I've used these guys twice now. Went to make flyers and the second time to make poster boards printed on 24x36 foam boards. For both jobs they were able to give me a 24 hour turnaround. The cost was very affordable and in my opinion they were very easy to work with. I called them on the phone. They answered both times and I came in brought them the images and the examples that I wanted them to follow and they were able to execute perfectly. It's a small shop and I think just two guys are running it, but they nailed it both times. Will definitely use them again! read more

Don't come here if you want anything printed or worked on. They don't answer. Don't return calls or emails and don't follow up. A response from your potential customers would be appreciated. read more

Probably the most expensive place in town to print, scan, create flyers, brochures, etc. Literally go to any one of their competitors and pay a normal rate for services. These guys take forever, have an attitude, and basically scam you. Don't waste your money. read more

For the 2nd year in a row, I have gone to HB Fast Print to get our family newsletter printed - 1 page, 2-sided, color. Nothing fancy needed. After calling around last year, they were the best priced service. Frank is friendly and professional and very helpful. I love that they are a family-owned small local business, and give personal service with superior quality. read more

I went in looking to print an 18"x18" photo on vinyl because I am making my own board game and the men that helped me were super kind and extremely helpful! They were able to get it printed within 10-20 minutes due to them having the material ready from a previous job and it was such a high quality print for a really great price! I will definitely come back and recommend this spot for anyone. Their service and kindness can't be beat! Thank you again! :) read more

Excellent service with very competitive pricing! We have been placing our orders of prescription pads since 2015. Some minor changes in the law of prescription drugs dictate their office policy for pick-up orders to be done by the physicians only, which was a minor inconvenience for our office but not a deal breaker! But for a small fee ($15 ?) they will mail deliver your orders. Once in while the prescription pad has some blanks in them (boo!). Luckily this has not happened again after we informed the company of it. Thank you for your excellent service! read more

Our office needed new RX pads right away, and they were able to get done within a day of seeing our request and were nice enough to hand deliver it at a discounted rush price read more

Wonderful and great customer service, very friendly and great price.I will definitely come back.

I agree with the review above regarding their poor service. After arriving and standing at the front desk, the manager was on the phone. I decided to wait until he was done. After about 5 minutes it sounded like he was trying to do some troubleshooting on a printer. I waited. Checked my Facebook, played Words with Friends, replied to two emails....all this time he never acknowledged me or said anything. No problem. 5 more minutes passed and I hear him say to the person on the phone, I need to restart it. Goes behind the desk unplugs it and then with his back to me, stands there watching the restart! Seriously? I decided to Yelp them and check in...no real surprise that they don't score well in customer service. Yelp offered me two other printers within a two mile radius. read more

I've purchase printed matter for my business for 43 years. The company that I've been doing business with went out of business . So I shopped around. 2 days to get 1000 2 part invoices. $125 less than the 2 nearby shops. Perfect quality , fast service and best price I could find. Couldn't be happy with their work. read more

Dave. Is. The. Best. Ever. I had purchased a design off of Etsy and needed it printed and a turn around in a matter of days. I live out in Northridge and I had sent Dave and his team the design PDF and they sent me a print proof within that evening and the next day they had printed and shipped the items in a non-bendable package and we received it the next day. I am SOOO please with the quality and quickness. HB Fast Print has all or my printing needs moving forward. read more

Definitely NOT 24/7 . Misleading information and very frustrating. Might want to update hours of operation.

I stopped by to see if I would be able to print something from my email. Without asking any questions, the guy told me that was only allowed for an order minimum of $10. Even though that is the policy, it is a little disheartening to know that they were not willing to accommodate me. Thankfully I went to another local printing place where they let me email my document to their business and print my three pages for free! It's just nice when businesses take the extra step to help you when they have the resources to do so. This printing place definitely could have helped me (I would definitely have paid) they just chose not to. read more

You get what you ordered. The end product is solid. Their customer service is not the greatest. It's like pulling teeth to get them to call you back. read more

Terrible service. We wanted to order a prescription pad for the doctors office, which we have done many times at other vendors without issue. As is standard, they ask for a DEA license copy which took us a couple days to get them a copy. The rep on the phone chastise my medical assistant and told her "you don't know what you are talking about" when she confirmed many times the address of the license is the clinics address as is required by the DEA state rules before they got the actual photo. The rep apparently looked up my DEA license and argued with her stating they wouldn't be able to fulfill the order because my DEA license is assigned to a PO Box. I obviously have a photo of the license that they don't have and know the individual who says that looked up my DEA mailing address assigned to the DEA license and not the actual clinic address. Silly rabbit. Oh well, wouldn't do business with them on principle alone after that, there are hundreds of vendors in OC who can fill prescription pad orders, we understand the strict rules and regulations but there is no need to berate my staff and act unprofessional, especially when you are actually the one without the necessary information to complete the task. You actually think we would have a DEA license assigned to a PO Box? Lol the customer is always right read more

I walked in right when they opened, emailed them my documents and they printed it out super fast. Very friendly staff :)

Nice guys, but not real big on service. They made my business cards, wasn't too excited about the final product. They recommended flat instead of glossy, went to another spot for an employees business cards, the glossy looked way better, the colors were brighter, and were $40 cheaper. I'll be taking the rest of my business to the other place. read more

I have been using HB Fast Print for many years and have always found the team to be responsive and helpful in every way.

Great service, great quality, and speedy turnaround! I had business cards printed here that I custom designed for a friend. It was the second printer I went to in order to find the right paper quality. They didn't carry the exact paper stock I needed-- and instead of saying they couldn't do it or that it would cost a lot more money and time (like the previous place I went to)-- they referred me to find the paper at a paper company down the street. I found what I was looking for and brought it back to HB Fast Print and they processed my order to be ready for the next day! Luis the graphic designer is also super friendly and talented. The office is very organized and from the looks of it, uses up to date technology and machines. They make everything from business cards, to ads, to calendars, invitations, and banners. I highly recommend this place! read more

Can't say enough great things about the customer service of Dave and his team! My company (in Sacramento, CA) had a last-minute "911 type" marketing emergency wherein we needed 1,000 flyers printed for one of our stores in HB. Dave and Luis helped me to crank out exactly what I needed within hours on a Friday afternoon, and they were a delight to work with. We need more companies like this! read more
