I have only positive things to say about Video Only in Dublin. We walked in, were greeted very quickly, got down to the business of discussing what we wanted and walked out with a Plasma TV and BluRay player 20 minutes later. And our sales guy Maury(sp) helped load it in the back of the car too. I admit I did some research on what kind of TV I wanted ahead of time, but it was nice to hear the salesperson's opinion and seeing the difference between Plasma and LED in person. The price of the TV we bought was $30 cheaper than anywhere listed and they were having a great Labor Day weekend sale on Bluray players too. read more

Great place to shop and buy whatever you need for the Home A-V system. I like the sales staff there as they are not pushy like the Bad Buys or Short-Circuit City. I've never been rushed, all my questions have been answered and their prices beat the other places. How can you go wrong? read more

Just bought my second tv from here (60" LED). Ken was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would do business with again. Came in a couple hundred bucks cheaper than Best Buy. Dang I missed the free hdmi with yelp check in! Oh well. Seems like they specialize a bit more in the higher end bigger tvs. I went back looking for another entry level tv. They had a decent selection but didn't seem to have the selection or wide range that Best Buy did on cheap entry level. Thanks Ken, I'm happy with my purchase! read more

I recently bought a set of Klipsch speakers and a Sony CD/DVD player at Video Only in Dublin, CA. The sales guy (Aaron) who helped me was excellent and he steered me to a choice that I am totally satisfied with. The shopping experience was as good as it gets and I am very pleased with the cost and quality of my selection. This is THE place to buy a TV or audio system that connects to your TV. read more

We had been considering the 2016 LG OLED 65" since it was announced at CES. After much searching for the best price, we settled on VIDEO ONLY. They beat all other prices that we found at the "major" Video/Audio/Appliance stores in our area. Called the store, spoke with KEN. He quoted a price & offered a couple of things to 'sweeten' the sale. That weekend we made the 1/2 hour drive to the store & picked up the TV. Everything as promised - smooth and speedy transaction. No high pressure sales tactics. Unfortunately, the TV died after 5 days ! We we're very upset of course. Called Ken who said "bring it back & we'll give you another one". As inconvenient as that was given the drive, he facilitated the swap & we are again very very happy with this purchase. (Hopefully this replacement lasts more than 5 days ..). Highly recommend VIDEO ONLY as your TV source. read more

Over the past couple of decades, I've purchased 3 big screen TVs here -- never had a problem and won't shop anywhere else. Recently, I purchased a Yamaha RX-V6A receiver from here. After hooking it up, my Samsung BD player was exhibiting odd behavior. When playing a CD or DVD and pausing/resuming, the sound input would change to TV where I had nothing connected and therefore no sound. I thought I had a defective receiver. Neither the manual's Troubleshooting section nor the online FAQs addressed my issue. My sales person (Aaron) asked me to bring it back in and he would attempt to troubleshoot it. Long story short, Aaron identified a setting with HDMI Control (which is enabled by default). After disabling that setting, my issue vanished. I highly recommend Aaron's expertise and patience!!! read more

I called and spoke with Ken about my home theatre and what I was looking to accomplish. Not only did Ken make a great recommendation, he gave me a details tutorial on the LG OLED 77" which made my decision easy. My wife and I were looking for a smart TV and sound bar. I did some research and was leaning toward Samsung S95B. That said, I wanted more information and the ability to see and hear similar TVs. A friend of mine recommended we drive (75 miles one way) to Dublin's Video Only. I went online, before making the trek, visited their website and read the (Yelp) reviews. By all accounts it appeared the trip would be well worth the effort in terms of inventory, price and knowledgeable staff. Glad we made the trip. Our sale's associate, Justin, was fantastic! He listened to our wants and concerns, and took the time to show us a number of options that suited our needs. Justin didn't try to pressure us, rather, he provided information that assisted us in making choices that made sense for us. We ended up purchasing a Samsung S95B TV and Q800B sound bar. Our cost was several hundred dollars lower than Costco and Best Buy. Additionally, by mentioning 'Yelp', Justin threw in a HDMI cord, AND four additional warranty years. All said and done, with Justin's assistance, it was well worth the trip to Dublin's Video Only store. read more

