Excellent service with very competitive pricing! We have been placing our orders of prescription pads since 2015. Some minor changes in the law of prescription drugs dictate their office policy for pick-up orders to be done by the physicians only, which was a minor inconvenience for our office but not a deal breaker! But for a small fee ($15 ?) they will mail deliver your orders. Once in while the prescription pad has some blanks in them (boo!). Luckily this has not happened again after we informed the company of it. Thank you for your excellent service! read more

I agree with the review above regarding their poor service. After arriving and standing at the front desk, the manager was on the phone. I decided to wait until he was done. After about 5 minutes it sounded like he was trying to do some troubleshooting on a printer. I waited. Checked my Facebook, played Words with Friends, replied to two emails....all this time he never acknowledged me or said anything. No problem. 5 more minutes passed and I hear him say to the person on the phone, I need to restart it. Goes behind the desk unplugs it and then with his back to me, stands there watching the restart! Seriously? I decided to Yelp them and check in...no real surprise that they don't score well in customer service. Yelp offered me two other printers within a two mile radius. read more

I stopped by to see if I would be able to print something from my email. Without asking any questions, the guy told me that was only allowed for an order minimum of $10. Even though that is the policy, it is a little disheartening to know that they were not willing to accommodate me. Thankfully I went to another local printing place where they let me email my document to their business and print my three pages for free! It's just nice when businesses take the extra step to help you when they have the resources to do so. Terrible service. We wanted to order a prescription pad for the doctors office, which we have done many times at other vendors without issue. As is standard, they ask for a DEA license copy which took us a couple days to get them a copy. The rep on the phone chastise my medical assistant and told her "you don't know what you are talking about" when she confirmed many times the address of the license is the clinics address as is required by the DEA state rules before they got the actual photo. The rep apparently looked up my DEA license and argued with her stating they wouldn't be able to fulfill the order because my DEA license is assigned to a PO Box. I obviously have a photo of the license that they don't have and know the individual who says that looked up my DEA mailing address assigned to the DEA license and not the actual clinic address. Silly rabbit. Oh well, wouldn't do business with them on principle alone after that, there are hundreds of vendors in OC who can fill prescription pad orders, we understand the strict rules and regulations but there is no need to berate my staff and act unprofessional, especially when you are actually the one without the necessary information to complete the task. You actually think we would have a DEA license assigned to a PO Box? Lol the customer is always right read more

Nice guys, but not real big on service. They made my business cards, wasn't too excited about the final product. They recommended flat instead of glossy, went to another spot for an employees business cards, the glossy looked way better, the colors were brighter, and were $40 cheaper. Great service, great quality, and speedy turnaround! I had business cards printed here that I custom designed for a friend. It was the second printer I went to in order to find the right paper quality. They didn't carry the exact paper stock I needed-- and instead of saying they couldn't do it or that it would cost a lot more money and time (like the previous place I went to)-- they referred me to find the paper at a paper company down the street. I found what I was looking for and brought it back to HB Fast Print and they processed my order to be ready for the next day! Luis the graphic designer is also super friendly and talented. The office is very organized and from the looks of it, uses up to date technology and machines. They make everything from business cards, to ads, to calendars, invitations, and banners.
