    Came here to pick up equipment for internet access at 7:13pm and we were out the door by 7:35pm. We waited 11 minutes to be seen. You have to check-in at the tablet to join the queue to be seen by an employee. You'll get in-line updates by text. Your name will be called 3x and then you're skipped if you don't show up in time. There are some waiting areas inside. We sat on a big cushion seat near the wall. You can browse cellphones and tablets as you wait. Warren helped us out. We weren't able to pick the 15 tv shows online so he was able to input it for us after we made our selections. He answered all our questions to the best of his knowledge. Our equipment was put in a reusable Spectrum bag. I appreciate the sustainability initiative.

Have two people that work from home and it impacted us. Can't reach a live person to see if it will be down tomorrow in order to make work plans. Understand everybody has glitches but need a better system on informing people about outages. Still won't go back to cox.......yet.

I accepted one of them, and I also want to say that I genuinely apologized for my part in how things escalated. Just one business day later, Jon-Michael from Technical Support contacted me and scheduled a new installation date. Mike (hands down their best technician) came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, and set up a new system that has been working flawlessly ever since. I can't say enough good things about Mike's expertise and professionalism. Logan also helped get the system configured and running smoothly from the virtual support side. I am now more than happy with Cityside Fiber -- both as an internet provider and as a company overall. If you're having any issues with Cityside Fiber, my strong advice is to escalate to one of the people mentioned here. Strider, Jon-Michael, Mike, and Logan are all true professionals who will do the right thing for you.

I came in last weekend absolutely torn by the bs i had to deal with for weeks with Apple. I was stressed and very very upset because i was unable to use my phone for weeks, and when i went to the Verizon store to reconnect my service to my new phone, Ruben was absolutely so wonderful. He let me talk his ear off about all the troubles i was dealing with over my phone. He was so kind to let me call Verizon off of one of their phones, and continued to help me even when the representative couldn't. He was so patient and attentive and helped me out so much. He was definitely a breath of fresh air from such a terrible day. He made the trip to Verizon so easy and quick and i was able to move on from my troubles. 11/10 service, thank you again Ruben.

    First time I have ever done a review. I see low they low…read morereviews already do not come here. Immediately came in non of the reps have a personality at all. Because my nick name was in the the account and did not match my drivers license they would not replace my broken phone. We have 18 phones on this account. Did this at another location just 2 weeks ago no issues. I can see why all Corporate Verizon stores will close down Go to a non corporate store they will better service you. Love the one in Garden Grove on Harbor and Garden Grove Blvd. Good bye Verizon!! In with T-Mobile Again reps had zero personality.
