I almost got a unit at the Glenwood U-Haul and I'm so glad I checked with Storitall before doing so, since they are cheaper and have a freight elevator to the 2nd floor units. The hours are really great, and loading in and out while inside is great for when it's raining. There are 3-4 spots inside for doing this, and after making many, many trips, only once have I had to wait a few minutes to get a spot inside. Their staff is nothing but friendly and helpful as well!

I heard the assistant say she had another job to be at, and yet she still called several after hr repair places on the weekend, and inky one was willing to come. This tenant yelled at the assistant, tking her she herself either had to fix it or wait with her things all night (!) The assistant then called her higher management, and neither the manager or her district manager were willing/able to come on site. This tenant even asked me to help roll down her door (I was wearing a cast!) This tenant even called police and lied to the assistant, telling her police says she had to stay with her items and were sending a patrol response lol, yet when the assistant called SPD they told her the dispatcher in fact told the tenant they don't get involved in tenant problems and weren't sending anyone. The tenant was very verbally aggressive, and the assistant still remained professional. All I know is I saw her tell the tenant she wanted to help, had to get to another job, and the tenant was welcome to stay with her things til the technician arrived. This tenant was the one behaving in a horrible, threatening manner.

My husband came to help me but we had no jumper cables. I asked and Dean did not hesitate to search for and find jumper cables that he loaned to us to get me out of this bind. They have a stellar sign up deal which is why I went with them in the first place. The manager is really cool and understanding and the staff as a whole has been nothing but kind and professional. All in all I have no complaints aside from the pricing after the new costumer deal isn't the best but it's not terrible. I have a 5X10 unit and it's $100/mo which isn't a terrible price but my boyfriend has a 10X10 and he only pays $15 more at another location that's newer and set up in a better way. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a storage facility located in Eugene.

I am an older lady and I visit my unit at least once a week, many times after dark. The security is top notch-I always feel safe, unlike my old unit in town. The staff are friendly and very helpful. 'There is even free coffee, etc. in the lobby, as well as a selection of moving supplies. I accidently locked my keys in my car a couple of months ago, and the office was extremely helpful in helping me get on my way. The rates beat my old unit by $100/mo., and I couldn't be happier! Location: Convenient, right off the interstate, easily accessible, gate under passcode access, well lit. Price: SO FAIR! Gosh, quite competitive to be honest! I never once blinked at the bill.
