I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. Their website says they can print anything and have it delivered as a rush. I didn't think this was true because every other print shop can't do this! I got a quote 10 minutes later and they say they can have it delivered to my house by Friday! How is this possible?! Wednesday morning, I email them what I need printed thinking there's just no way they can fulfill their promise. By Friday at 3:00 pm, I received the order at my doorstep. I was shocked!
