I've been with WiLogic for more than 4 years. They have the best customer service and they are an outstanding solution provider. My Internet area had another outage, but because WiLogic gave me a backup solution my business did not suffer an outage. I could go on and on about their service. Like the time they showed up at my office to let me know we were on our back up solution, but we didn't even know it. They showed up at our office. We didn't call...They just came out to see what the problem was. I don't know any other service provider that does that! WiLogic has my highest recommendation. read more

Absolutely Terrible! They are always having outages, they have zero technical support! I possess more knowledge than any of their IT Employees. You call to report an issue and their response is "we don't have an ETA on any type of fix" I have lived many different places, and had many different service providers. They are by far the bottom of the barrel! I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemies!!! It seems the fault was with the phone company AT&T . The cable that brought the signal was bad and they were in no hurry to replace it. Since the cable has been replaced I've not had any outages. I give them four stars for now. read more

Wifi keeps going out. Every day for the last month several times a day. It was good a few months ago but now it doesn't work

I've been meaning to write this review, finally getting around to it. We were paying $400 a month for an old school Cox T1 line before we had Spectrum available in our area. Wilogic cut our bill in half but the service was also cut in half. The Wilogic would go down CONSTANTLY, once for over 1 day in the middle of the week. The throughput was terrible where we could barely make phone calls on our small VOIP phone system. Embarrassingly we would always have to call customers back on our cell phones. Joe @ Wilogic is who mostly handled our account and he was helpful most of the time, and downright rude some of the time. read more

I agree with some of the reviews, the good reviews must be fake or they got paid to say how good their internet service is. Unfortunately, where we live this has been the only provider for our community so we have been stuck for 7 years. Their service is horrible, internet and customer service. The internet goes out constantly, which affects me as I work from home. When you call they transfer you to a tech who never answers or returns calls. Emails go unresponsive as well. They convinced us to upgrade and we did and the same thing keeps happening. But let's not talk about how quick they withdraw your payment from your account because if for any reason, your payment is rejected they are calling, emailing, anything to get a hold of you and get their money. I have been meaning to write a review for WiLogic for eleven months and am now taking the time to write this review. I too am a business owner and the way they speak to their customers and treat them is completely unprofessional and very conning. Unfortunately, I was tricked by Jared Burch into signing a 3 year contract at Wilogic. I trusted him as friend as we were connected through a networking group called BNI. I have to remain a customer until my contract expires, but I wanted to warn others of this and their manipulative business tactics. I called Jared Burch and emailed the company giving them a chance to make things right by me. The story in a nut shell is this: I switched to WiLogic from Vonage in 2016. I first signed up for 4 phones. They sold me Grandstream phones that can be be purchased on Amazon for $33 each for $189 and $245 each. The phones needed to be programmed, so I hesitantly paid more for them. They installed the phones and everything was going fine for nearly one year. At this point, I would have been a lifetime customer. I gave them referrals and recommendations as I was quite pleased with them. On June 8th, 2018 I was testing a new business model and was hiring several new team members and needed new phones. I called Jared and requested 7 new phone lines and phones, again paying 400% the cost of the same phones that I could purchase on Amazon. I was happy to do this as I was supporting a local business and I strongly believe in doing that. On September 20th, 2018, I emailed WiLogic asking them to suspend or close down only four of our eleven phone lines for our slow season. My emailed was ignored so I called Jared Burch. He stumbled around the situation and finally said, we cannot suspend any lines for you. You signed a 3 year contract and it was in the fine print. I questioned him and told him he never said I was signing a 3 year contract. I asked him how he could do that to me and why he wasn't clear about that as he was a friend a friend of mine (I thought). I again said, I was a loyal customer that gives him referrals and group recognition and he should make it right by me. He said, (Ha Ha Ha chuckling to me as he said this in a taunting tone) ..."well, we have to make money somehow!" Unbelievable. This is a discusting and unprofessional way to handle a customer objection whether right or wrong. I am embarrassed to have ever called him a friend and that I vouched for him to a group of my professional peers. I was simply asking for a suspension of a few phone lines (of our many) for a few months and then to turn them back on in the spring. They refused to work with me on this. Small local companies must offer better service than this. They must be more flexible and understanding of small business owners situations and needs. They must work very hard to distinguish themselves from the large competitors in their space and that would give them such an advantage over the big guys. WiLogic'a refusal to do this and see the must larger picture shows what kind of company they are and what kind of company they will become if they make it. In effort to allows attempt helping customers do better, even when they are poor with me, I will leave them with these three quotes in hope that it will make them a better company. "Good customer service costs less than bad customer service." "Customer service shouldn't just be a department, it should be the entire company." "Happy customers are your biggest advocates and can become your most successful sales team." Next year on July 14th, 2020, I will be cancelling my entire relationship with WiLogic. It is sad that due to them being inflexible, they will loose what once was a very loyal and happy customer for them. I was and am a town choir. I have given them nearly a year to make this right for me and they have proven to not care. This is the only negative review I have written about a company in 2 years and I have written hundreds of outstanding reviews. That speaks volumes. read more

