I went to this verizon store once pre-smartphone era to ask for help with transferring contacts, they said it wasn't possible with my palm treo. I go up the street to the verizon store in La Habra, they show me step by step how simple it is. Went TWO more times post-smartphone era because I needed help with 2 different smartphones, couldn't get it done. Went up the street to the La Habra one, got it fixed within minutes. The reason why I go to this horrible one first is because it's a minute away from my house but realized it's nowhere near worth it. Won't EVER be coming back to this store full of unprofessional workers. read more

He was very friendly and patient as he helped me transfer liability, transfer to a better plan, and upgrade to a new phone ensuring that I optimize the amount of credit I can receive by trading in my old phone. EDIT MAY 10, 2017 - CONSIDER THIS A 1-STAR RATING: It turns out George was the only good thing about this place. I walked in today to find out how the new plans and access fees work. I had to wait for 10 minutes while the young man behind the counter was on the phone receiving instructions on something to serve the only customer in the store, who was ALSO on the phone. At least he acknowledged me, but it was a long wait with only one person working. Then I started getting my questions answered. The answers weren't confusing in that he was unsure or unclear, but I found it confusing that with the current promotions, I would pay the same amount for 10x more data than I need vs. paying for just the data I need. Meanwhile, another man came in (manager? big guy with facial hair), seemed to be listening in, and then came into the conversation in a terribly condescending way. My favorite part was when he indirectly insulted his own employee in front of me by pulling out a piece of paper and saying, "Here, let me make this simple for BOTH of you," then proceeded to simply write down the offerings that had already been presented to me. I walked out. You get treated better by calling the customer service/sales line. P.S. No iPhones on display because they've had too many problems with theft??? For 10 minutes I was just standing there because I couldn't even look at the phones I would want. Get it together, you guys. Everyone in that store (except George, who has been transferred to another location because he's awesome) is slow, appears disinterested, and has talked down to me. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE! OLD REVIEW FROM 2/5/2015 WHEN GEORGE WAS THE MANAGER******* I feel really compelled to write a review after receiving outstanding service from George, the manager of the store. I think he told me that he has worked for Verizon since 1994 or something like that, so he really knows his stuff. I originally stopped in a few months ago because my iPhone had lost its ability to pick up a signal, and George took care of it and gave me instructions on how to fix it the next time I had a problem. When my 3+ year old iPhone finally gave out yesterday, I stopped in again and asked George to help me with my upgrade. He seemed to pick up on things I implied about how I use my phone and for what uses, and made a couple of suggestions. He checked my plan, gave me some options, showed me some phones, and when all was said and done, not only did I get a new phone, but I cut my monthly bill in half (between the fact that I had the absolute WRONG plan for me--I hardly use any data--and the fact that there was a perfect promotion going on). The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that (1) I had to ask about a slightly less expensive plan than the one he originally offered because I had seen it online, but that was minor because he truly thought he'd given me exactly what I had asked for and immediately remedied that, and (2) the young guys who work in the store do NOT provide the kind of customer service and knowledge George does. Now, I understand that the manager can't serve EVERYONE, but I would say give the store a shot, and if you are anything less than 100% satisfied by the service you get, let George figure out how to make it right because I really think he will. I DREAD going into stores like this, but I would recommend if it's time for you to get a new phone, you try these guys out. read more

Nate and Zee helped me with my account a couple of days ago. I came in wanting to get a new phone, but I wasn't yet eligible for one, because my phone was broken and I couldn't trade it in. Instead, they reviewed my account and were able to save me $30/month, get me a free tablet, and recommended an option for me that would help me get a new phone in a couple of weeks. Today I met Andrew at this Verizon store. From the very beginning he has been very courteous and attentive to understand the situation of my phone. He has never been pushing and trying to sell a phone to me. He wanted to make sure the process that I was going to take is not going to mess up the warranty process. Overall I see that he cares to ensure that I get what I'm looking for. Although I did not end up buying any phone because of the warranty, I want to take the time to write this review and I appreciate all his help. In the future I certainly will come back and work with him. I would highly recommend working with Andrew at this Verizon store. read more

Wouldn't give it one star if that was an option. The manager George is a liar. Lied about multiple things with pricing on device. Took forever to get phone. Some of the salesmen who work (if you call playing on your phone all day work) under him were rude and condescending. If you get a phone I suggest going to another location. Ive upgraded 2 phones here in the past couple of months, and these guys have always taken care of me. I had a few phone issues and questions about my bill, and they took the time to get my phones updated and back to working condition. They were very patient in answering my questions. They not only got me a great deal on my phones in the past, but they go above and beyond in helping with other issues. They're not just about selling the phone, like other stores in the area. This is by far the worst verizon store. I added a line in this store about 4 months ago and the associate Daniel was completely rude to me and my friend which we just bruahed off. Well, ive been back to this location several times as it's closest to my home and every time its like youre causing an inconveniance to any of the gentleman in the store. Went in recently to speak about an issue with my account and again Daniel helped me and with in a few min he copped an attitude because I didn't remember the other number on the account so when I matched his attitude and tone of voice he then used profanity telling me to leave the store. Worst service EVER. Every time ive been to this store. The manager who id been asking for before I raised my voice ignored the situation until i finally started yelling at Daniel. Both were rude. Both had an attitude. I was about to buy the iphone x last night but now I'm just going to focus on corporate for the complete lack of respect shown and difficulties every time ive been to this location. Guys, this is the store to buy your phones at, period! The manager, Mirza Haque's customer service is beyond any traditional I have encountered. I purchased my Note 3 well over a year ago, and returned today with a heart stopping disaster you never want to be handed--Screen is disabled to a permanent black screen. All my photos, were contained within the phone (stupid me) and many, of my my recently passed away mom. They are SAVING them right now as we speak!! This alone, makes this Verizon store, irreplaceable...It is the Fullerton store on Malvern/Gilbert. I have been to many other Verizon's over the last 20 years......NOBODY compares, especially after today. Have also had this help with my previous phone and so of course, brought the hubby here to get his iPhone....talked him into jumping ship from AT&T and he loved the super attentive service Thanks to the whole team!!