Great staff, great prices . They will beat any big box store. I asked that the OLED cx be turned off store mode and placed in regular mode aand then hook up a 4k Bluray player to see what tv will actually look like. No problem. Hooked up DVD player with new Lion King movie and told them lets make a deal and they did. I have bought several items from them before and never any hassles unlike Best Buy. BB wont do any of those things. read more

Probably my 5th TV I've bought from them. Always a great experience. Go see Tom Doherty, awesome guy. Thanks again

My television recently went whacko and died on me. I went to a major store in Dublin and spent 20 minutes looking at televisions. There were two sales people there and neither asked me if I needed help. I left and thought I would try Video Only on DUBLIN Blvd. When I walked in I was greeted by a sales person who gave me the attention that I needed to make a great choice of televisions. The sales person Marty did everything he could to help me find what I wanted. GREAT SERVICE and knowledge of the product. Five Stars to Video Only. read more

NEVER buy from these people. They are a whole bunch of scammers. I bought a tv from them last week, and I used an optical cable. The optical port plastic broke after a day of use, that was obviously a defect. The store receipt says " A no charge exchange on units with manufacturer's defect may be made within 30 days providing the units are in "as-new" condition..." Everyone I talked to at the store claimed that was not a manufacturer's defect. I quote their own word here" the TV didn't leave the store like that (broken port)". They even asked me "who defines defect". Basically, whatever left their store, as long as not broken in their store, will never be deemed defective. You are subject to their own word game, jump through the hoops for a product purchased within a week. They kept accusing me of breaking it and even claim the broken port was a physical defect, not manufacturer defect. You only run into such hair-splitting conversation with nasty scammers. I am surprised they are still in business. Go with COSTCO or other larger stores, they are only here to scam consumers. read more

My experience at the Video Only store a few months ago was great! I had been looking for the right 4K UHD television for a few months and went to Best Buy and Video Only to check on pricing and to become more educated on what the 4K televisions had to offer as opposed to the standard LED 1080p televisions. After visiting various Best Buy stores and Video Only in Dublin I realized that the knowledge base of the Video Only sales group was MUCH more in depth in comparison the sales people at Best Buy. Marty Gutierrez was outstanding! He educated me with the the differences between the standard LED televisions and 4K UHD modells. All of the sales people at Video Only were very knowledgeable. I bought the 4K television with the suggested sound system and am totally satisfied. Best Buy was good, but it was hit or miss with the knowledge that the sales people possessed. Video Only in Dublin was OUTSTANDING!!! Okechi read more

Needed a new set and went to video only After some looking and receiving good info from Marty, decided on a 49" LG. I had some problems with hookup, connecting it to my surround sound. Went back to the store and Marty offered to come to my home to fix it. He got everything to work properly and was very professional. Thank you so much Marty. Great work read more

This is a highly specialized store that sells most everything you could be looking for, video related. The big plus for us, besides a very fair and competitive price, was the excellent help we received when making our selection. Because you get real answers to your questions instead of a lot of fluff, selecting your tv is easy and not complicated at all. The entire transaction, questions and all, will take you less than 30 minutes, really, another kind of savings all together! read more

Been wanting to upgrade from my 10+year old 42" plasma to either HD or 4K tv. with the prices of those units where they are I felt I could indulge without much guilt. After doing research online and visiting costco and bestbuy, I went to VideoOnly to look further (I had bought some electronics there in the past). I pleasantly discovered their prices on the units I was considering (Samsung KS8000 series 65" and similar Sony unit) were lower then any of the prices I have seen online or in other stores). Plus the salespeson (Ken) was very helpful in comparing the units and describing features like the refresh rate, etc. The price included delivery into my living room and included 2 year warranty, so overall it was a great deal and good purchase experience. It is amazing how much technology you can buy with relatively little $. The 4K technology is just amazing and going from the 42 EDTV (which was still very enjoyable) to 65" 4K is just a whole different level of experience. Love the TV and will be enjoying it in the years to come. read more

