    Great storage rates and space and a clean and maintained environment. Would highly recommend to friends and family to store your stuff.

Eugene Safe Storage - I cannot say enough positive about them. I'll summarize and give you the good, the bad, the ugly... here we go! Location: Convenient, right off the interstate, easily accessible, gate under passcode access, well lit. Price: SO FAIR! Gosh, quite competitive to be honest! I never once blinked at the bill. Honest: We overpaid. I had no idea. THEY reached out to me and refunded my money. WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS how I appreciate honesty like this. Facility: Brand new. Shiny, clean, well-lit. Lovely parking spots, great long-term storage spots for RVs, I can go on-and-on. Accessibility: They answer the phone, they answer email, you get near immediate responses. Who can ask for better than that? STAFF: Josh and Christi up for the win. These two took care of us! I was a bit 'needy' for dates / times... they made it happen for us. Huge shout out to Josh, Christi, and the staff of Eugene Safe Storage! Highly recommended!!!!!

She's extremely nice and compassionate. I find that this place has been trouble free for me as I have had to use a storage unit for the first time in many years. I've had no issues with any tenants around me and no rodents. I encourage and welcome people to use their facility their off of Olympic next to Walmart.

She did a wonderful job explaining my paper work and showed me my unit and was just all around very welcoming and willing to answer any questions I had. I have rented here for some time now upgrading my unit two times since to a larger unit and Susan was so helpful through the entire process. I was also impressed at how well the property was taken care of , it has always been clean when I come there. I would never rent at another storage unit. All my needs are always met with exceptional customer service. I want to add a couple months ago something very tragic happened to my family which left me to go through and continue to go through very difficult and emotional heartache. I haven't lived in this area all my life and don't know a lot of people. Having shared what had happened to my family with Susan she was so compassionate and genuinely concerned. I've always wanted to thank her for being such a wonderfully kind person and always taking the time to listen . She may not know but just the simple acts of kindness she has shown me meant so much. I highly recommend this facility and Susan is next level and is absolutely wonderful at her job! Great prices and property's well taken care of. Thank you.

    Manager is disrespectful, accused me of lying and threatening because it was her staff that did not…read moreput a note in their system when I called to cancel. Instead he waited until a week later when I went in person to ensure they knew I was canceling. Due to this, my prorated refund was inaccurate. Told me to go to Verizon and get proof of phone records to prove that I called to cancel when I said I did. Amber, your customer service skills are nonexistent and I will never recommend your business. Not satisfied whatsoever with my service here. I called to cancel my storage unit on August 12, was told I had to put the 30day cancellation notice in person, so on August 17 that is exactly what I did. I called on the morning of the 17, and later in the day I went in in person and put in my notice. All of my things were out of the unit by the end of the day on the 17th. Then on the morning of August 23rd they charged me $159 for a full month's use of the unit, because apparently it was my responsibility to tell them that my account is on autopay, and because I didn't tell them to cancel my autopay, I am still getting charged. You would think when one cancels their membership with someone, their autopay cancels as well...? Why would I continue to automatically pay for a service that I cancelled in person? So then on Aug23 when I call to inform them of this charge, they first placed blame on me for not telling them to cancel my autopay (which again you would think is on the employee to cancel while they cancel my membership..?) And then told me that their manager is out of the office until late next week (won't be back until Aug 31) and while she is gone there is absolutely nothing they can do. They can't refund me until she is back. I called for more clarification and asked "so when I cancelled my membership, if the employee had cancelled my autopay as well, I would not have been charged this $159, and he said that is correct. So clearly this is a reflection of an employee's negligence who for some reason thought it was okay to cancel my membership, but leave my autopay setting on. I don't understand why this would be okay, as I am now getting stuck automatically paying for something that I cancelled in person. And now need to wait over 7 days to get my money back. All because an employee didn't do their job properly. Which everyone makes mistakes, I am overly understanding. But when I did everything they asked of me, and an employee didn't cancel my autopay and they blamed me for not asking them to turn it off, and then make me wait over a week to get my money back due to no management there whatsoever, I am majorly disappointed. I will not recommend this storage place to anyone I know as obviously their first plan of action is to blame the customer for a mistake that was admittedly theirs, and provide majorly delayed customer service or any remedial efforts. Don't go here.

I provided Centennial Storage with 30 days advance notice that we were moving…read moreall property out of the unit in writing via their website "email" method (which doesn't send you a copy to your email for your documentation). I also followed up with a phone call and reiterated we were leaving the unit. The guy said there was a note on my account stating this. We moved out several days in advance but Centennial Storage charged my card inappropriately. I have called multiple times and have reached out to them through their website "email" method too but have not received a refund.
