Had my first experience with US Storage. Great experience so far. Clean and friendly place. Made my storage moves and needs super easy.

Jenny over at US Storage Center, from the first time we talked on the phone was extremely pleasant. She helped me find the perfect storage unit. She helped me get a great deal, and her staff, Raul helped me get settled in, and I even used their moving truck for free. This place is very clean, the gate hours are to 9pm not 6pm like the other guys. They communicate effectively and are very responsible about making sure you're satisfied. I am happy with my new storage! Thank you guys! read more

Love the security in place plus they have an on site manager who lives on the property and you need your own special code to enter and exit. Cameras are on the premises and they also use a special lock that makes it harder to cut off. Most units are indoors so they're climate controlled. read more

I can't give enough stars for the customer service here. Jenny is the absolute best in customer service. I am highly impressed by this company. The lot is neat and tidy, the units are well taken care of and the intake when you first come in to get a unit is top notch and very fast. I even had an issue with the website and called the office and they were able to walk me through step by step. So happy with these folks and so happy that people still run their businesses like this. read more

I have been using US Storage for years now and they are so accommodating. I have never had an issue with any of my belongings. Jenny is so helpful. I am never disappointed! read more

We came in minutes before closing. Jen and Melissa happily helped. Both ladies were very welcoming and informative even gave us great deal on a climate controlled unit. Thanks, ladies! read more

Make sure to get a storage unit in the air conditioned unit. Unfortunately we had to throw a lot of our things away because they were completely covered in mouse poop. A neighboring unit also told us her unit was also covered in mouse droppings. The items we had in the temperature controlled building were completely clean and still in great condition but that other unit was awful!! I can imagine keeping mice away is difficult from a place like this but in the couple months we had our things there I only saw one mouse trap. It would have been nice to see a bit more in terms of preventative measures. We definitely lost a few thousand dollars worth of belongings because I was not going to risk keeping any of our baby's things read more

I am really sad I did like US Storage however we are in a pandemic. I am not working due to my loss of my job my industry is non-essential. BUT US Storage decided it was a great time to raise my unit rent. I give $1 to their charity because they asked me too and always pay when I am late and the late fee because they still make you pay that even though I am having a hard time with money. I am struggling like many Americans but thanks for NOT helping US Storage. I am going in today to pay my late fee and HIGHER rent but going to another storage place that is helping struggling people like me, Thank god there are companies out there that understand. Us Storage does not. read more

I have had other storage units in the past and dealt with many different staff, Jocelyn the Assistant Manager at this location is amazing. I was having a rough day and despite my demeanor (grumpy) she was so kind, accommodating, professional, and patient. She was quick, thorough, knowledgeable, and just a great help. Totally recommend this place to store your belongings safely. read more

Having to store your personal belongings isn't what anyone wants to do; however, it's good to know that a place like US Storage Center is there for when you have to. I found this storage center through Yelp and was able to survey the options available. After making an online choice and placing a reservation, Assistant Manager Jenny Christian contacted me to cordially and guided through the entire process. The facilities are safe, secure, and clean. The prices and deals available beat any other nearby storage center that I investigated. I highly recommend this storage center. read more

I am looking to move. I have been shopping around for a storage facility and I came across US Storage Center in Orange and thought I would have a tour! The girl at the front desk, I believe her name is Jenny, was so friendly and welcoming! She answered all of the questions I had and made me feel very excited to be there. The facility is very clean and the hours are great. Security seems to do a very good job, as well. This will definitely be my storage center if I end up moving to that area! Thanks Jenny!!! read more

So far so good. Call was answered immediately to ask about height of unit. I reserved the unit online and then went in with my stuff. The check in process was very short, about 10 minutes. Paid for the unit, set up auto pay, got my lock, everyone. The man working showed me how to use the lock, let me put in my code for the gate so I'd know how to use it, took me to my unit, showed me how to open everything up and let me lock up. Super easy process. read more

Stunk like a giant rats nest. That's the reason I moved out. Specially by the elevators. Had to take the stairs and cover my nose the whole time. I'm not sure if I thought I got a little better after a while, or I just grew a custom to the smell. read more

I STRONGLY SUGGEST DO NOT RENT FROM THIS FACILITY!! They RAISE RENTS after your first 4months, then 6 months after that and 6 months after that!! And After the 3rd rent raise (I moved in 3/2020 and got the heck out 8/2021) YES THREE RENT RAISES!!! You ask before renting "how often is rent raised?" Mgr Jenny stated the first 6 months but call me and I can get it reduced then once a year after that. My first rent raise was 4 months and yes Mgr Jenny was able to get $5.00 reduction with a firm promise not another raise in rent for 1 year. FALSE!! 6 months later ANOTHER RENT RAISE!! Mgr Jenny not only could do NOTHING to back up her "1 year promise" nor another reduction in the new raised rent but had the nerve to say the unit was worth more than I was paying but again I would not receive another rent raise for a year!! Again FALSE!! I got ANOTHER RENT RAISE IN 6 months at which time I called and left 3 messages for Jenny who could not return my call. I moved out of this MONEY HUNGRY STORAGE FACILITY AND YOU SHOULD STAY AWAY AS WELL!! I WAS AND STILL AM WITH I5 STORAGE in Tustin. I have been with I5 since 2008 and was going to move my Son's belongings to US Storage should this have worked out but I am happy to say I removed my belongings from US storage to a larger unit at I 5 stortage in Tustin where they treat their customers with HONESTY AND DO NOT RAISE RENTS Except MINIMAL ONCE A YEAR and is a very CLEAN AND SECURE RENTAL Facility!! HONESTLY AGAIN DO NOT RENT FROM US STORAGE NOR BELIEVE ANYTHING YOU ARE TOLD!!! read more

Great and friendly service, got a storage unit quick and at a better price then anyone close by,

Year and a half follow up review! My experience with US Storage in Orange has been wonderful for this long. Jenny always answers my questions and is super friendly each time, even when I have an attitude because I'm having a bad day, it all turns around after talking to Jenny. Thank you for making my storage experience easy! read more

If you are looking for a clean and secure storage facility this is your place. We use this location for our business storage needs and recently got our own unit for personal use. The office staff are friendly and very helpful. The buildings have elevators and carts which makes getting in and out easy. I like that the staff live onsite and the units have alarms. I can say their prices are competitive if not better as well. In an effort to stay on a budget I did search other locations and US Storage had the better deal for us. read more

I worked with Ana and she is very professional, helpful and friendly. She made this whole process so easy and understood my sense of urgency. I am excited to be in my new US Storage facility. My old facility raised my rent after 3 months. I searched and searched until I found this wonderful place. Exact same size as my previous one at 2/3rds the price. The property manager Jenny Christian was a delight to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about her product and her facility as well as giving us the best possible price in the local north county area. I would recommend everyone at least inquiring here first. Maybe you're best deal can also be found here. read more