I like this place. They have quality merchandise. The salesman are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are fair. I think they really help on the mounts for Tvs. Way cheaper than costco. Bought a 55 LG from here with the mount, very happy so far. They use some great local installers. We bought the tv and the installer Brandon picked up the tv and took care of everything. Very reasonable and did a great job. Will come back for sure. read more

Video Only is a good place for electronics, the installation third party that they hire, please look out. If a guy name Junior comes over, show him the way out. This was during the Super Bowl, totally up-selled me and was throwing prices out that just happened to add up to nice round number. The remote that he installed and programmed is garbage. I asked for a itemized invoice and got one, to the exact rounded amount. I am embarrassed to say how much. Every time I try to turn on the TV with the remote and it doesn't work, I flip out! read more

Visited this store today just to look around with no plans to buy at least today but was pleasantly surprised how knowledgable and help full our salesman Marty was. We felt absolutely no pressure or pushing from him. Upon review of the pricing and selection we decided this is really our best bet for a TV and surround sound purchase. The total experience was enjoyable and really feel we got a great deal and will be back again for our next electronic purchase :-). read more

Apparently you cannot just shop anymore....at least at this store..I thought I had a good experience the last time I bought a receiver in here so I decided to shop for a new Samsung LCD TV here and that turned out to be a big mistake. When I meant you cannot shop anymore, I meant, you cant just go into a store look around, take notes and then leave without getting hassled and harassed. So I go inside the store and am looking at the TVs, a sales person walks up to me and asks me if I need help as he should have and I decline his offer saying I was just looking around and would call him if I had any questions. But before that, I tell him I am only specifically looking for a Samsung 52/55" LCD. I then take out a Video Only card that I got from another sales person during a prior visit, Ken Crawford (who was really nice)and then start to jot some notes on a Samsung 52", the usual stuff, model #, price. I then see they have another Samsung 52", so I decide to take that info down too, thats when the salesman comes back to me and says, "You cannot write down information on merchandise" I tell him that I just need to write down a few notes and I proceed to finish up. He stands there and watches me. I look at him and ask, "Are you going to watch me write notes?" He then says, "I cant have you write down every single price for every single TV in the store" I tell him, I dont think its possible to write every single price for every TV on the back of the business card. Smug response but a true one. He goes and gets his manager, who asks if there is a problem, I tell him and he says the same thing, I ask him what was wrong w/what I was doing, he said, its our policy. I ask to see where it states, I cannot write down notes. He says, that I might go to another store and compare prices..WTH...and just an FYI, they have Best Buy ads posted on a board in the front of the store. I then just decide to leave but before that, I ask for his name. He doesnt say it but pulls out a business card and says that he is the Regional/District Manager, so Brent Baisch holds the card close to his body and makes me read it, almost mocking me...so I just snatch it from him and he goes off, "Dont CHUUUUUU" If youve ever been into that store, there is a long glass counter, so he walks all the way across it and tells me not to ever come into the store, I was waiting for him to strike me as he came real close to my face. He then says, "If you ever come into this store again, I'll have you arrested" I say "For what shopping" If I could give this place negative stars I would and Brent, I hope that was on tape so you could look at yourself and see what a fool you looked like. I tried to email Video Only corporate and guess what happened, returned email, and yes I double checked the address. Draw your own conclusion read more

