We stopped in for a nightcap simply to try the viral haute chocolate at Remedy. It was definitely worth the hype! Very rich and decadent. And the presentation is super content worthy. I chose the baileys add on for some extra kick, and it was delicious! There are other options such as peppermint liqueur to add also. The ambiance and service was great as well.

I ate at Remedy a few times during our trip to Vail- I really enjoyed 1. The service 2. The drinks and the overall food. Obviously came back multiple times for the food- expertly curated by Chef Pankaj Bisht who we were lucky to meet! Loved the crab cake and chicken tikka appetizer. Also enjoyed all the desserts! The cookie skillet is great. The place definetely gets overwhelmed with the haute chocolate "influencers" but for me/ this restaurant is strong and very very delicious in flavors Ps/ I also had the paneer korma for lunch- and i lovedddd it!

The Remedy Bar at the Four Seasons Vail absolutely delivers on those cozy-mountain vibes. The Haute Chocolate alone is worth the stop--it's rich, velvety, and presented with a fun, over-the-top pour that melts the chocolate and playfully drops the huge marshmallow into the mug. The burger (7x Ranch Wagyu Beef, Bacon Jam, Chipotle Aioli, Cheddar, Truffle Fries) was satisfying, juicy, well-seasoned, and not too sweet with the bacon jam. The Seafood Cobb, (Jumbo Lump Crab, Citrus Grilled Prawns, Maine Lobster, Arugula & Romaine, Fennel, Tomato, Blood Orange Vinaigrette) was fresh and flavorful, a really nice balance if you want something lighter but still filling. Overall, it's one of those spots we keep coming back to: great food, warm atmosphere, and the Four Seasons level of service even though it was a little slower than expected this time.

If you're looking for a low-key apres-ski you should come here. Yes guys, this is the famous Instagram hot chocolate from the remedy. Not only is it famous for being famous it actually taste great and I would highly recommend not passing up the opportunity to order this hot chocolate. Service here is quick. Don't be scared of the line. Even if it's snowing, they offer patio seating. Just be sure to bring your snow jacket. We enjoy every aspect of the four seasons! thank you so much for providing such a wonderful experience, not only here but on all of your properties.

The best hot chocolate of my life and I have tasted hot chocolate all over the world. Exceptional dining experience and a beautiful retreat in my favorite mountain town. My second visit for special occasions and skiing rest spot, but be prepared that it is incredibly overpriced and make sure you have a reservation!

The food here was good but nothing too special. The burger bison was good, we ordered no cheese specifically and it came out with cheese. The elk chilli was good, but also nothing too special. We came to try the hot chocolate so we were not too upset about the food. It was a bit pricey so I would keep that in mind. The hot chocolate was $25 and they do an excellent and consistent presentation. We were very pleased and happily paid $50 for two hot chocolates. The service was very mid. Our server was nowhere to be found once our food came out. Along with our drinks. We had to flag somebody else down to fix the burger with cheese. As for our drinks, one hot chocolate was supposed to be spiked and since she had not come out until we were done, we just asked if it could be removed from the bill because the alcohol never came. Waiting to get a chance to flag her for the check was also very lengthy even when it appeared to be very slow with not many people we was not present. Not happy with the service. The food was alright, expected more for the prices. I would only recommend the famous hot chocolate.

The hot chocolate. TO DIE FOR!!! That's worth 5 stars!! Here are my problems giving it a 3. The pricing was different online (cheaper and had more options) than what was on the actual menu in person. We had a reservation and still had to wait for our table for a while which made no sense because they seated people without reservations before us. The last issue I had was the service, we didn't see anything on the menu we fancied, so we just ordered drinks. Once our waitress discovered we weren't eating she NEVER came back. Then they had a 20% auto gratuity for a "large table" that was only 5 people (most restaurants it's 6+) for just drinks for a waitress we saw ONCE during our whole experience.

