I'm not a graphic designer, so I was specifically looking for that human touch and guidance you would expect from working with a local print shop rather than simply ordering online. Unfortunately, I left feeling like I couldn't really be helped. I was told they don't print individual samples, so to see a card in a particular style I would need to order 100 cards for $100+. If I wanted raised printing or foil, I would also need to provide the files separately, and the only foil options available were silver or gold. There was only one person in the office when I came in, and I got the impression that they primarily handle the printing rather than helping with the actual design or setup. I was repeatedly encouraged to just place the order online, which was disappointing because the entire reason I came in person was to work with someone who could help me make sure everything looked right before spending $100+ on cards. I'm honestly pretty desperate to get this task off my plate, so this would have been a very easy sale. I was ready to move forward and pay for the service, but if I don't feel confident or comfortable with the process, it's hard to justify placing the order. It's unfortunate because so many things have gone completely digital now, and sometimes you just want to walk into a local business, talk to a person, and get a little hands-on help.

Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received zero confirmation that my account was cancelled, no callback, and no resolution. I returned all of their equipment in good faith, yet they continue to charge my account. They were extremely quick to take my money upfront, but have failed to issue the refund they promised. As a small business owner, this has been incredibly frustrating and costly. The lack of response and continued billing after a clear cancellation request is unacceptable. I am now forced to pursue this through the Better Business Bureau, small claims court, and other consumer channels. I strongly recommend other salon owners look elsewhere for their POS and merchant services. There are better, more responsive companies available.