Do not purchase a Television from these people. After three months of homework and getting what I thought was a very fair price on a large 54" Plasma TV I decided to pull the trigger 45 days ago. The TV as of today is not currently working. When I called the store they gave me a complete run around when I inquired on returning the television as it is clearly defective (I understand that electronics break, but 45 days from new is a complete Lemon in my book). The salesperson that was oh so eager to help me suddenly told me that I had to go directly to Panasonic and that they always get to you in 24 hours. I am sitting here right now with an appointment that is 5 days out to see if anyone can even fix the television. If it is defective who knows how long it will take to rectify this. I understand that things break, look it is part of life. However, I have been in business for a long time and if something I sold turned out to be no good a month and a half after I sold it, I would be jumping through hoops to help out the customer. Especially one that spent the amount that I did in this place. I will NEVER purchase another product here again. read more

We must've gotten a lemon - and by lemon I'm referring to the Hispanic salesguy and NOT the TV. We didn't even buy a TV - and probably will not from this location at least...CERTAINLY not from the creepy salesguy who followed us around from the second my friend and I entered. Granted we were there first thing in the morning so maybe he was bored. But seriously for a minute there I thought I was wearing a backpack - oh no wait, that's the salesguy on my back. I'm shocked to read that most people love the sales-staff which is why I'm guessing we got a lemon. But this guy actually even ACCUSED us of working for a competing store "So do you guys work for Best Buy or Anderson's?..." I was floored! I was so floored I didn't even realize what he was asking me and told him "no this is the first place I've come to start my TV shopping." Little does he realize he actually gave me some suggestions to continue my shopping! What a jerk! So I was reading a lot of info off my phone, taking a lot of notes and took a couple pictures of the pricetags so that I didn't have to write it all down: that's called "researching before I make a potentially expensive purchase". STUPID, STUPID, STUPID MAN! He really pissed me off - and I very rarely get pissed off like that at someone I don't even know! My friend even asked the guy if we could have a moment alone to chat since he'd been within ear-shot of us almost the entire hour we'd been in the store (following us from one side to the other - apparently 'cuz he thought we worked for Best Buy...but I still don't know why that'd even be a big problem - are their prices a secret?) and the salesguy said he couldn't leave us alone 'cuz I had a camera. OMFG are you serious? I don't know why I didn't demand to yell at his manager - I was still so floored that he accused us of being Electronics-Store-Spies that I couldn't think straight! I'd been wanting to come to Video Only for literally years after my cousins gave [their prices] very positive reviews. This experience totally ruined an otherwise GREAT introduction to HDTV-shopping. About the store: great selection, nice to see side-by-side comparisons of plasmas and LCDs I've been researching. Prices are stellar and I believe they'll work with you if you find a better price elsewhere. I did come out with a great amount of information and now am quite positive which HDTV I want to buy (had NO CLUE when I went in). HOWEVER - now that Insecure Creepo Salesguy is at the very top of my list of "the most horrible customer service experiences I've had in around 3 decades of existence" I will certainly not be purchasing a TV from them. Good thing they have a few other Bay Area locations... (update: actually forget that. Now that I found even better prices WITH shipping and tax online, plus I'm still fuming about this a few days later - I'm not going to any of their other locations either...) 4 stars for the selection and prices. negative stars for the a**hole who "helped" us. I'll settle on 2 stars here read more

We almost bought a TV here and I'm glad we decided not to. They recently moved into the space that used to be Breuners and I had not set foot in it until today. We were on the prowl for a 42-46" 1080p LCD television. The space is huge, but they have very little inventory - have they just not grown into it yet??? At any rate, the reason for the 2-star rating. Salesman Greg was helping us and we were looking at the 42" Sharp Aquos 1080P and the 40" 720p Samsung LCD. The sticker price difference between the two was about $250. We were leaning toward the 42" Sharp. At first he told us that since the television was not in stock, he could give us a "deal" if we ordered the TV right then and there. The "deal" was $25 off and free delivery ($25 off of an $1800 TV is a deal?). Then, the husband decided he wanted to sleep on it and said he'd knock off another $25. We still decide to sleep on it and he puts the model numbers and the quoted price on the back of his business card. Anderson's couldn't match the price and they didn't have the television in stock. We decided to stop by Best Buy and the sticker price was about $150 more than Video Only. I ask if they can price match and give us the free delivery. They said they probably could but they had to verify the price. When Best Buy dude called Greg, he told the Best Buy dude he needed to verify the price online and he wouldn't' give a price quote over the phone. Best Buy dude pulls up the online price and it's the same price we were quoted as the "DEAL". In my opinion, that's just shady. I'm so glad we didn't buy the television from Video Only, because if you are blatantly misleading like that, why would I want to give you the business? read more

