I had what I thought was a terrible water pump/ water line issue. QC got me in in only about a week. I figured it was going to cost $1500 - $2000 to troubleshoot and fix the issue. Well, QC is a stand up business. They told me it was a back flow issue with my water pump and nothing needed replacing. So, my costs were well under half of what I expected. With the money I saved, I had them re-do my seals and lube the slide outs. * The business is a little hard to find, tucked in behind some warehouses. read more

RV Refrigerator was not working and attempting to self-diagnose problem the propane line fell apart! Quality Coach reassembled propane line to burner and tested refrigerator operation! It works now! I also had them replace the RV water pump, which had failed. More importantly, the operation of the Dometic "absorption" refrigerator was explained to me in terms I could understand! 100% satisfied customer here. read more

Trying to find someone to install a second solar panel on the roof of our new 5th wheel (our 3rd RV since 2008) I stumbled across Quality Coach Services on the internet. Wow! What a stroke of incredible luck. They were friendly, highly professional and available. In fact, for my small job they got it done the day after I called! And the bill was more than fair - unlike the solar panel supplier, two dealers and another RV shop who could "...do it in a month or two" and who quoted anywhere from 5 times to 15 times what QCS charged me. They cheerfully answered all my questions and concerns and encouraged me to inspect their work - signs of a company that knows its quality is top notch. I thought I had a propane system problem in my class B van (but I'm embarrassed to say it was an operator error problem). Fortunately they got me in the next day, so I didn't postpone my trip. And after some troubleshooting, my error was discovered. Robert didn't make me feel like a bonehead and charged me just a minimal fee for time he spent. We live in Nevada. There are no reputable RV service centers in our area. We've had major issues with the super slide on our Entegra Coach. While traveling through Oregon, we must have called 10 different places, trying to find someone to help us. When we called Quality Coach Service and explained our issues, they took us in the very next morning. They kept our coach for most of the day, and fixed our slide out. Not only that, but this is a family run business. They're all so nice! And they're extremely patriotic!!! We just loved all of them. Rob and his office/shop are literally as good as it gets! Works on everything, even my VW Westfalia to the Super motorcoaches. They think outside the box, they get it done on time-unlike Guaranty. After they fix something they give you pointers on how to keep it from happening again. They even let us know in advance of what may come up (Roof) and how we can prolong the replacement, and provided us with the materials to treat it for UV protection. We even had the Keystone Manufacturer accept him as a warranty repair so we didn't have to go to Guaranty. I will always take my rigs to him FIRST. read more

The work seems fair. However, it took them a total of 5 months to get my rig back to us. I'm sure they are good, if you don't mind having jobs pushed ahead of you. Not calling you back, after you call three or four times. When we explained that we needed it a little faster. He laughed and said we could come and pick it up, even though it was torn apart. He also said if we wanted to come and help him do the work we could. As a business woman myself, I feel the work was okay I think? I will know more after the inspection. But I do not know how they've received so many glowing reviews after what we went through. There are some bubbles in our ceiling, which we are going to have inspected by a professional. Maybe that's normal we don't know. Ask me if we would ever return to this place to have any RV fixed- that we buy. I will be honest and tell you there is no way we would ever step foot back in this place, unless it's to pick up all our missing dishes, our almost new sewer line, and things that are missing from our rig. I too could extol the virtues of this excellent business, the owners and their staff. They have serviced my motorhome for years. The one aspect that stands above all else (and I have experienced it with them several times) is pointing out an issue about the motorhome (believed to be broken or inoperative) only to be called and told the coach was ready for pick-up, much sooner than expected. Upon arrival I would be informed that they "fixed" the issue with a minor adjustment or that there was nothing wrong and it was only "operator error" then would show me the proper operation. What a great place. I went there to have 3 things repaired on my trailer. They were friendly, on time and honest. I thought that I needed to have my stairs replaced but they were able to repair them for 1/3 the cost. I thought my awning was broken but it was just missing a bolt. They replaced the bolt and didn't hit me with a diagnosis or labor charge to replace it. I will definitely be going back and recommending them. The only down side is they are busy and it can take a few weeks to get an appt. But worth the wait read more

We purchased a 2001 Class C that needed a little tlc. Our neighbor recommended Quality Coach and we were not disappointed. We had quite the laundry list of extras we wanted, like removing an ill placed entertainment center. There staff we thoughtful when removing it and relocated the plug to give me power in the over the cab bed. It's this thoughtfulness that will keep us coming back. read more

I started getting an intermittent shimming in the front end of my motor home. I go past this place almost every day and thought I would give them a try. They were able to look at my coach fairly quickly. After the technician took it for a ride and inspected the front end, he gave me a fairly accurate description of what I needed, However, they were not equipped to do the repairs, but they did suggest someone else in the area. He checked out my coach, sat down and explained the repairs, plus some addition conversation of motor-home maintenance in general, and never charged me a dime. Had my RV in to find an issue with an outlet. Not only did it take them weeeeeks to get to it...they made more of a mess than before I took it in! Not only did the outlet not get fixed, when I got my rv back, the ceiling lights aren't working (they were when it was dropped off...), but they had disconnected hoses and strips inside that they never replaced. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We had some basic service completed on our coach plus some electrical troubleshooting. They found the source of the problem and replaced our inverter. Three other shops were unable to fix the problem. Now the electrical system is working properly. The staff was very cognizant of our time frame for leaving on a trip and completed the work so that our trip departure was not delayed. We will definitely use them again should the need arise. read more
