Can I give Elisea higher than a 5? This duo was incredible! Very polite, professional and friendly. I only feel bad that I had to work, so hope I wasn't in the way. Manuel who coordinated everything was also very helpful, responsive and professional. Overall, I'm about to start scheduling a recurring monthly cleaning. Oh! Should also mention was able to secure an appointment the following day before the weekend of Thanksgiving. You saved my behind!! read more

Don't speak English. The listed business address is incorrect. This could be a bogus business.

Disappointed. They had no reviews but the owner replied quickly to texts, we discussed the job (clean up after moving into a new home), the two cleaners arrived on time. They were at the house for a few hours and I did not inspect the work before they left (my fault). My wife came home in the afternoon and was disappointed... toilets were not cleaned, dust piling up behind the toilets, bathroom cabinets were not wiped out, not sure if the carpet was vacuumed. My wife spent 3 hours cleaning the house herself... after we spent $200... I texted the owner with my concerns and received no response back... I am not one to leave negative reviews but we were both very disappointed in this service and lack of response. read more

I thought my house had been cleaned well before by other people/companies. I was wrong. MAGIC MAIDS is so wonderful. Two angels showed up with masks and their own supplies, and vacuum yesterday...on time. I am very pleased with the great job they did. They washed some walls where needed. My bathrooms have not ever been cleaned so well. I highly recommend, and will have them back to my home for sure. Appointment booked via Yelp, easy Yelp communications. They take cash, check, or Zelle. Thank you Magic Maids. read more

I needed a cleaning company to come by clients newly purchased home and do a good job making her feel comfortable and clean in her new space. I originally requested a quote from a different company and Yelp gave me the option to request multiple quotes at one time. This company got to me within minutes while the original company has still not gotten in touch of me as of now. They offered to come to the property within a couple of hours, got there in a reasonable time, and was there for about 4 hours cleaning the place. I have a happy client and I felt like I paid a fair wage. Thank you for your prompt service! If I need a cleaner in the LA area, you'll be the first to call! read more

They never showed up and didn't respond to my voicemails or Yelp messages. Looks like this is a reoccurring problem. We used their service a couple times but can no longer trust them to show. If they can't make it, just let me know. A no show is the worst for a business! read more

Via yelp messages & phone text "scheduled" appointment, but No reply to text messages or calls to confirm appointment. No consideration... At least reply to say you're not confirming appointment, can't come, etc. No reply is just bad business practice. Who knows if they actually do good work, when they won't even answer messages, calls or call back like competitors would. read more

They were initially very responsive but after a few times of cleaning they stopped being responsive and reliable.

Unreliable, unresponsive, and unprofessional. I have used this service about 3-4 times over the past 10 months. One plus: the accept Zelle. Minus: The staff is habitually late and they never call ahead and give a heads up about the estimated time of arrival. For example, I scheduled an appointment for today at 2:30p three days ago. In the past, they would schedule AM appts but for some reason this PM appt was the only one available. Today at 2:27p I sent a text requesting an ETA. 3:02p I received the following reply after several calls: "Hi! Unfortunately maids are having car difficulties." My reply, "what does that mean? Are they coming or not?" I explained that I was expecting company at 6p and asked what was the plan? Were they going to send replacement staff, reschedule or what? I have yet to receive a response. Guess it's safe to assume they're not coming. Unreal!!! read more

On time and very thorough! Very happy with the result and it was great to meet such caring and professional ladies! Would highly recommend!! read more

They never reply, so beware before booking. They were on top of it the first few times and then never got back to us after multiple messages. Not one reply. read more

I am very happy with the cleaning and the price. The two ladies who came to clean did a great job; they followed the directions I gave and paid attention to detail while cleaning. They worked very quickly, too. I will use this cleaning service again, maybe regularly. read more

I reviewed them before with 5 stars because they were amazing. Got them additional business with my family, etc... they have completely stopped responding to me and everyone else for over a month now. Either they went out of business or are just terrible. Buyers beware! read more

I scheduled a 4 hour deep cleaning and couldn't be happier with the service. My house is so clean, they even cleaned the window sills! The 2 ladies were prompt for the service, professional and kind. I will definitely use this company again. read more

I picked this company based on their high number of stars and reviews. I used Yelp to communicate with them about a quote and what I wanted done. They told me it would be two people coming out to my house for a total of $56/hr. Initially I inquired about a monthly cleaning but as we talked I figured I would need a deep cleaning on the first visit. So I requested a deep cleaning and asked what they usually include in that. And then I sent a picture of a list I had made with what I wanted done like the baseboards and the ceiling fans. They came out, my husband was at the house and had the list I made. I was at work so unfortunately I didn't catch what happened until after they left. My husband said they charged him $61 an hour which is $5 over the quoted amount. When I got home not only was a deep cleaning not done, a lot of the basic stuff was not done well. I have a huge hutch in my living room that I absolutely hate to dust and was very much looking forward to it being done, and they didn't touch it at all. They didn't dust anything in that living room or dining room. I have a lot of pictures to show proof (we'll see how many Yelp let's me post). It's one thing that if the cleaning wasn't done well enough. I also understand if it wasn't communicated to the ladies by their team that I wanted a deep clean even though I know my husband attempted to tell them. He said both ladies did not speak very good English so he's not sure how much of what he said got to cross. For the next three or four days I messaged them on Yelp about my concern. I started out kind, I told them I understand if maybe the deep clean detail was not communicated to the ladies. I don't even care about the total cost (at $56/hr), I just wanted the house done. Even if that means they had to come back out and I paid for a couple more hours. But I have been completely ignored since then. I will attach pictures of the house on the day was cleaned as well as screenshots of The messages I sent trying to resolve this. read more

I contacted Magic Maids for a move out clean at my old townhouse. They quoted the lowest rate and with the fastest and friendliest response. I dropped the ball on final confirmation but the owner still came through and got 2 Maids to my house as quickly as possible. The maids worked very diligently and went out of their way to help is get our deposit back. Our house looks so nice that we don't want to leave! They got all of the nooks and crannies, despite us being their last house of the day/a surprise house added on at the last minute. I would absolutely use again for move out cleaning and will probably call them when my new townhouse needs a deep spring cleaning. read more

Easy to schedule, pricing was fantastic and they did an amazing job. We have an old Victorian home with a lot of woodwork so I am particular about cleaning supplies. Magic Maids was great! They were able to get me in last minute before a holiday week and Manuel was very quick to respond each time I had a question. Elisia and her partner did an amazing job in the 2 hours I had them for our 2bd 2 bath apartment--every surface shines! They came early with all the supplies needed and were so friendly. We'll definitely be using them again! read more

Can't trust a company that DOES NOT communicate, when I reach out to a company for their services and they don't reply or respond much later, as a customer I can't rely on that. I'm not even sure why they are in business, if they don't take care of their potential customers. This company has Red flags all over. read more

I am Very pleased with the services and will highly recommend! There was great communication starting from the begging with Manuel who quickly gave me an estimate and stayed in contact with me to address all my questions. The cleaners were great as well and took their time to ensure all was clean and disinfected. They even did areas that were not discussed from which I was appreciative of. read more

Honestly, it does not get easier than this experience. Magic Maids were great! I got a response back for a quote in record time from Manuel and he was so attentive to the millions of questions that I had. The ladies were wonderful and did an amazing job. Nothing better than have a fresh place. I've been so frazzled from moving that I forgot to pay the correct amount and shortchanged them. I'm terrible, I know. They were super understanding and flexible. They helped me out in pinch, would def recommend. read more