I recently purchased a Samsun 8500 series 55' TV from video only in Dublin Ca. Mark the sales guy was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me. I changed my mind a few times, I wanted to make sure I got the best TV and accessories that I could for my money! I was very impressed with mark, His attitude and demeanor never changed thru out this process! Being a novice at electronics and thinking to myself how was I going to set the TV and all the accessories up, I asked mark if he knew some who could set our new TV up. He referred junior with Direct Home Services! I will only say this do not have junior with direct home services do anything for you. Late, no communication, missed appointments, no call nothing, once I paid him $850.00 he was in the wind!! Mind you to this day we still have not had all of our equipment set up! I would have given more stars if mark would not have recommended junior!!! We are going to yelp tonight to look for some one for help. read more

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS PLACE SUCKS !!! My fiance and I walked into this place by accident prepared to purchase a large Flat Screen TV. We were impressed immediately with the prices and pleasant assistance from the store manager and found a 58'' Samsung Plasma quick. They did not have it in stock however, but said it would be in Thursday that week. Thursday we called to check in on our TV and were told it would be another day or two. We were mounting it into a recessed space and coordination with the cable company/contractor was critical - so we called back again on Saturday now anxious to find out if our TV was in while the contractor was there. Upon speaking with the store manager we were told the same bullsh*t excuse a Rep gave us when we called on Thursday -- the 50'' just came in so the 58'' should be right behind. We called again to complain that the inconvience was costing us money with having to cancel twice with Comcast and the Contractor hoping they would step up the customer service and offer some incentive since we were still in the market for a top-quality surround sound system. They were not apologenic nor were they even understanding of the inconvience they were causing by telling us random dates of when we would have our TV (which had already been paid for in FULL). Their argument was that we would not be able to find that particular model TV anywhere else! Frustrated that we were just being fed 'seller-tactic' lies I asked the Store Manager very bluntly when we could expect our TV. When he answered "I don't know". I told him that "I DID know I would be coming down to the store to cancel the order". Guess they don't care that their poor customer service cost them a $2700 sale since they didn't seem to upset by it. Non-the-less, I found the exact same TV at Mongolia for LESS and am SOO much happier to be buying it from them. Oh ya, and the $2500 surround sound system to go with it (which we would have also probably got from Video One had they not pissed us off). I am still waiting for my credit-card to be reimbursed. I guess I will have to call AGAIN!!! read more

I decided it was time to buy a new TV and I wanted to go with a Samsung Q60 75". I did some searching online and decided I would buy it from the Samsung web site as they were offering Black Friday prices. There was also a 36 month no interest promotion. My only concern was if I was going to be home when the TV was delivered. Items tend to walk off of porches these days. I then remembered that I had purchased a few TV's from Video Only in the past and had good experiences each time. I decided to call to see what they were selling the TV for. Aaron answers and tells me, it's $200 cheaper and they have it in stock. It was a Sunday so I told him I'd be in later that day as I live 40 miles away. I work in Pleasanton and could have gotten it the next day but I'm a man and wanted my TV sooner than later. I get there and talk with Aaron about the TV and how it's picture compares against other TV , etc. Sure there were better but I ended up with the 75" Q60. There was absolutely no sales pressure to go with a better more expensive TV. He let me be the judge and pick based on my own intuition. Fast forward a few hours and I'm home with my TV. I get it mounted to the wall and think "Holy Crap this thing is huge!" I immediately regret purchasing it as it's too large for the entertainment center I'm planning to build. BTW the wall it is mounted on is 16 feet wide so I have the space, but it wasn't going to work for what I want to build. The next day I head back to the store to talk to Aaron and check out the 65" Q60. We got to talking about next level up, the Q70 which sold for the same price I had purchased the 75" Q60 for. I then asked about an even better TV like the Q80 which sold for $200 more. I decided I liked the picture quality of the Q80 better and I was going to purchase it. But instead of just letting me buy it, Aaron told me about a 65" LG OLED which was selling for the same price as the Q80. While showing me the TV, he explained the difference between the QLED and the OLED and how the lighting worked, and how I would get a better picture. I have to admit, the picture was amazing! The TV was also on sale, which ended that night. I told him that I would need to bring the 75" TV back but that I wouldn't be able to do it for a couple days. He said that he would honor the sale price until I came back 2 days later. When I came back to exchange the TV, it was Aaron's day off. Even so the exchange was easy with no problems in honoring the sales price. I now have this great TV hanging on my wall and have zero regrets in my decision that this TV was the right choice. Aaron was a great person to work with, and I highly recommend him and Video Only. read more

