I had over $20,000 in personal property stolen from my unit which I believe to be an inside job. Management never cooperated with Orange PD to review video tapes. Management lied and told me they submitted my insurance claim forms they gave me. Management then refused to cooperate with insurance claims department to the point they said claim had to be denied for lack of information. I tried suing in small claims court and owner filed paperwork having the court dismiss the case under case law that the company is not responsible for thefts on the property. Place has it's scams...use at your own risk!! read more

Very nice and helpful when you first start renting then after a while they are rude and unhelpful. They will let people park their big rig trailers in front of your unit and when you can't get items out they say oh well it's not moving and you're basically SOL. read more

Why is Nicole so rude? Horrible customer service skills. If you don't like your job then go work somewhere else. I tried to get a simple thing done and she kept messing up (Can you just put down your phone and pay attention to me for two minutes?)and then telling me it was my fault. She spelled my name wrong, she didn't listen to anything I had to say She gave me two completely different answers to the question I asked in a 30 second time span. The other people that I have worked with it at the store have been great, but Niccole seems very angry at having a job and doesn't like to provide any customer service. That is the only reason I would not recommend them. If you have a tough skin and can handle being BELITTLED then you should use them. read more

Highly disappointed with the customer service and the false advertising. I went on the website, saw pricing for storage units, drove over to look at the units and compare these to the other storage facilities that I have visited today I was advised that the pricing is substantially higher than what is listed on the website. 255 for unit on the website however it is 380 in person. The majority of the units listed on the website are not available even though it says limited availability. With a bait and switch from the website to what you actually get, only leads me to think that this would be the way they do business moving forward. The person even offered me a discounted rate on a unit but then advised me that was for two months, and then it would jump up substantially. Definitely not using this place read more

I have been renting a unit as a trustee for years. I rented the unit as the trustee of the trust. Since I rented the unit I have not been there in years. When I first rented the unit they used your phone number for the gate code now it's four digits. Now all of a sudden they need a death certificate to access the unit I opened as the trustee. The daughter of the defendant wants something out of the unit for the service. I just presented a copy of the trust to no avail. Been a customer for over 5 years. Worst experience ever trying to rent a storage unit. The price online was not what was being charged, then additional fees added after being told that it would only be on one unit. Way to much time wasted. Person completing the sale could not figure out the system. Canceled the unit and then they did not refund their admin fee I def do not recommend! read more

I went to change the unit's name and the manager wouldn't take my DL because it matched my ex-wife address. Even tho it was still my address and lived there. Honestly, super stoked on this place. Showed up to sign my lease for my RV storage. Natalie helped me and walked me through the lease and different insurance options, I greatly appreciated the time she took to also show me the location of the spot so I did not drive around aimlessly trying to find it. Next thing I was pleasantly surprised at is how the spaces are spaced, No matter how courteous or uncourteous my neighbor is in the future, I can still get into and out of my spot. read more

This place is pretty gross. I went to help my dad clean out his small unit in preparation for a move. He hadn't been in the unit in quite a while, and everything was covered in rodent droppings and urine. Really disgusting. You can get a way better value by going with one of the big name chains. Called the first time and they quoted me a price of $71 per month, then called another time to schedule a date to come in and they then changed the price to $73 per month, which we were ok with, they told me it was "locked in" at that price. So then we came in to pay for the spot and it was then raised to $80 per month. We walked out, I don't want to work with a company that does stuff like that. Also, I was never able to reach Linda at the office, it was always a call center, totally frustrating. read more

Booked online for a 10X25 unit for $209 when we got there they said that it was a parking space only when clearly online was worded outside storage space. My family and I have had a few storages here over the past few years. It had always been great and convenient. That is until new management came in. Never were we informed in writing that we could no longer get later access which was the whole reason we chose them in the first place. The new manager "Jenny" is extremely rude and condescending. Does not return calls and is completely incompetent. I feel more sorry for Maria, she should have been promoted to manager. She has always been helpful and friendly. I found this storage unit when my wife and I sold our home. Typically I don't review on storage unit as there isn't much,however, I would like to review my experience with Jenny the manager. Unfortunately there was a water week causing damage to my unit and this was the first week of me moving in Jenny went over and beyond by extending my hour to access the unit, gave me another unit near by to move my undamaged items, and stuck with me through the entire time of my process with the claims department. I have not seen someone so tentative to her customers and I would highly recommend this unit as long as Jenny is there you will be taken care of! read more

I rented here for two years and after have my RV broken into striped and lived in .I was told by Michele the manager that it was my problem not theirs. She even tried to place the blame on me. I then learned that the lighting in my area has not worked in 13 years and that several other RVs had been broken into. (check Orange Police reports) Then I found the fence in a secluded area of the property has been in disrepair allowing vagrants complete access to the property .These people lied to me about their record .DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE read more

Horrible customer service Experience!!!!! My move-in date was 8/1/14. When I called the office, they said I can come in any time after 12:30 pm because then, they will be back from lunch and I can fill out all the papers, see the unit, and go from there. I went to the office at 2:30 pm, and there was a sign at the front office door that said "We will be open at 3pm." My husband and I kept on standing there for few minutes. We saw a guy working inside, but he did not attend us at all. We called the office number and told them our situation and they did not help us too. They were only saying "Let me see what I can do for you," but they did nothing. We got pissed off, and we left the place. I just felt like they say something else and they do something else. They have no concern for their customers. They are very rude, unprofessional, and offer horrible customer service.
