The employee said he wanted to make a quick copy of my father-in-law's death certificate and disappeared into the back for 15 minutes. I'm not sure what kind of copy machine they have that takes 15 minutes to make a copy of one sheet paper. When we were about to leave, a third employee came out and was just browsing underneath the different desks and not calling anyone up. We were in and out in a relatively short time but in our experience, number 19 and 20 on that list were going to be there at least 3.5 hours waiting for their turn. You can overhear the employees spending more time trying to upsell customers on their cable than just getting the job done. Ugh. So glad we don't have to deal with this company again.

So I figured it all out myself and if they had just walked around the house, they would've noticed a previous DIRECTV install bracket (already bolted into the house) that they could've used. I sent them a picture of it and they said they couldn't use it. But I'm literally writing this review from StarLink that I set up myself. For free! ! I've now got the entire thing setup by myself, and simply have to go to Home Depot in the morning and buy a few small things to make everything look neat. Most simple install ever. They did not research the project or even look at the height of my home. Super disappointing ! It's like any other business.
