Called me Saturday to confirm my move out of my storage unit. I confirmed that I was NOT moving out and they told me my storage unit was empty without a lock! I started crying asking how this could happen with a secure storage unit, explaining that everything I owned was in the storage unit because we had just moved. The worker was so nonchalant and unhelpful, stating oh well I don't know what to tell you. I asked them to confirm that it was empty and that they called the right person. Got a call back and the worker I formed me that there was a lock on the unit and there must've been a mix up. still crying and upset, I hauled my ass down there to check it out for myself, the workers were still rude and smug smirking at my distress. Didn't offer any solution or apologies. My stuff was still in fact there and locked with my lock. Once I'm moved into my new place I WILL NOT be storing with them again. read more

Times like these I really wish these review sites had a zero star rating option, because to even give these idiots one star feels like more credit than deserved. I normally don't write reviews like this, but as my customer service experience was especially atrocious, I feel almost a civic duty to warn my fellow consumers to avoid this business at all costs... But I digress I've recently moved, and to move, I typically get a uhaul. I don't have a driver's license so I had my friend pick up the truck and to avoid any hiccups, I asked to pay in advance. So I gave the associate I spoke to on the phone my credit card number, and he assured I'd be charged in advance and there would be no issues. I called several other times to ask if everything was all right, and was assured by the clown car of idiots I spoke to on the phone that everything was going off without a hitch. Turns out, my rental was NOT paid for in advance like I had asked and been repeatedly assured that it was, and my friend had to pay on his credit card instead. And now, despite the fact that I did everything right, made multiple verification calls and was told repeatedly that this was taken care of, the jackass who asked me to recite my credit card information to him apparently didn't enter the information into their computer system, and are now refusing to correct the mistake. It is appalling not only that customer service experiences like this happen at all, it is doubly appalling that they just seem to keep happening, with no end in sight. This place is exceptional in many ways. 1) Outstanding customer service : The outgoing message is really the general manager, Callie, who will call you back, solve your problem & follow up like Ive Rarely seen. Everyone else who works here is equally as competent and thorough. 2) did I mention problems solved?: Not only can you get boxes ( bring back the United for full refund) Rent trucks Buy ANYTHING related to moves (like bike racks) They sell and INSTALL hitches and, will switch things around for free!!! But most important for us- Brake controllers for trailers! And then re check when they maybe don't work bc you have a different problem that they help you figure out One stop shopping, excellent service, great follow up, good prices. Five stars read more

Pretty great experience. Checking the U-Haul in after hours is a pain due to the area being a dead zone, but they have WiFi to connect to even outside so you can get everything done! read more

Early pick up. Brought pickup truck out, had the engine running, ready to go. I get in. The cab's rear window is all wet from the morning dew and should have been squeegeed to ensure good visibility. Right side of front windshield on the outside has a film of dirt that hampers visibility. Both side view mirrors have morning dew cover that hampers visibility. That's not good customer service. That's not thinking what is the driver's experience in the truck. They were very good at the counter and very detailed there, but not for preparing the vehicle for safe driving. Also, they don't tell you that if you go beyond a certain mile limit, you don't get the $19.99 in-town rate. They try to make you feel good about it by saying the extra miles are at a discount, but... That's just more corporate talking points. read more

A little pricey for a 4 hour, 20 mile rental...close to $100.00. But we needed to rent a truck and they were the closest and easiest to find on such short notice. They were friendly, I must admit. If ever I become desperate for a vehicle again I will more than likely come back, but for now I'm going to look for a company that's more affordable. read more
