Things came up but we communicated through it and they made it right. They were late 3 hours to appointment. They kept in touch but kept pushing it back and back. Then they said it'll be 3 quarters full even if I add on mattresses but later changed their minds on it and I had to remind them. They also didn't pick up all the trash I needed them to get and said I would need to order another service. Then I called and texted but can't get a receipt. And then they eventually gave me receipt. They made right by it by giving me a partial refund. read more

I reached out to have miscellaneous items disposed of from my garage: old furniture, flooring, closet doors etc. I sent them photos of what needed to be removed, and was immediately provided with a quote. They came the very next day, exactly at the time they said they would. It was quick and very easy every step of the process. No hidden fees - was charged as estimated. I would definitely use them again. read more

I have been looking to dispose of my hot tub for a while and used the Yelp Project messaging feature to get a few quotes. Gerardo was quick to reply and very good at communicating their availability and the most competitive quote which was the main reason I went with them. They also have tons of verified reviews so I was confident. If you're unsure about the job or cost just send them a quick message, I think you'll be happy you did. The job was done quickly and all cut up and removed in less than 2 hours! I have now recommended this business to a couple of people for junk removal. read more

I have had different items picked up from Geraldo and every time it's a fair great price. He had made it easy to take out my couch chair. Most other places quote twice the price by not Gn general. I had also messaged other hauling companies and their prices didn't even compare. Geraldo is very communicative and gets the job done fast. Will be using them again next time! read more