First of all the haute chocolate lives up to the hype. Five stars. The service i would separately give two stars. but the haute chocolate was that good that I will round up from 3.5 to 4 overall. That's what we came for and it does not disappoint. Adding the shot was icing on the cake and any of the selections were stellar. I got the peppermint and it was like the most decadent thin mint you could imagine. I tasted the frangelico and Baileys also. Couldn't miss. The presentation is delightful. Our server was accommodating helpful and friendly. My issue comes with our experience at the front of the house. My friend went to the hostess stand a couple days prior to scope out accommodations for our group of nine. Even though she was standing right there asking for a reservation the hostess tried to turn her away to go to Open Table even though she had all the information and capability to make a reservation right in front of her. The manager was standing just off to the side and basically set her right telling her to help the customer who was standing right in front of her. We arrived about 10 minutes early for our reservation at 1:30 on a Monday coming off the mountain. We were not informed in advance that ski boots were not allowed. As a place that advertises as apres they should make that more apparent in advance. The same hostess who tried avoid making our reservation previously looked our group of four up and down and said "do have regular shoes?" We were slightly taken aback. She then proceeded to say ski boots were not allowed. She let us chew on that statement for a minute with no further communication immediately. We weren't sure what to do. Then she said "if you need them we have slippers for you". Why didn't she lead with that? It's like she was trying to make us feel awkward and she succeeded. After that she proceeded to tell us that our group would be split up in to two tables because they don't have a space to accommodate us together. We had booked a reservation days ago for all 9. You booked it. If that was plan all along, gain, why weren't we informed? We asked what could be done to fix that, table outside, waiting a little bit etc. At first she was adamant that that was the only way we could all sit was to split into two groups. If we had wanted to split we would have planned for that. We pushed back reminding her that she had made this reservation for us days ago and that was very misleading of her if that was the way it was always going to be. What was the point of a reservation for all of us in that case? She hemmed and hawed and left to talk to someone. Upon returning she said IF we were willing to wait 10 minutes or so we could all be accommodated at the same table, acting like she was doing us a huge favor the whole time. Of course we could wait. We booked a reservation for 9 at 1:30 and it was only 1:25. Again, why did she seem like she was trying to make it awkward for us? Once we were done dealing with her the experience was great but we almost left before even getting to the table at multiple points due to poor customer service at the front end.

We stopped here a few times during our Vail trip as it has spectacular views from the outside patio; great cocktails and lighter fare which was perfect for lunch! Service was always spot on, great drinks from innovative cocktails to really good Mocktails! Had a light lunch today - meat eaters enjoyed their wings and we split the Burrata with deliciously fresh tomatoes and the hummus. Great spot for food, drinks and views !

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Paying nearly $80 for two hot chocolates was already outrageous, but unfortunately that wasn't the only problem. When the waiter brought the drinks, he spilled chocolate all over me. He clearly noticed, yet he didn't stop, didn't apologize, and didn't even offer anything to help me clean up. Now I'm left with stained clothes and the added cost of dry cleaning or having to replace it entirely. For the price they charge, the absolute minimum should be basic courtesy and professionalism.

While in the area for a ski trip we had to stop and get a hot chocolate at the four seasons. It was a bit on the pricy side but it did not disappoint. I did add a shot of peppermint schnapps to mine. The presentation and marshmallow were divine. Sitting outside on the patio in front of the fire pit taking in the stunning views with a tasty drink was a perfect way to treat myself after a long day on the mountain!

This is my happy place. I've been here twice on quick trips through Vail, and enjoyed both experiences. On our most recent visit, we opted to sit outside on a hot day, and relax with a cocktail. The view and vibe is phenomenal and I was transported into a calming, luxurious afternoon. Our server was so kind, attentive and welcoming. Although we wanted to stay for lunch, we wanted to explore Vail, so continued our restaurant hopping down the street. The prices are quite steep, but honestly I think it is worth it.

Looking for apre ski and this fits the bill. Ill have my two tween children. Is this a "bar" bar where bringing children wouldn't be appropriate?

Hello. It's a hotel lobby bar. You kids will be fine there

Is this a place you can go to still in your snowclothes from boarding? Thinking of a bite and some spiked hot cocoa on the balcony by a fire before we head home from the mtn.

    Absolutely:) :) enjoy!

It was pretty quiet (still off-season), and my husband and I were the only ones there when we walked in around 10. Atmosphere This spot has a cool, welcoming vibe that feels very safe. It's the kind of environment where you can really settle in and enjoy the company you're with. The Drinks I ordered the Sangre del Sol. The flavor was amazing, though be warned it is very strong! It's an excellent choice if you enjoy a cocktail with a serious kick, but I ended up letting my friend finish mine after a few sips. Overall Experience I highly recommend Root & Flower for a beautiful setting and top-tier service. Pro Tip: A huge bonus for this location is the parking! You can park for free after 3 PM at the S. The amount of fondue was absolutely paltry, especially given it was supposed to serve two people and cost $80. We had a nearly full basket of bread remaining after eating all the cheese. It was more appetizer sized and even the fondue itself was bland and lackluster with no flavors of kirsch, wine, or other seasonings. We had to go somewhere else to actually get dinner. I appreciate the waiter discounting our meal to try and make up for it. The portions of the other entrees looked good so maybe go here for those and skip the fondue.
