I felt that I asked a lot of her considering this was a warranty issue/claim with an out of state business who also asked a lot of questions throughout the process, and she delivered. Regarding the warranty work, it was obviously an involved tedious repair and I feel it was repaired professionally and thoroughly. The warranty repair finish work was sloppy on the interior. Straightline took responsibility for this. I brought the vehicle back in and they corrected all issues. In addition to warranty work, I had elective paint work done and the craftsmanship was phenomenal. The color match to the factory color is beautiful. The paint warranty is superior. I am definitely satisfied with the ultimate outcome of this experience and would give them my business again.

I had been watching Trades OK 's website along with many other sites, for several years(Yes! Years!) As I knew when I was going to purchase my class B Roadtrek I was only going to make one choice. I wanted a Roadtrek 170 Popular. These are very difficult to find with low miles and great shape. When the time was right I knew Trades OK had posted a class B - 170 popular. We contacted them to schedule an appointment to look at their inventory and ended up purchasing just what I wanted. Darin went above and beyond to ensure the Roadtrek was up to par and meet my expectations. We highly recommend Trades OK when purchasing your class B RV. The selection is great and Darin will go out of his way to find what vehicle you are looking for and what will work best for you without the "pushy salesman" attitude. All I can say is - we just had the best experience there. Many thanks for my Roadtrek 170 popular. We'll refer anyone looking to purchase a class B RV to Trades OK.

Not a care or concern or reply from Darin at Trades Ok, Inc of all the damage I found and what they covered up on the truck Camper they sold me. The entire roof was sunk in from the a/c back to the front door. Trades ok added spacers to the skylights internally because Lance's have thinner roofs and require a taller skylight. They used cheap skylights and even used random screws so long that the screw came INTO ceiling hallway about 1/2". Also, when I turned on the shower and water pump to test the water system I noticed water gushes out of the underbelly, the pipe was completely detached (pics). Mel was extremely helpful and scheduled my appointment for the front end repairs and alignment on my Prevost Marathon Coach. The morning of the appointment they immediately starting working on my bus. After the front end repairs and alignment were finished while on the test drive Mel noticed a issue with my brakes. So he scheduled a appointment for the next morning. So I brought my coach back to them and once again they immediately got it in the shop and started working on it. Their service techs are professional, experienced and very knowledgeable. They found the problem pretty quickly and got it repaired. I was on the road in a few hours with a motorhome that went straight down the road and with good brakes. I sincerely appreciate the good old fashion quality customer service, at fare pricing. Updated Oct 19th 2016: I recently purchased a 2006 Marathon Coach and before leaving Oregon I brought it to Kaiser to have Mel check it out when I heard a unusual knocking sound in the front end. They immediately got it on the rack and did a full front end inspection. They found several issues with it that needed attention. Mel ordered the parts to be shipped UPS overnight and the next morning at 8:00am my coach was back on the rack and being taken apart waiting for the new components to be delivered by UPS and installed. It's rare to have a shop that will order parts with no deposit just based on your word and a handshake. Kaiser Brake is a good old fashion quality repair facility that offers great service and top notch highly qualified technicians. I am so grateful for the prompt customer service. Hands down a great customer service experience. Once again a big thanks to Mel and the staff at Kaiser Brake and Alignment for keeping my coach running straight down the road. Have a Blessed day !!!
