This place is soooo cool and chic. Modern and hip. I arrived via the elevators and walked through a curtain after hitting the wrong button from the garage parking. I felt like I walked into a speak easy. The restaurant was full but I was able to walk around and enjoy the decor and score some super cool pics. I would recommend coming with a resy. The service I'm sure was amazing because they offered us a tour of their speak easy when we asked to see it .

I'd heard good things about this place, so it was on my Vail weekend itinerary. We went for a late night dinner, and I was glad that we did. The vibes, ambiance, and service were all on point. And the food was delicious. I had the branzino which was super flavorful on top of a curry sauce. Prosecco to wash it down was nice and crisp. Aside from being a restaurant, there's an attached speak easy and club as well. Definitely recommend adding this to your places to visit in Vail.

Wow chasing rabbits! It's sexy, mysterious and a must try. Minus one star as our server was pretty overwhelmed and it was packed to say the least! But the food was mind blowing.! We would be back- hopefully without kids one day :) I didnt love ordering the apps and main together- case in point we had a LOT of left overs. The croquettes were pretty heavy. Once we ate the shrimp And pulpo we had NO space for steak and fingerling potatoes. In hindsight I would have skipped croquettes. Everything else is a must have ! Ambiance is excellent! They have an arcade and very trendy interiors!

The food was 10/10, we loved the egg plant dip to start. Our entrees were the braised rabbit bolognese and the cocoa coffee crusted skirt steak and hazelnut crunch for dessert... chefs kiss! The service was on point, very attentive and never had an empty glass of water. The vibe of the restaurant and the connected bars were amazing! Such a great evening at this restaurant.

What a cool vibe at Chasing Rabbits in Vail Village! This is not your standard ski town establishment. Part restaurant, part night club, part speakeasy with a European feel. I've dined at Chasing Rabbits twice and have been delighted both times. The experience itself makes it worth checking out and the food is also superb. There are two dining areas, a lively open space in the front, and a quaint, quieter library which is where I have eaten both times. The library has a Dali theme, and if you and your dining partner need topics of conversation, you can admire the fun and kitschy art and objects that adorn the bookshelves. Even the menu has a literary theme, divided into preface, introductions, prologue, and epilogue. The hitipiti on the preface menu is a delicious feta spread and the tuna carpaccio was beautiful and tender. The crispy xtapodi (octopus) was tender and had a beautiful smoky flavor. For entrees (prologue), the Vegan moussaka was surprisingly flavorful and beautiful, the toasted cashew cream unique and delicious. The snapper was just so-so, very tender but a bit bland for my taste. The Loup de Mer (epilogue) was the standout - a whole fish to share with a unique presentation of whole grapes and fennel. After dinner, take a stroll through the windy halls of the complex, where you will truly feel like Alice and Wonderland fallen down the rabbit hole. There is a game room complete with a bar with a marquis theme, and fun arcade games that are fun for the whole family. The space turns into a nightclub after hours, with a DJ spinning hip beats. Or you can check out some smooth jazz in the speakeasy on weekends when it is open. Overall a super cool experience that is different from anything in Vail. Highly recommend for a unique, delicious and entertaining evening!

This is high class! Probably the most known place in vail village. It's a little hidden but right next to the parking structure and ice ring. The service was great. We went on a Friday night and split plates. The rabbit did have a bone in it which grossed me out. But I also shared the pork chop with pumpkin risotto which was probably my favorite. You get a wrist band for the "club" that opens at 10pm. There also is a speakeasy that the waiter said we could go to but found out it was closed for a private event. Now for the after party club, I'm assuming this is the only "club" in vail but don't quote me. It's filled with an older crowd and I'm assuming it's because no one else can afford it. Drinks are $20 even for a Tito's and crab. This isn't Vegas but the music was good. It's a vibe that's for sure

Atmosphere was brilliant. We were seated at a long table in the Library room. Really great vibes and interior design on the inside. Drink menu was stellar. Food was served in rather small portions so we had to get a lot of dishes for family style with a group of 13. Because we had a large group I had to call ahead to reserve our table. I worked with the Miranda, their director of events, to reserve our table and she was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Towards the end of our reservation when we were interested in ordering desserts, our server Tyler became quite rude, when I asked if he was ok, he responded that he was "fine just busy". Our group was not impressed with how we were treated so that is the only reason for this not being a 5 star review.

This was such a cute restaurant for girls night out because we started with dinner at the restaurant and then ended the night at the Rabbit Hole. The food was delicious but portion sizes were pretty small. We ended up getting extra orders of the potatoes since we were still hungry and were pleasantly surprised at how quickly they arrived. Our waitress was super sweet and gave the best recommendations. The moody interior really set the vibes for the night.

What a cool spot, highly recommend stopping in for at least a drink. We went on Thursday night to the speakeasy and they had trivia, so much fun! The service was great, quick drinks to the table. And the atmosphere makes this spot, the decor, lighting and overall WOW factor was around every corner.

Surprised my wife with a birthday dinner while visiting CO. This is probably the fanciest dinner we have ever had. The venue was incredibly unique. They have a main dining room that looks like what you would expect from a nice restaurant in Vail. But we asked to be seated in the Library. You dine in a two story library, surrounded by old books and unique artwork. Near the back of the restaurant was the Rabbit Hole - an electric space with an arcade, dance floor, and a bar. Definitely a good time. The night we were there, they were having a release party for Life of a Showgirl. My only complaint when seated was the volume of the music. We could hear the TS music from the other room, as well as the music that was playing in the library. But it was a minor annoyance. The star of the show is definitely the food. We split a couple apps. Both were great. We got to experience caviar for the first time. Then came the entrees. Once again, it was beyond our expectations. I ordered a dessert and they brought my wife one for her birthday. And we cannot forget about the drinks. They were top shelf. We even got the opportunity to meet the chef, a very talented individual from my home state! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for an upscale dinner or a fun place to hang out. Be prepared to fork over some cash, but it's worth the occasional splurge. Check out their IG page for updates on events.

Really fun experience, the ambience is moody yet modern. The service was attentive and kind. The coffee crusted steak was insane and flavor was beyond what I was expecting. I would order it over and over again. Also would recommend the Buttermilk Ricotta to start with.

We had an absolutely fantastic meal at Chasing Rabbits on 12/9/25. Manny was our waiter and was perfectly attentive, always available without being overbearing. He took great care of us. All of our drinks, starters, and entrees were out-of-this world, and we had a great time in the arcade afterwards. We'll be back the next time we want a high-end meal in Vail.

This was hands down our favorite meal of this trip and it had some pretty stiff competition! At first I was not sure how it was going to go - we decided to try the arcade first but it was shut for a special event so they kindly seated us early but almost 15 minutes later we were waiting on service but then realized our server was swamped by a demanding and quite frankly awful table behind us!! Once we got going it was amazing! The food was out of this world - we started with ceviche which was incredible and two dips : eggplant whiz was lovely and garlicky and was served alongside delicious frankly made chapatis! We also had the whipped ricotta with chili crunch which I will dream about! Then we had the octopus and the tuna which was again out of this world! We finished with two spectacular desserts - the peach dessert looked like a peach and was filled with mascarpone! The chocolate dessert tasted like a giant Ferraro Rocher which was all fine with me!! Amazing meal and fabulous way to end our trip!
