Trap. Since didnt drain from day 1

Worst purchase! The reviews with regards to the owner Darin are pretty accurate. He is incredibly rude and if you don't convince him your a serious buyer he doesn't want to deal with you. I was ready to make a purchase and asked to test drive. I was met with a deafening silence and he told me only if am going to buy it. I should have listened to my gut and walked away. If your going to purchase and RV from this business I would consider getting your own inspection top to bottom for the following: - Broke down (alternator/battery issues) - fantastic fan issues -shore power casing completely severed. -black gunk in drain. Sink didnt drain. How is this missed during an inspection? -generator ran out of oil very quickly. I find it hard to believe it was even serviced or inspected properly. -curtain fixture falling apart. -bulge in house batteries Its been non-stop trying to keep up with repairs. I questioned him as to why the shore power cord was severed and they didn't say anything to me. His response was "your questioning my integrity and I was making him mad". I essentially broke down in over 100 degree temp with a sick dog. And I was on my way to Alaska which never happened as my confidence in the reliability of this vehicle and the additional expenses pretty much ended that. The icing on the cake....he totally ghosted me and won't return my calls or messages since 8/11. Don't expect him to stand behind his product and it be worthwhile to get your own inspection. This all happened within 2 weeks. My next interaction is going to be with the Better Business Bureau.

I purchased a 2006 sprinter class B RV after just a video call. Darin sent me a written mechanical inspection and RV tech inspection beforehand. We walked through the video call and I asked for a few minor repairs such as clearing the gauges for the tanks and adding a curtain rod to the bathroom. Additionally, they fixed minor wear and tear items prior to pick up. He was very receptive and responsive leading up to my flight to Oregon to pick it up! When I picked it up, he and the RV tech walked me through the unit and gave a tutorial on components. On the way home, I had a glitch with the propane on Easter morning. Darin not only answered the phone but walked me through a solution. Since then I have had a couple of other questions and he always responds immediately. I am very happy with the transaction and would recommend he again. In fact, a friend is searching for an RV and I highly recommended Trades OK to her as well.

I just picked up my beautiful Pleasure Way and could hardly wait to get home to write a review for this company, Darin, and Steven. I'm not sure why there were ANY negative reviews about these guys because my experience with both of them was outstanding. They went out of their way initially to help me determine what rig was best for me, helped me search for one, patiently answered my continuing and long-winded questions, and then we put the deal together. AND they will register it for me. The whole process could not have been easier. The other thing I really like about them is I am a single woman and they never treated me with anything but respect. They never tried to up-sell me, either, where most other RV places had. The only "negative" is they are so good and their inventory (typically Class B) is so exceptional that they are swamped - especially now with camping season underway. Don't give up reaching out, though. They are very responsive to email, text and phone. I'd recommend you look on their website first and educate yourself to the various types of rigs before you talk with them. It helps to understand the features, lingo, layouts, etc., so you can hit the ground running.

Sept 2016: I have been a loyal Marathon Coach service department customer for 6 years now. I have been blessed to have had two prior Marathon Coach's that I have purchased via private party. We recently decided to buy a new / preowned bus from Marathon Coach sales department. The overall sales experience was a great one. There where a few things we wanted changed, a few upgrades and a few things that need fixed and repaired. Marathon Coach literally made our new /preowned bus look flawless and in brand new condition when we took delivery. They also made sure that it was in perfect mechanical condition and fully serviced as well. Since taking delivery we did experience a few small issues that Marathon immediately took care of under warranty. I would never buy a bus from anyone else other than Marathon Coach. You can definitely buy with confidence knowing Marathon Coach stands behind their bus's. They will make sure you have a true Marathon Experience. Disappointing Experience Due to Misrepresentation and Terrible Customer Service…read more After conducting an extensive search across the western United States for our Cougar travel trailer, we selected RV Corral in Eugene, Oregon based on their competitive pricing and assurances regarding specific equipment specifications. Throughout our pre-purchase communications, I made multiple inquiries via phone and email to verify the trailer's features, particularly requesting confirmation of the air conditioning unit's model number. The sales team repeatedly verified these specifications, including a final confirmation before our 14-hour drive to complete the purchase. Upon arrival and inspection, we discovered that the air conditioning unit installed was not the upgraded model we had specifically verified and factored into our purchase decision. Despite having documented email correspondence confirming the correct specifications, we were presented with a different AC unit than what was promised. Initially, the sales representative acknowledged the error and offered an $800 credit toward resolution. However, after researching the actual cost of upgrading to the promised unit ($2,200-$2,500), we returned to request appropriate compensation that would cover the discrepancy. At this point, the manager's response was unprofessional and concerning. Not only did he refuse our reasonable request for compensation equal to the upgrade cost, but he also rescinded the initial $800 offer, claiming the salesperson lacked authorization. The manager's ultimatum was particularly troubling: accept the trailer with the incorrect equipment at full price or forfeit our deposit entirely. Given our significant travel distance and planned family trip, this approach appeared to leverage our circumstances unfavorably--he knew he had us and he could take advantage of us. When I attempted to negotiate a compromise covering material costs only, the manager became increasingly hostile. While we ultimately completed the purchase due to timing constraints (we had a family trip scheduled for the following week), this experience reflects poorly on RV Corral's business practices. The failure to deliver promised specifications, coupled with management's unwillingness to appropriately address their documented error, shows their unethical and unprofessional ways. I would recommend avoiding the RV Corral at all costs--no matter how 'good' the deal. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true--it probably is. RV Corral and specifically their sales manager, are terrible.

What's more is I was at a motel waiting for service and it wasn't touched for a week. I did get prompt service after complaining, but it was still way overcharged. I hate to make a complaint like this, but I absolutely would not go to the RV Corral for service. The service technician was great. Absolutely. But, the service was horrible. Sadly.
