coffee. No salt and pepper on the table. Actually had to get up and find a server to ask for salt, pepper, coffee and fresh toast. The waitress I found argued with me, took the toast off my plate (really!) then brought me the same toast re-heated and burnt!!! Table cloths were dirty. Quality of good and portions have gone down hill. Very, very, very dissatisfied.

Delicious French breakfast!!! Super cute decor, I felt like I was right in Europe. The server was incredibly kind and helped answer any questions we had on the menu. We got the bottomless mimosas but then the real star of the show was the croque madams. They were delicious with super fresh and crumbly pastries. Will definitely come back my next ski trip in vail!

This was our first, and not last, visit to the Vintage. We got there early and enjoyed the quiet ambiance before it became crowded. Service was excellent. Some servers have French accents which is part of the charm. Vail must be a nice escape for young French workers. I ordered the Aubergine Roulade eggplant entrée. It had many wonderful flavors all playing nice together to create a dish I'll remember. My wife said her lobster salad was good, but she noted that the portion was small for the price. But then again, this is Vail, where a $$ restaurant can cost more like a $$$ rated one anywhere else. The creme brulèe was good. The chocolate tort was pretty decadent and tasted great. I am a beer guy and tried the tap Pilsener beer from Colorado. I was amazed how, finally, an American craft brewery can brew an authentic tasting German style pilsener. This would pass for the real thing in Germany, where my beer taste buds have been probably calibrated. The Vintage should consider renaming it from its weird name to something like "Vintage Pilsener Beer". They'd have to bring in more kegs. TLTR: A really nice French style restaurant with great food, ambiance, and service.

Service was amazing. When asked to be moved to a different table so my mom wasn't just staring at a corner wall, they immediately accommodated us no problem. Our server happily checked on us very often and was very nice. She remembered any ask for ketchup, cream for my coffee etc! The vibes of this place are so cute. The cappuccino was SO GOOD 11/10! I also highly recommend the steak and potato Benedict, the steak wayyy exceeded my expectations for a bfast dish. I would order this again for sure. My mom got the asparagus prosciutto croquette and I had a bite and really liked that as well.

10/10! This place was so cute. We loved everything! The food the vibe the service. Get the avocado toast!!!

Mushroom veggie Benedict with a side ($16) for three pieces of steak.

Very cute decor and interior design. The concept/idea is there for this place, but it's not executed with the food. It's overpriced only because of the quality of food and menu items. The food was salty. I also did not like the portion of my side steak, I got three pieces of steak and it was overcooked (I requested medium rare). Also, the service is okay, the host seemed annoyed that we were walk ins. Nonetheless we got a table an hour later. There is a long wait. We waited one hour and there were open tables and seating. It wasn't per se packed with people. Definitely overhyped and you get drawn in by the cute decor outside. I wouldn't go again or recommend anyone go. Also, gratuity is included in the price. It's definitely pricey.

great food, the serving is a little small for some dishes. The service is a little slow outside but it was very happening on a Saturday. RSVP and you can choose indoor or outdoor tables. Foie gras was good but small (sliced apples and some crispy mini toast pieces). The crab cake benedict has good crabmeat, flavorful, and has good crust. Comes with frisée greens. Crispy on the outside and the hollandaise sauce was not too creamy. For dessert, I recommend the beignets. Not too greasy, nice powder sugar. Comes with 5 with strawberry jam you can share.

We walked in and it appeared to be a quiet night, we could see the bar was pretty empty. The hostess asked if we were staying at the hotel and we said no, we were dropping by for cocktails and wished to sit outside. She told us we could sit inside at a couch area by the entrance. One of our friends walked through the bar and noticed the fire pit seating areas were available and asked a server if we could sit there instead. She looked at us and said she would have to ask the hostess if any were available. Clearly they were and they didn't want our group sitting there for some reason. The bar was practically empty so not sure what the issue would be, perhaps it was because we were not hotel guests. After not getting back to us we just sat ourselves outside. Our server was Nivas. Nivas was not overly friendly but she was attentive. We ordered a couple rounds of cocktails. They were pricy but good. The fire pit tables are very nice. If you can sit outside at a fire pit I would recommend doing so.

Such a relaxing but chic spot to enjoy a meal after being out in the mountains. Our waitress was not overbearing and gave us enough time between bites to take it all in. She also made sure we got the full experience with the hot chocolate to marvel at its glory! The food was excellent, but the butternut squash soup was truly outstanding. It had a beautiful natural sweetness with a subtle hint of apple that made the flavor feel layered and comforting, and the pepitas added the perfect little crunch. It was one of those dishes you keep thinking about after you leave. We also ordered the hummus, which tasted incredibly fresh and crisp, light, bright, and perfectly refreshing alongside the richer dishes. But the real star of the experience was the hot chocolate. It was absolutely decadent and comforting, easily one of the best cups of hot chocolate I've ever had. Rich, smooth, and the perfect treat in a snowy Vail setting. Overall, Remedy Bar delivers a beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, and a cozy mountain-luxury experience. I would absolutely recommend stopping in if you're visiting Vail.

I tried the porcini mushroom soup with truffle dumplings and all of it was delicious and savory and warm, and even served with a delightful carnation on the side! It's not a bargain meal, but it's not nearly as expensive as it could be, being tucked into Vail and visited by a very wealthy cadre of visitors. The service was also great. I commented on one of the waitstaff's steampunk goggles and he asked if I wanted to try them on for a photo op. I declined, but laughed at the invitation. All our questions were answered with politeness and ease, and I was quickly taken care of when I asked to buy a slice of cake on the way out. The amount of fondue was absolutely paltry, especially given it was supposed to serve two people and cost $80. We had a nearly full basket of bread remaining after eating all the cheese. They also provided boiled potatoes and blanched vegetables to dip in the cheese along with dried fruit but that only made the meager cheese situation worse. It was more appetizer sized and even the fondue itself was bland and lackluster with no flavors of kirsch, wine, or other seasonings. We had to go somewhere else to actually get dinner. I appreciate the waiter discounting our meal to try and make up for it. The portions of the other entrees looked good so maybe go here for those and skip the fondue.
