These people are awesome…read more We needed a place to store my son's furniture during a year in a furnished apartment. They took very good care of us, explaining all the ways we could reduce the cost and even recommending a smaller unit when we came by to take some of the stuff out to bring back home. They're always there with some packing tape, a dolly or a tape measure to loan you when you need it. On top of that - the facility is EXTREMELY clean, both inside and out. They're just extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. We were almost sad to be moving out of it!

Their employees started harassing me for being a week late on payment, when I would call to pay and no one answered and I DID NOT leave a voicemail..they decided they'd call me everytime I did and ask why I called. They'd give me nothing but attitude when I told them repeatedly I didn't want my card on file. So I left a review on FB stating how I felt probably 4-5 months ago, call to pay for the month of June, everything goes fine and I make my payment just for when I get off the phone the lady I had spoken to (name ends up being Diane) calls me back asking me to call back to answer a question. I call back for her to ask me why I left the review I did on FB and would I take it down, I explained my reasoning for it and that I wasn't taking it down. I immediately get a snippy response saying if I was unhappy why would I stay and that she's more than happy to terminate my contract with them. I tell her I left that review months ago and your just getting back to me NOW about it and that that is how I felt at the time and that I felt like I was being harassed now for the review I left. She starts laughing and saying "oh you feel harrased?! Please tell me how I am harassing you?" So I hung up the phone. I realized that it was very rude to have had an employee act this way towards me so I called back asking for upper managements number and she states she is upper management, I asked why she felt like she needed to treat me the way she was over something that happened MONTHS ago? She ended Up giving me more very poor customer service and was belittling me and hanging up on me, then wouldn't answering my call till the third time I called and STILL was very rude to me. Needless to say a few days later I got a letter in the mail from them saying I'd broken my contact and needed to be out in 10 days!!! I will NEVER recommend this storage unit place to anyone and feel people need to know how they check up on their customers reviews and if they don't like it or if you arent willing to make it a positive review they'll terminate your lease. Not to mention I just had a baby and c-section and had to get all my belongings out in the midst of it all. Wish they still had their old management team he was so nice!

I almost got a unit at the Glenwood U-Haul and I'm so glad I checked with Storitall before doing so, since they are cheaper and have a freight elevator to the 2nd floor units. The hours are really great, and loading in and out while inside is great for when it's raining. There are 3-4 spots inside for doing this, and after making many, many trips, only once have I had to wait a few minutes to get a spot inside. Their staff is nothing but friendly and helpful as well!

My door to my unit stay open for 3 days and how they secured it was to put a bedtime in front of it. When I went there to talk to the manager she followed me to my car and told me to get off the property I was being evicted the she called the police and told them I was trespassing.I had just spoken to the manager and had a pleasant conversation with Robert and as soon as I was getting ready to get in my car she had followed me out and started threatening me with the poljce..She would not stop.The next day I told them I would be moving out..when moved out and got ready to go out the gate she had turned off my access so we could not leave. She would not answer the phone, my brother laid on his horn for over 2 minutes trying to get her attention but nothing worked. I finally got ahold of the district manager who then called down there and had her let us out..I rented from there for over 4 years and never had a problem until the day when my door broke..All she would do is tell me I was responsible for the door and I needed to have it fix. My unit was left wide open for 3 days and they did nothing..I now rent from Castle store and I got a 5 by 7 for 79.00 and at spfld store it was 134.00..they give u a lock for your unit..it is gated...24 hour mateniance person available bathrooms for the public.and move in specials. They dont require renters insurance because they have insurance on their units..Spfld secure storage I would not recommend to my worse enemy..The assist manager she should not ever be in customer service she is the worse

i used coburg mini storage to store my daughters dorm room items for the summer, paid in full for 3…read moremonths in advance, i told them i would be moving out at the end of august when i signed the agreement, they do not prorate the month so i was paid up until august 31st.i told them i would be out of the storage unit on august 31. (she was returning to school early). no problems until i moved out. because i didn't give 10 day notice in writing, although i gave a 3 months notice at the time i rented the storage unit and was paid in full they would not give me back my deposit back. i was dealing with the owner, he told me the employee that helped me no longer was employed at loc and it was my word against the ex-employee that i gave notice and he had nothing in writing. i told him he had my payment in full until august 31, he became loud and confrontational . he refused to return my $15.00 deposit. sad that he was willing to lose 2 more years of business over $15.00.