Hands down the best internet service provider I have worked with. Before working with Wilogic, I had to deal with Spectrum constantly disputing the speed issues I had, despite paying them an outrageous monthly bill. When I finally got someone on the phone who understood the problem I was having, they promised to send a technician out the "next week sometime" and between 9AM and 3PM. Ridiculous. Wilogic has been phenomenal, and I appreciate being able to speak with real person, who actually understands how things work, and can deliver what they promise. read more

I switched my VOIP service over to Wilogic a couple of years ago and have been VERY happy with their service. The price was very competitive but the real value has been the expertise of the installation and service team. First, when they came out to switch the service, they noticed my existing Grandstream phones were defective (screen fade). They worked incredibly hard to get replacements for me, even though they were sold to me by my old VOIP provider. Recently I had a client complain about my on hold music so a quick note to the service team and that afternoon it was changed and updated. Great job Wilogic team!! I have had internet with Wi-logic for a year and two months. Since November and December of 2020 the internet has worked less then it works. In the last month the internet is down more then half the day and when it does work its barely usable. I have called customer service and technical support to no avail. They continue to tell me they will call me back and no one ever calls. If you miss your payment they will call within hours continuously. For $65 a month go with Frontier or Hughes net. If you need reliable internet service do not use wi logic. I will be canceling at the end of my billing cycle. read more

WiLogic handles the service for our company in Huntington Beach and I can't say enough of how pleased I am with what it has done for my ability to get voicemails and calls with ease. I have never had a breakdown in internet service or connection. I am able to get all my calls from my office routed to my cellphone easily and efficiently. Have been using their VOIP solution for over a year. The price is right and it has gotten rid of the last landline for the business. An app allows for answering from a cell phone. All voicemail messages are sent via e-mail. A new feature allows receiving text messages. read more

Sick and tired of everyday my internet goes out for at least 10-20 min at a time and around 10x a day no joke. I've called many times and so has my husband and they always say "oh will send someone out" or "someone will be calling you to figure things out" and they never do! We can't get a different internet provider due to our mobile home park which sucks. But they never solve anything! I'm paying $85 for 25 mbps and they try to say there is no such thing as more than 25mbps when spectrum and other companies offer way more for the same price, and it runs great! Really wish I could change my internet to someone different. I've had them for a year now and I don't recommend them at all! read more

Our office switched to VOIP right before COVID hit (Nov/Dec 2019). Let me tell you, it has been a life saver. Wilogic helped us make sure that we were able to work remotely without any hiccups. Service is great and the price is even better. The Law Firm that I work at is saving at least $300 per month for our phone and internet. Everyone at WIlogic is super helpful and their staff is always there when needed. My favorite feature is the ability to get notifications of new voicemails whenever I am out of the office including the ability to listen to the voicemail. read more

We've had Wilogic for a little over a year now. Nothing but problems on a daily basis. Everyday/night while watching TV, the connection stops and interrupts our evening, so much for relaxing and watching TV. Internet constantly goes out. When we call we're told "I'll send someone out though your connection seems fine on our end" IT ISN'T FINE !! if this happens everyday, multiple times a night... Here's a novel idea - I live in a mobile home park - maybe someone from Wilogic should come out here to check on your equipment and figure out why it doesn't work properly. WiLogic has been providing great internet and phone service to our company for more than a year. Prior to WiLogic, our service was sporadic, completely shutting us down during business hours. WiLogic set us up with a great connection and provides us with a backup system in the event our internet fails. WiLogic's phone service has increased our productivity and minimizes wait time for our clients. Our clients can route a voicemail to any mailbox they choose, and we can retrieve our messages at the office, remotely or even through our email. George came to our office and trained us on how to use the phones and answered our ongoing questions during our first few days. We were able to record our own voicemail greeting or use WiLogic's own George as our voicemail "greeter". We were even able to choose our own hold music! This internet is so spotty like your in the woods. And for the price your paying you would think you would be receiving great C-service and quality. This past weekend We called them over and over to get some assistance on what was going on. We needed internet and TV as my husband had just came out of the hospital and I had college homework to do and on top of that kids that wanted to watch TV with internet.
