Not a care or concern or reply from Darin at Trades Ok, Inc of all the damage I found and what they covered up on the truck Camper they sold me. The entire roof was sunk in from the a/c back to the front door. Trades ok added spacers to the skylights internally because Lance's have thinner roofs and require a taller skylight. They used cheap skylights and even used random screws so long that the screw came INTO ceiling hallway about 1/2". Also, when I turned on the shower and water pump to test the water system I noticed water gushes out of the underbelly, the pipe was completely detached (pics). Sept 2016: I have been a loyal Marathon Coach service department customer for 6 years now. I have been blessed to have had two prior Marathon Coach's that I have purchased via private party. We recently decided to buy a new / preowned bus from Marathon Coach sales department. The overall sales experience was a great one. There where a few things we wanted changed, a few upgrades and a few things that need fixed and repaired. Marathon Coach literally made our new /preowned bus look flawless and in brand new condition when we took delivery. They also made sure that it was in perfect mechanical condition and fully serviced as well. Since taking delivery we did experience a few small issues that Marathon immediately took care of under warranty. I would never buy a bus from anyone else other than Marathon Coach. You can definitely buy with confidence knowing Marathon Coach stands behind their bus's. They will make sure you have a true Marathon Experience. Feb 2017: Another great service experience at Marathon Coach. They continue to keep raising the bar higher than even I can believe. When we sold that coach, it was better than when we originally purchased it. The Marathon Service department made maintaining our coach easy. The coach was kept working extremely well. The person buying our 20 year old coach got a bargain. It worked perfectly when we sold it. And it still looked like new (They do paint touch ups also.) We sold it because the new coach they offered had compelling new features. Marathon Coach fully deserves their 5 star service rating.

Title could have been reissued...this company, in my opinion, is not reliable. I have a coach that was 2 years old and they sold it as new

He was very friendly and got us answers to all of our questions. Unfortunately our experience in financing was not as pleasant. I felt as though I was just someone there to supply Joe with a paycheck. Everything was very rushed the entire time like it was an inconvenience that I was even there in the first place. On top of that there was a miscommunication with how my automatic payments were handled and somehow after filling out the paperwork for that, it was never submitted to the bank so 2 months later I had late gees and owed $800. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. Will definitely look elsewhere for my next trailer.

I wanted to jump for joy as we were getting desperate. It had already been a long day of travel and we just wanted to get settled. On top of it all, everyone we met were so nice!!

They failed to check the hot water heater before they sent it out. Couldn't have tested the water system since there was NO anode rod in the hot water heater. It was just rolling around on the floor of the RV when we returned home. The brakes do not work. I called and left 2 messages at their Eugene location and 2 at their Roseburg and no call back. When I did get in thouch with the "GM" Troy,he refused to take care of his customer and said I should have brought it to their service department that could even do a PDI correctly. There was nothing he could do. So, my opinion.....find someone you trust to purchase an RV from. These people chose not to take care of their customers. There are other problems include: bathroom vent pulled out of the ceiling, shower head falling off of the wall, back door of toy hauler leaks.
