I've had a 5x10 unit here for a few months now, and I've appreciated the convenience, security, and customer service at their location. I almost got a unit at the Glenwood U-Haul and I'm so glad I checked with Storitall before doing so, since they are cheaper and have a freight elevator to the 2nd floor units. The hours are really great, and loading in and out while inside is great for when it's raining. There are 3-4 spots inside for doing this, and after making many, many trips, only once have I had to wait a few minutes to get a spot inside. As a student whose out of state, having a storage locker is ESSENTIAL. I have had my unit for over a year, typically they do fill up fast at the end of spring term, so if youre looking to potentially use a storage locker I would call sooner rather than later to make a reservation. You can sign up and allow three other people acess your locker, really helpful if you want to make the use out of your space and save money. I find that most of the staff are very friendly and helpful and they sometimes have a dog behind the desk. read more

I've had a storage unit at this location for nearly 2 years now. I moved from Eugene to Portland and needed some extra space. It's always clean and well managed. Their hours make it easy to stop in and grab something you need or stash something too. I don't get to Eugene that often, but when I do, I usually have something to get or put away. The areas are well ventilated and heated/cooled which is important to me. The people in the office are always helpful and polite. read more

This facility is sooooo convenient. With big oversized drive in bays, handcarts and a cargo elevator they make it really easy to move anything. And, it's so close to downtown and the river trails that we keep all our family bicycles here and hop on for afternoon and weekend rides. Storitall is clean, too. Would recommend it. read more

It's indoors and requires check-in, which provides extra security for my stuff, and I always enjoy small talk with all the staff. StorItAl in Eugene is an indoor storage facility with various size units for rent. We rented two units for 11 months. The units are clean, secure, and the access hours are reasonable. BEWARE: My big complaint is the policy of "no refunds"...which includes a refusal to give a pro-rated refund on a unit they rent out to someone else (during the term of your paid-up rental). We were pre-paid for a month in advance, and moved out 8 days into the pre-paid month. If they cannot rent out the same unit to someone else, then I understand and no refund makes sense. BUT: if they rent the same unit to someone else during the paid-up term of our rental, they should give a pro-rated refund to us. Not to do so is a very unethical business practice (even if they note the policy in the fine print of the initial contract). This cost us $200+. BEWARE. Barry McKenzie read more

These guys are sleazy mother fuckers. Their business is built around taking advantage of the naivety of their students who make up the majority of their clientele. Personally, I told them (verbatim), "I am done using your services" and signed the provided paperwork. However, my account, that is my parents, continued to receive bills. Unbeknownst to me, they payed for the first "extra" month. I contacted Stor It All about it and was unable to get a refund. Additionally, I found the person I talked to be rather apathetic to my situation, and quite frankly a little dull, too. Essentially, they fucked up and I paid for it. For whatever reason, at Store It All this is an accepted business practice. Fuck them through the earth into the seventh layer of hell.
