I heard the assistant say she had another job to be at, and yet she still called several after hr repair places on the weekend, and inky one was willing to come. This tenant yelled at the assistant, tking her she herself either had to fix it or wait with her things all night (!) The assistant then called her higher management, and neither the manager or her district manager were willing/able to come on site. This tenant even asked me to help roll down her door (I was wearing a cast!) This tenant even called police and lied to the assistant, telling her police says she had to stay with her items and were sending a patrol response lol, yet when the assistant called SPD they told her the dispatcher in fact told the tenant they don't get involved in tenant problems and weren't sending anyone. The tenant was very verbally aggressive, and the assistant still remained professional. All I know is I saw her tell the tenant she wanted to help, had to get to another job, and the tenant was welcome to stay with her things til the technician arrived. This tenant was the one behaving in a horrible, threatening manner.

Usually cheaper isn't always better, but in this case, boy was I wrong! Beyond wonderful service and a wonderful family man! Roger and his awesome daughter helped us tow our little car with extreme care and consideration. However, it doesn't end there, he was kind enough to pick us up, take us to the car, tow the car, and then drop us back off. If we had more money to tip him, we would've for his outstanding service. Not a care or concern or reply from Darin at Trades Ok, Inc of all the damage I found and what they covered up on the truck Camper they sold me. The entire roof was sunk in from the a/c back to the front door. Trades ok added spacers to the skylights internally because Lance's have thinner roofs and require a taller skylight. They used cheap skylights and even used random screws so long that the screw came INTO ceiling hallway about 1/2". Also, when I turned on the shower and water pump to test the water system I noticed water gushes out of the underbelly, the pipe was completely detached (pics). Ignoring an upset sales customer is the worst thing you can do vs resolving the issue with a disappointed buyer and making things RIGHT. BBB has been contacted and the FTC. My phone is on!

I had to wait a little bit before getting in the yard, but they were pretty busy and the wait was well worth it. Rather than being given a map and and spending a good hour searching for the car I was looking for, they drove me to the exact location and pulled all of the parts I needed. The guy who was pulling them even told me showed me how to swap out future parts that I needed. They spent a long time searching for the exact size spare tire I needed and were even going to mount one on a spare rim If they couldn't find one. Just when I thought that It couldn't get any better, the guy at the front counter told me the price of everything including the spare tire and wheel: WAY cheaper than any other place I had been to. I in fact payed that price for a only a couple of parts that were smaller at other wrecking yards. Overall, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. And the prices are very inexpensive. I will be returning here whenever I am in need for any part.
