    Came here to pick up equipment for internet access at 7:13pm and we were out the door by 7:35pm. We waited 11 minutes to be seen. You have to check-in at the tablet to join the queue to be seen by an employee. You'll get in-line updates by text. Your name will be called 3x and then you're skipped if you don't show up in time. There are some waiting areas inside. We sat on a big cushion seat near the wall. You can browse cellphones and tablets as you wait. Warren helped us out. We weren't able to pick the 15 tv shows online so he was able to input it for us after we made our selections. He answered all our questions to the best of his knowledge. Our equipment was put in a reusable Spectrum bag. I appreciate the sustainability initiative.

    Terrible/overpriced service...NO ACTUAL customer service. A lot of outages and no support when a call placed. No credit ever is ssued

    Everyone is comatose here. There are multiple stands open with customers in line. Waited over 40 minutes just to pickup my modem.

    Shady representative…read more Damien who seemed to be professional and caring was in fact untruthful and treated my concern with a backwards attitude. I entered the store to add a few devices onto my plan and later on found that I was going to be charged for a device I had never received. After reviewing my bill and noticing the unrecognized device, I called the store and spoke with Damien to explain my concern. He proceeded to tell me that the device is not on my bill even when I could clearly see that the device was on my bill via the Verizon app. He then assured me that I will no longer be charged for the device and that it will not be present, and he also promised a $150 credit towards my next bill to compensate for the unexpected charges. It's been about 2 weeks now and I still have that same device showing up on my next estimated bill. Not only that but he never documented that the $150 credit was to be applied towards my next bill. I found out all this after calling Verizon directly. Not only that, at the time I had the authorized devices added onto my plan, he had applied a promotional credit of $220 and did a reversal of the credit the same day! What a scummy move. Again, all of this was brought to my attention after calling Verizon directly myself to figure what went wrong. Avoid this store and any kind of interaction with Damien. He will smile in your face but is quick to stab you in the back. Damien you have waste so much of my time, money and energy. Go flip some burgers or something because clearly being a representative is not a suitable job for you with that attitude you gave me when I had confronted you with your mistakes. I know my review might not change anything about the store or Damien himself, but I do hope that this will help anyone from being unfortunate enough to endure the same inconveniences I had to go through.

    This review is for their manager, Ruben. I typically don't do reviews, but this one is well…read moredeserved. I came in last weekend absolutely torn by the bs i had to deal with for weeks with Apple. I was stressed and very very upset because i was unable to use my phone for weeks, and when i went to the Verizon store to reconnect my service to my new phone, Ruben was absolutely so wonderful. He let me talk his ear off about all the troubles i was dealing with over my phone. He was so kind to let me call Verizon off of one of their phones, and continued to help me even when the representative couldn't. He was so patient and attentive and helped me out so much. He was definitely a breath of fresh air from such a terrible day. He made the trip to Verizon so easy and quick and i was able to move on from my troubles. 11/10 service, thank you again Ruben.

    This goes out to the entire staff from MAY 6, 2026. Never have I ever seen such a lack of effort to…read morework/help/stop scrolling and these were not young people working during this shift. Couldn't be bothered for much, no energy effort. Super surprised at how bad service was. This is for the 5:20pm ish team. I get that already bringing in the device to port over from a different VZW must've been disappointing to not see me as a walking commission but the complete lack of effort to assist. Wanted $30 for what the Whittier store said would be free, walk into any store. BEG CORPORATE TO SECRET SHOP THIS location, trim all the dead weight because these folks are not there to work or even stand up. Really expected more; DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR BUSINESS. Bummer first impression with a new provider but lesson learned, never again here. Wasn't even attempted to be sold a case or screen protector and they saw me with a naked iPhone 17 pro like what the heck guys. Just clock out for me if you aren't here to work.
