The (instrument) cluster panel began going blank every time we hit a bump such as a bridge seam on the freeway. It happened over and over again gaining frequency. The panel would go black including the GPS, camera panel and would reboot each time. Finally it didn't reboot. Stayed black. We have a Tiffin authorized service center 30 or so miles from home. The RV Corral is 105 miles. Based on the reviews, we chose The RV Corral. We were not disappointed. We were ecstatic. Their senior tech Warren figured out our complex problem in 5 minutes. FIVE MINUTES. It was a loose ground. Service advisor Savannah and Service advisor Andy were fantastic. They have our business solid! You'll recognize Warren. He looks like Moses (LOL). Regarding the warranty work, it was obviously an involved tedious repair and I feel it was repaired professionally and thoroughly. The warranty repair finish work was sloppy on the interior. Straightline took responsibility for this. I brought the vehicle back in and they corrected all issues. In addition to warranty work, I had elective paint work done and the craftsmanship was phenomenal. The color match to the factory color is beautiful. The paint warranty is superior. In 2016 we were in the market for a Class C RV. We did the JC tour and were not impressed with…read morethe pricing, you could buy a house for that kind of money, so we started looking at pre owned campers. As luck would have it, we went out looking in January and it was raining like crazy.... which was good for us! One dealership we went to had water dripping out of the light fixtures, vents and down the walls of every single camper we looked at. We finally went to Summit and met Ray. It was still raining, but after looking through a few models, not one had a leak. I asked about that and was told that they like to seal the roof and edges for that very reason. We found a nice 23' that had been previously owned and was in good shape. We purchased that unit and enjoyed it for years, now, fast forward to present day.... As needs change, we found it prudent to list this camper for sale and we plan to get another in a couple years, but for now, we have other goals. We took the camper back to Summit and discussed doing a consignment sale with them. They made it so easy as we owned the camper free and clear AND we kept a folder of all the add ons and maintenance work we had done. We simply gave them a price that we wanted to get for it and that was it! After they ran through their quality and mechanical assessments and listed it on their web site, I received a call a few days ago that it had been sold and they have a check waiting for me! A little over two weeks and it was done! Ray and Jerry made buying AND selling through them so easy and painless that I can't imagine going anywhere else in the future! It seems that the smaller lots charge less than the larger lots due to overhead. Thank you Ray and Jerry, we will be back when we are ready for the van conversion!

Not a care or concern or reply from Darin at Trades Ok, Inc of all the damage I found and what they covered up on the truck Camper they sold me. The entire roof was sunk in from the a/c back to the front door. Trades ok added spacers to the skylights internally because Lance's have thinner roofs and require a taller skylight. They used cheap skylights and even used random screws so long that the screw came INTO ceiling hallway about 1/2". Also, when I turned on the shower and water pump to test the water system I noticed water gushes out of the underbelly, the pipe was completely detached (pics). Ignoring an upset sales customer is the worst thing you can do vs resolving the issue with a disappointed buyer and making things RIGHT. BBB has been contacted and the FTC. My phone is on!
