We only came here for breakfast each morning during our 3-day stay at the Grand Hyatt so I can't comment on lunch/dinner. However, the breakfast was wonderful especially their à la carte menu. We never got the buffet since we're not big eaters early in the day. We were fortunately enough to try basically every menu item during our stay, sometimes twice. My favorite dishes were the beet toast, chair 20 omelet and the French toast. French toast was exceptionally good to share for the table as dessert for breakfast.

It took 30 minutes to get seated with no body in line ahead of us. When we were being seated, we saw 10 tables open. Short staffed? The breakfast buffet had a good mix. Omelets we're ordered through the waitress and took 25 minutes! By that time, we had all finished our meals. Coffee refills took a long time as well. For the place not being so busy, why the long wait? Short staffed? 20% gratuity is automatically added to the bill which I'll never agree with....especially since service was below average. The views while dining were breathtaking!

Service was slow but good option if you're staying in Hyatt! Pizza was really fresh and the chicken wings were juicy. They were really understaffed though. This place had multiple events going on and we could see the servers running around to fulfil orders

Wonderful breakfast place that turns into a bar in the evening. Conveniently located in our hotel, they open bright and early at 7am. We visited 3 times, and every time, there were people waiting to get in. So budget some extra time if you're tryna hit the slopes early! We got their breakfast buffet, which is $35 per person and includes eggs, bacon, ham, an omelet made to your preferences, yogurt, oatmeal, fruits, smoked salmon, pancakes... literally any breakfast item you can think of! They've got the best earl grey too! :) Service can be a little slow here depending on how busy it is. But great food options are available! They also have an a la carte menu as well.

This is my 4th time in this restaurant. The las 3 times where during winter and it was amazing so I was really happy to go one more time now at summer. It was a waste of time and money. Food was mediocre. Fungi pasta taste like they put mayo on it. Horrible wine (we chose it as we wanted a good californian wine we took the most expensive in the list and was so awful) salmon was over cooked when we ask medium rare. Anyway sad experience in one of my new faves Restaurants in the area :( Hope this help!

Customer service was the worst we have ever experienced. The staff could not care less about the customer. A very elitist attitude.

Dinner reservations are available 30 days out on Open Table, and they go instantly. I heard them quote 2+ hours for walk-ins, so definitely plan ahead if you can! Cocktails: I've always loved their cocktails, so even if you don't have dinner here, you should at least check out the bar. I've never been disappointed in any drink I've gotten. Dinner: - Butternut baba ganoush: all the flavors of baba ganoush but with butternut squash, and the warm pita was great - Fire roasted tomato and chorizo soup: a bit on the thinner side, smoky, interesting - Buttermilk sea salt biscuit: rich, flaky, with extra butter, country ham, and red pepper jelly - Warm pimento cheese: I don't usually care for pimento, but their's is great with grilled bread. They also use this on their burger at lunch - Wood grilled octopus: nice wood fire flavor, great ham hock beans underneath, grilled avocado - Crispy brussels sprouts: interesting flavor with the grilled avocado sikil pak - Wood fired pork chop: tender, generously sized - Grilled cobia: wonderful warming pineapple coconut curry, charred pineapple, and fresnos for a kick - Seafood diavolo: very flavorful (my dad found it too salty), served over polenta Lunch items: - Fresh catch: Argentenian shrimp and polenta - like shrimp and grits, very flavorful - Grilled cheese and soup: always a good combo - Burger: we added the onion rings, which had a good kick to them They also had a really solid kids' menu, which I appreciate. Despite how busy they are, service is attentive, and the manager came by personally to check in, which was a nice touch. Food and drink pacing was also good despite it being packed. They have their system down! There's a reason why we keep coming back trip after trip!

Other employees helped with service, including clearing plates and inquiring if we needed anything. The restaurant is definitely number one at customer service and I loved how everyone worked together. Even though the restaurant was busy, we did not feel lost in the shuffle. It was clean and inviting. They offered an array of choices, so there would be something for everyone if you decide to dine here. The food was good, preparation and display were done carefully, but the taste was overall just ok. The appetizers we chose were Warm Pimento Cheese, which was mildly flavorful, but good, and Prime Beef Carne Apache, which had no flavor at all. The main courses we chose included a pork dish and a chicken dish. The chicken had great flavor, but was placed on a bed of potato wedges which were not all completely cooked through. We felt this took away from the overall dish. The accompanied sauce made with yogurt and poppyseed did not add any flavor to the dish. The pork dish had great flavor. The drinks accompanying the food were made well and tasty. The kids menu has an array of choices as well, and our choice of macaroni and cheese was a hit! We ended with a frozen snicker bar dessert that tasted exactly like a frozen snickers bar. Overall, we had a very nice evening and would definitely visit again.
