Regarding the warranty work, it was obviously an involved tedious repair and I feel it was repaired professionally and thoroughly. The warranty repair finish work was sloppy on the interior. Straightline took responsibility for this. I brought the vehicle back in and they corrected all issues. In addition to warranty work, I had elective paint work done and the craftsmanship was phenomenal. The color match to the factory color is beautiful. The paint warranty is superior. Rafe checked it out, made some modifications and it works great. This is the 2nd time we've needed ABC Mobile to come and make a repair. Really happy with Rafes work. They failed to check the hot water heater before they sent it out. Couldn't have tested the water system since there was NO anode rod in the hot water heater. It was just rolling around on the floor of the RV when we returned home. The brakes do not work. I called and left 2 messages at their Eugene location and 2 at their Roseburg and no call back. When I did get in thouch with the "GM" Troy,he refused to take care of his customer and said I should have brought it to their service department that could even do a PDI correctly. There was nothing he could do. So, my opinion.....find someone you trust to purchase an RV from. These people chose not to take care of their customers. There are other problems include: bathroom vent pulled out of the ceiling, shower head falling off of the wall, back door of toy hauler leaks.

Come to find out, after an hour on the phone, Good Sam doesn't cover that area, AAA doesn't cover RV's, and several towing services also don't cover that area or don't service RV's. So we decided to try to drive to the next town 23 miles away and hope we could find a garage in the morning. 10 miles or so down the road was a big truck stop, so we pulled off, and as we drive up to it see Economy Towing. We pulled into their lot, called the # on the sign for after hours help, and within 10 minutes, two people were there to take care of us. Not only were they friendly and efficient, they had the exact replacement tire in stock! They had us taken care of and on our way in less than an hour! Definitely call Economy if you need roadside assistance in this area of Oregon! They are the bomb!!!