I purchased a Panasonic Viera 55 inch HDTV from Video Only. The prices are really competitive and the wall mount installation by Junior (yep, that is his name) was excellent. The sales staff was a bit pushy, but they were helpful none-the-less. I am disgusted and blown away by the customer service at Video Only. Rachel was helpful and has alot of knowledge about the products but the Sales Manager and other men are outrageous. They stare you down and don't greet you as you walk in and then allowed Rachel to carry out a tv and remove a 50' alone while they stood at the counter doing nothing. Theses guys are a big joke, but it's ok I'll see them working at either a car lot or best buy next year when they go out of business. I went in to buy a TV. I never named my price point and I specifically stated that I wanted an LED TV. I spoke to the sales guy who told me LED and Plasma are both old technology and the new super dooper LED is the only new technology out there at $3000+ for a TV. He said it didn't matter which I bought - LED or Plasma because they were both old tech. I bought the Plasma at a 'great price' because they had made an error and had one in the back, brand new for just $499. I told him I wanted to run my cable, Wii, Apple TV and my Blueray. He even wrote them down on the order form to make sure the guys hooked them all up when they delivered the TV. When they delivered it the guys said they couldn't run all 4 devices on this TV and asked where the additional cables were that I bought so they could hook up the 3 devices they could hook up. I told them the Sales guy said "if they are hooked up to your TV now then you don't need any additional cables, you are good to go". Not true! I had to buy cables so they could hook up anything at all. When I called the store to complain, I was connected to the person in charge of the world - Brent. When his only suggestion was that I buy a TV priced at twice what I paid, I asked to speak to his boss. He said he didn't have one. I asked if he was the owner of Video Only and he said no but he had no boss. He was the only one I could speak to. He would not let me talk, he talked over me, he was accusatory and rude, he was defensive, and offensive. He went off on a rant about how I bought a low end TV, what did I expect. I told him I never said what I was willing to pay. I asked his sales guy what I should buy based on what I wanted to hook up to my TV and how I use my TV and they guy said the one I got was the best deal in town. The "boss" kept blaming me for buying a cheap TV. He said he could sell me the other TV at twice the price or refund for this TV and he didn't care which choice I made. I really think this is their sales tactic. They sell you something at a great price knowing full well it isn't going to meet your needs then they up-sell you to something much more expensive. it is the oldest sales technique in the book. At least they could get a little creative. I will never go back to this place. At least at Best Buy or Fry's they have knowledgeable legitimate sales people and if there is a problem, they try to make it right. The delivery/installation guys were great - that is the only reason they even got 1 star from me. Stay away!!! Go to a legitimate business who stands behind their product and there people, and if there is a problem, they at least have someone with an ounce of customer service training. read more

