The lobby is super cute and has whatever supplies you might need for packing and storage. The check in process was really fast. Like REALLY fast and I even added an additional driver. I would use this location for pickup or drop off again. The only downside is that they don't open until 9 and they don't do 24 hour access for truck rentals.

They took very good care of us, explaining all the ways we could reduce the cost and even recommending a smaller unit when we came by to take some of the stuff out to bring back home. They're always there with some packing tape, a dolly or a tape measure to loan you when you need it. On top of that - the facility is EXTREMELY clean, both inside and out. They're just extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. We were almost sad to be moving out of it!

So I left a review on FB stating how I felt probably 4-5 months ago, call to pay for the month of June, everything goes fine and I make my payment just for when I get off the phone the lady I had spoken to (name ends up being Diane) calls me back asking me to call back to answer a question. I call back for her to ask me why I left the review I did on FB and would I take it down, I explained my reasoning for it and that I wasn't taking it down. I immediately get a snippy response saying if I was unhappy why would I stay and that she's more than happy to terminate my contract with them. I tell her I left that review months ago and your just getting back to me NOW about it and that that is how I felt at the time and that I felt like I was being harassed now for the review I left. She starts laughing and saying "oh you feel harrased?! Please tell me how I am harassing you?" So I hung up the phone. I realized that it was very rude to have had an employee act this way towards me so I called back asking for upper managements number and she states she is upper management, I asked why she felt like she needed to treat me the way she was over something that happened MONTHS ago? She ended Up giving me more very poor customer service and was belittling me and hanging up on me, then wouldn't answering my call till the third time I called and STILL was very rude to me. Needless to say a few days later I got a letter in the mail from them saying I'd broken my contact and needed to be out in 10 days!!! I will NEVER recommend this storage unit place to anyone and feel people need to know how they check up on their customers reviews and if they don't like it or if you arent willing to make it a positive review they'll terminate your lease. Not to mention I just had a baby and c-section and had to get all my belongings out in the midst of it all. Wish they still had their old management team he was so nice!

I heard the assistant say she had another job to be at, and yet she still called several after hr repair places on the weekend, and inky one was willing to come. This tenant yelled at the assistant, tking her she herself either had to fix it or wait with her things all night (!) The assistant then called her higher management, and neither the manager or her district manager were willing/able to come on site. This tenant even asked me to help roll down her door (I was wearing a cast!) This tenant even called police and lied to the assistant, telling her police says she had to stay with her items and were sending a patrol response lol, yet when the assistant called SPD they told her the dispatcher in fact told the tenant they don't get involved in tenant problems and weren't sending anyone. The tenant was very verbally aggressive, and the assistant still remained professional. All I know is I saw her tell the tenant she wanted to help, had to get to another job, and the tenant was welcome to stay with her things til the technician arrived. This tenant was the one behaving in a horrible, threatening manner.

When I went there to talk to the manager she followed me to my car and told me to get off the property I was being evicted the she called the police and told them I was trespassing.I had just spoken to the manager and had a pleasant conversation with Robert and as soon as I was getting ready to get in my car she had followed me out and started threatening me with the poljce..She would not stop.The next day I told them I would be moving out..when moved out and got ready to go out the gate she had turned off my access so we could not leave. She would not answer the phone, my brother laid on his horn for over 2 minutes trying to get her attention but nothing worked. I finally got ahold of the district manager who then called down there and had her let us out..I rented from there for over 4 years and never had a problem until the day when my door broke..All she would do is tell me I was responsible for the door and I needed to have it fix. My unit was left wide open for 3 days and they did nothing..I now rent from Castle store and I got a 5 by 7 for 79.00 and at spfld store it was 134.00..they give u a lock for your unit..it is gated...24 hour mateniance person available bathrooms for the public.and move in specials. They dont require renters insurance because they have insurance on their units..Spfld secure storage I would not recommend to my worse enemy..The assist manager she should not ever be in customer service she is the worse

I have rented here for some time now upgrading my unit two times since to a larger unit and Susan was so helpful through the entire process. All my needs are always met with exceptional customer service. I want to add a couple months ago something very tragic happened to my family which left me to go through and continue to go through very difficult and emotional heartache. I haven't lived in this area all my life and don't know a lot of people. Having shared what had happened to my family with Susan she was so compassionate and genuinely concerned. They have a stellar sign up deal which is why I went with them in the first place. The manager is really cool and understanding and the staff as a whole has been nothing but kind and professional. All in all I have no complaints aside from the pricing after the new costumer deal isn't the best but it's not terrible. I have a 5X10 unit and it's $100/mo which isn't a terrible price but my boyfriend has a 10X10 and he only pays $15 more at another location that's newer and set up in a better way. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a storage facility located in Eugene.
