If It was me that went down to the office and was told that they don't prorate, I would of keep the storage empty and leave at the end of the month , so they wouldn't be able to make double there money off of me , but it was my husband that went down there. Why would you not prorate? It's the right thing to do . Why would you charge for a service you didn't provide? Is to get every penny possible out of people? Just not a good business practice. so make you leave at the end of the month.

When I went there to talk to the manager she followed me to my car and told me to get off the property I was being evicted the she called the police and told them I was trespassing.I had just spoken to the manager and had a pleasant conversation with Robert and as soon as I was getting ready to get in my car she had followed me out and started threatening me with the poljce..She would not stop.The next day I told them I would be moving out..when moved out and got ready to go out the gate she had turned off my access so we could not leave. She would not answer the phone, my brother laid on his horn for over 2 minutes trying to get her attention but nothing worked. I finally got ahold of the district manager who then called down there and had her let us out..I rented from there for over 4 years and never had a problem until the day when my door broke..All she would do is tell me I was responsible for the door and I needed to have it fix. My unit was left wide open for 3 days and they did nothing..I now rent from Castle store and I got a 5 by 7 for 79.00 and at spfld store it was 134.00..they give u a lock for your unit..it is gated...24 hour mateniance person available bathrooms for the public.and move in specials. They dont require renters insurance because they have insurance on their units..Spfld secure storage I would not recommend to my worse enemy..The assist manager she should not ever be in customer service she is the worse

You can sign up and allow three other people acess your locker, really helpful if you want to make the use out of your space and save money. They have a stellar sign up deal which is why I went with them in the first place. The manager is really cool and understanding and the staff as a whole has been nothing but kind and professional. All in all I have no complaints aside from the pricing after the new costumer deal isn't the best but it's not terrible. I have a 5X10 unit and it's $100/mo which isn't a terrible price but my boyfriend has a 10X10 and he only pays $15 more at another location that's newer and set up in a better way. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a storage facility located in Eugene.

Well, let me tell you, we called ahead because we were going to arrive after they had closed and Bill was able to meet up with us and get us in. Once, we got into the storage facility, my friend and I attempted to get this huge 5th wheel out of storage, mind you, I have no sense on maneuvering this beast. We spent the better of 2 and a half hours trying to get this trailer out of the spot. Well, with no luck at all, I said a prayer to God to help us get out of here. And he sent us Bill! Bill came out and realized we were in a jam. And Bill was able to take over and help my friend get out of the spot we were in. Thank you, Jesus! Not only did Bill help us get out, but he has also been accommodating to my friend by starting up the truck and check the tire pressure for him. So when we did arrive everything was ready to go. We used to own our own business and have had to deal with some rascals but we also had wonderful customers as well. This is a perfect place to store your boat and/or RV for a reasonable rate.