It appears that we dodged a huge bullet by not buying a TV from Video Only. VO's slogan is "Don't be Sorry", but I'm sorry I'm not sorry I got a better deal elsewhere that VO was nowhere NEAR matching. My bf has been hemming and hawing about buying a new TV for the last couple months and I've been dragged into several major electronics stores repeatedly on the weekends in the name of research. He finally decided he could no longer live without a new TV and we came back to VO with his checkbook in hand. We'd done our research and knew what it would cost for us to buy the same TV from a certain online retailer with a name that starts with the first letter of the alphabet, plus no sales tax, and free shipping. Unfortunately, the "deal" VO came back with was 1) a higher price for the TV + sales tax; and 2) the cost of shipping. Like Amy T., I didn't think VO was very competitive at all, and our salesguy tried to trick us into thinking we'd have to pay sales tax at this specific online retailer (it hasn't been enacted yet so as of right now you don't have to, FYI). VO wants you to think they have competitive or "rock bottom" prices, but when you factor in tax and shipping costs you're better off buying elsewhere. The lowest price we've ever seen on this particular TV was not at VO (but yes, it was a real brick and mortar store). VO does have lots of different brands and models on display, I'll give them that. Come here to do research, but you're better off buying elsewhere. P.S. Since we didn't buy here I can't comment on the return policy. But protect yourself and read the fine print before you sign on the dotted line, yo. read more

This review applies to all Video Only stores because it is in regards to their corporate refund policy. Actually, it's about their lack of a refund policy and the deceptive wording of their refund policy. Here is their 30 day return policy word for word (and their caps): "If for any reason you are unhappy with the equipment you purchase from VIDEO ONLY, you may return it for a FULL REFUND or exchange. Units must be factory sealed." See that second sentence about the unit must be factory sealed? That means if you open the box, they will refuse to give you a refund. Period. Even the company District Manager told me this is their official company policy. Now I know, you are thinking, this guy is smart enough to post his complaint with the BBB and on Yelp and on other consumer advocate boards, he should have been smart enough to read the admittedly deceptive return policy and figure it out. Fair enough. But I was returning merchandise for my 73 year old mother, who is fighting cancer and is not as sharp and consumer savvy. They even remembered her buying the product (a $90 set of wireless headphones that has static and constant drop-outs), and they still didn't care. While looking into this, I found the Video Only store in Dublin, CA is not accredited by the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and has an F rating! http://www.bbb.org/gre... Why anyone would shop there rather than Sams club or Costco is beyond me. Those stores have great prices too and will refund your money no questions asked. So please keep this in mind if you do shop at any Video Only store - you will never get your money back from them if you are dissatisfied with the product - despite what you think the return policy says. read more

Bought a 60 inch plasma TV, when I got it home and took it out of the box, the frame was bent and stuff behind the glass was broken, it looked like it had been crushed, I called my salesman KRAIG MARTIN 5 times and left 5 messages with no return call. I returned to the store less than 24 hours and wanted a refund, the store manager BRENT BAISCH accused me of the damage and refused to refund my purchase, I was blown away by his next move, he took the TV and the unopened sound bar outside the store and told me it was mine and I had no proof that I returned it! I had to file a dispute with my card company. Stay far away from this company, If you have a problem it is now yours! I have never experienced such poor customer service! read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I came in looking for a blu ray player. The sales guy offered to help me out, but all he did was read what I could already see on the labels. He also gave me incorrect advice (he said that you have to use HDMI output for HD and that Component was NOT HD) which made me trust him less. After seeing that their prices were worse than Best Buy, I was on my way out. Before I could leave, however, I was harassed by the sales staff who grilled me as to why I didn't buy from them. Since I was on my phone while browsing, they assumed I was "online shopping" and accused me of exploiting their knowledge/time just to go home and buy things on the cheap. Then his coworker joined in, assumed I was an engineer (I am a teacher, but I guess being an Asian male, I'm an engineer to them) and tried to explain how it's as if people were stealing my intellectual property? I dunno. It was all very bizarre. Now, everytime I here their radio commercial, I cringe. I'm never going to that Video Only again...if I did "I'll be sorry!" read more
